Ive always gone to Jiffy Lube for my oil change because theyre always professional and reasonably priced and when I had to stop at this location and everyone here was great too. Driving along and someone informed me my brake lights were out and I saw this Jiffy Lube so I pulled in and in less than an hour I was on my way with brake light. Thanks everyone

Super happy with my experience here. I’m very selective of where I go but I needed a super quick last minute oil change. They did exactly what I asked and no more than that, they didn’t try and sell me on things I didn’t need or tell me there is something wrong with my car when there wasn’t like other places do. I was able to get in and out of there in a little over half an hour. Highly recommend

Fast service, friendly service, in and out in 30 min or less, clean waiting room or sit outside, very busy but they got me in and out fast! Told me I needed fluids filled and ac and cabin filter changed, so did that when i got home!

In and out in 15min, oil change and filters. They even threw in a free car wash. I work nights, so getting things done in the day time in a timely manner matters. Ill definitely be back in 5,000miles!

I went in to get front pads and rotors replaced on a 2010 Honda. After resisting the up-sale attempts they did what I wanted in a timely manner and I didnt have to get my hands dirty. 10 out of 10 would recomend.

3 cars. Always treated well. In and out quickly. They stick to their checklist so quality seems to be built in. I usually have all the suggested maintenance and have had no problems when wrench turning was involved. All tight, no leaks, no mess.

I don’t normally trust these kinds of places and there’s good reason for it. Just reading the reviews it looks like just a week ago somebody’s seat got ripped.! And they were trying to strong arm the customer out of $500 bucks. I definitely don’t agree with those practices. You break you fix. Definitely won’t go here after reading that.

BUYER BEWARE! Went in for a quick oil change. I even told them up front that I just wanted an oil change and to fill up my tires. They ignored me and started pulling my car apart and tried to strong arm me into spending $500 for an oil leak that was non existent, as well as trying to upsell me on air filters. What should have taken 10 minutes, cost me an hour and as a business owner, time is critical. When I finally got out of there, and home, I went to put my receipt in my glove box, which fell on the floor. Then my wife noticed a huge tear in the passenger seat. When I called to talk to the manager, I was told to come back and I went back the next day and spoke with the manager in person. He re installed my glove box (they have to remove it in order to pull out the cabin filter and they conveniently forgot to put it back in). When I showed him the tear, he said that he couldnt see how they tore it (there is one minor tear but it looks like whoever messed up my glove box dug in with their elbow and ripped my seat). They refuse to repair my seat and they refused to return my calls. Im not asking for anything outrageous. I simply want them to fix what they broke, but they refuse to do even that. What a horrible experience.

Ive never been a huge fan of Jiffy Lube. But this place made me a new believer. They arent cheap, but when youre in a pinch for time, they deliver. I havent been a fan because Im just irritated by the hard sell for upgrades and unnecessary services - most of which I can do myself (heck, even the oil change, when I want to) - at huge cost.Yes, they offered extra services, but when I told them I wasnt interested, No was accepted immediately and without protest.I dont have much else to say because everything went really smooth.Oh - one bad thing was that they were so busy, it took a long time to stock up the toilet paper in the bathroom. And the coffee was old and cold. But really, they were so busy taking care of people, this was acceptable to me. I just hope they remember if they have time to lean, they should take time to clean.

Just went for an oil change and was sold a few things I didnt know I needed like wipers and I needed to be shown the old ones that still worked. I shouldve declined because the so-called new ones dont work as good as my old ones and they flop around. Not happy about that. I dont like being sold extra things when o only needed an oil change. May not go back.

They didnt even advise me of the Conventional Oil Change at $33; but started with the synthetic blend at $51. Well over what I usually pay for an oil change. Fortunately, it included a car wash I needed anyway, which made up most of the difference. They try to upsell you everything but the kitchen sink -- Which is their job -- via checking fluid levels, etc etc, and that has some merit. It was very slow -- I was there over an hour, not counting the car wash time. And it really wasnt all that busy. Ill try Garys or Pit Stop next time. For an oil change I like to get in and out fast.

