These gentlemen are by far the most transparent, high quality, reasonably priced vehicle maintenance/repair establishment I have dealt with. They use an online program that emails you pictures and notes from the tech in regards to any issues which was new to me but very neat. I have a performance vehicle and could not be happier entrusting its livelihood with Assured. Top notch experience with JD the service writer and Carlos the technician.

Excellent professional service, great people. Brought in a 2002 Lexus RX300 for diagnostics of some complicated issues. Everything was done on time with ongoing updates with photos and explanations. Assured Auto works was referred to me by Tires Plus when I continued to have a computer/check engine light issue with my car. I started corresponding with JD over the issue sometime earlier this week. He was more then willing to answer all of my girl questions and did not take advantage of that situation . He made me an immediate appointment at which time my check engine light went out and was very understanding when I called to let him know. He suggested that I wait until my light come back on. The very next day it did and again he made me a new appointment. During the assessment of my car he kept me up to date on all information and was extremely patient when I called to have things further explaned. I feel the price was fair with all time and actions to repair my issues. Its only been a day but my engine light is still off. I will return to this shop for further service when need be. This shop was recommended to us when the first one we went to was booked for weeks! Im so glad it was! I called Assured