STAY AWAY FROM BUSINESS!!! Poor quality transmission seal used when changing out fluid which leaked out all fluid and locked transmission in 1 week. This was a transmission i had replaced less than a yr ago without ANY issues. Proof that this was soley RELATED TO JIFFY LUBES NEGLECTANCE but they refuse to refund any money or assist with new transmission. Took them nearly 2 weeks of giving me the run around only to say basically sorry about ur bad luck. I hope the owners, staff and corporate can live with themselves knowing they treat hard working honest humans like this.

My first time getting an oil change here since moving and this is now my go-to place. Quick, reliable and honest service. The. At had other things that were due. They told me about them with no pressure to complete if I didn’t want to. Even told me what to expect on my next service, which I verified was all true according to my car manual. Truth with no pressure and a friendly attitude. That’s what I got from them and truly that’s all I can expect from a car service. I recommend this particular store.

Was a repeat customer for many years. No more. Got premium oil change which includes, Pennzoil oil, filter and numerous other services such as checking filters and vacuuming inside of car. In this Covid time, no one wore a mask, the cover to the cabin filter was not reinstalled and no vacuuming took place. One caviot is the oil was changed. I hope. PS... The 10 minute oil change took 35 minutes.

Highly recommend! They were able to fit me in right then and there no wait time, was extremely fast. Manager Robert was very attentive and accessed the problem, very kind and loves what he does! GREAT prices too! 10/10 experience!!!!!Originally went to Gatto’s they gave me a 3 hour wait time and quoted me at $220.... literally walked next door to Jiffy’s and they were able to do the SAME EXACT services immediately-no wait and charged me $80!!!!!!

My friend went here to service his transmission they use a low quality seal on the pan leaked all the fuild and destroyed his transmission I will never go here and just like any other oil pit stops they didnt help my friend with there mistake they are terrible people it will cost him around $6,000 to rebuilt the transmission stay away from this place went here one day with a good transmission then a week later destroyed if you need your transmission serviced go to transmission shops if you need engine oil changed go to a mechanic shop not an oil pit stop

As a lady with just a basic knowledge of car maintenance, taking my car into a shop for any service is always a stressful situation. Many shops try to take advantage and up sell on services that probably aren’t critical, often using a fear tactic that the car will break down. Not at jiffy lube. They just explain the recommended maintenance in an informative manner and never try to pressure any services. Then they do the agreed upon services and nothing more. They don’t drain fluids, or damage other parts of the vehicle to sell more services like some places *cough* Tires Plus *cough*. Jiffy Lube is a friendly and professional place that I feel comfortable taking my vehicle too.

This place has landed a permanent customer. No pressure to upgrade to unnecessary things. Very, VERY, friendly and professional staff. I was in and out under 30 minutes and even had someone waiting in front of me when I got there.

Very fast and efficient, but after paying $118 for a premium oil change and tire rotation you would think they could top off your coolant without wanting to charge extra. Previous oil change place I went to always included all fluids, so I think Ill go back there rather than feel gouged. I know they used to do this at Jiffy.

Prepare to be here for 30 mins + but it’s quicker than a lot of other places. I get full synthetic kinda high priced but I just go to the website and get a coupon everytime. Always thorough and shows you everything going on with ur car on a computer! Great service.

The guys were very informative and helpful. I knew I needed a lot of things done to my car and without me saying anything about them they presented me an estimate that had just about every repair I needed. They didn’t pressure me, just brought it to my attention. The prices were fair and I’ll take my car back there to get the rest of repairs when I have the money. Overall they’re quick, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly.

Staff is friendly and the service is fast. I found them to be a bit expensive however. Cost $90 for just an oil change, I realize my car takes full synthetic but even the dealership doesnt cost that much and they rotate my tires for free at the dealership. I did get a free car wash but its the cheap car wash just soap and water. Overall not a bad experience but Ill probably plan better next time and just go to the dealership.

I always take my car to Jiffy Lube for oil changes. They are thorough in checking my vehicles fluids and tires. Even though its first come, first serve, my wait has never been unreasonable.I feel confident in their work and that is most important to me.

Brand new truck with a brand new scratch! Thanks Jiffy Lube. Of course the tech and manager denied it all. Now I have to have my insurance company go after them. Dont go to any drive thru oil change place where you cant see your car being worked on. Inspect your vehicle before and after its serviced so you can catch things the way I just did. Bet they were hoping I just drove away so they could wipe their hands clean.

This place is very fast, efficient, friendly & helpful. Prices aren’t bad either. They give recommendations in priority order of what could be done to keep my car well maintained. So they don’t pressure me into anything that doesn’t need to be done right away. I’ve been going here for years and will never go anywhere else for maintenance and repairs on my car.

Great customer service!

I went for an oil change and was upsold other services, which was fine. One service offered I didnt take advantage of (changing the power steering fluid), for $100+, wasnt even needed because my power steering is electric and changing the fluid isnt required.

They are always very patient and helpful. I go here regularly and they always take care of me.

Friendly staff and seem to be efficient. I am only rating a 3 because they always suggest the same brake service for every car I take in and its something I cant check. Also, the prices are a bit high for simple oil changes and changing some filters.

Not only was it very fast, but super thorough. I felt comfortable with the recommendations they gave me. I even had an additional service done beyond the oil change, but I was satisfied with the explanation and knew enough about my car to know they were telling the truth. They also showed me a long list of everything that was fine with my car and what I wouldnt need for a while. Great service.

The owner said him and his wife owns the car wash that is next-door and also Jiffy Lube. I did go to the car wash and got awesome cleaning done So For that I gave more stars this time. Im still not happy with the outcome yesterday and will not be going back!

Oil changes are their thing and they do it well with decent speed. Staff is friendly. They offer other services and they WILL definitely try to upsell you with services you may or may not really need. I find the pricing for those additional services is bit higher than I would be willing to pay. Although basic service pricing is competitive with other places in the area, do yourself a favor and pull up a coupon from their website to save a few bucks.

Unfortunately the last visit i made to get my oil changed they broke the clips that hold the air filter in place. I returned ti the shop when i noticed it had been damaged. They took my information down and told me that i would receive a call tye very next day. Well its been over a week and i still have not received a call.

Never had a bad experience is a bit pricey but I believe its for the fast service you get. Other places need to keep your car overnight in order to do some of the things they do in half hour to an hour. The reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they do a lot but dont do it all. If your looking to get a quick efficient service. Jiffy lube is your answer.

Exceptional service

DOT NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I am not one to leave a negative review but it I feel others should have a warning. I went in for a simple oil change and they tried to up-charge the ENTIRE time. They suggested I have my spark plugs replaced and the price went up to $300+ without my knowledge or approval. I usually go to Gattos (never had a bad experience) but I was on a time crunch and I tried this Jiffy for the first time and seriously regret it. Jiffy Lube was not fast by any means and they charged me 3x what I am used to paying at Gattos or anywhere else I have been.

Great location. Great staff. Love John the owner and the little discounts he throws my way. Have been loyal here for 5+ years.

They’re Knowledgeable and no pressure sales. There were several suggestions of things I need to get done that I was already aware of but they were not pushy! Fast, friendly service. I was lucky because I’ve driven away twice because I was in a hurry & didn’t have time to wait long. I went back a 3rd time and as usual they had several cars waiting ahead of me. But I was still in and out really fast and I got a free car wash next door!

This jiffy lube, meh.. They changed my oil. Definitely not worth $44. They did not clean my windows, they left the air filter box open.. Ill not go back.

I will say that I did not have a satisfactory experience at this location. Since that visit I received a call from the owner in order to find out the issues and to make things right. This shows the character of the owner and the willingness to make things right. Based solely on the owners actions, I will give this establishment another chance. The initial visit I gave a 1 star rating and based on the owner reaching out to me I gave a 5 star in service, which gave me the 3 star for now until I visit again. Give them a chance and if you do have an issue please speak to the owner.
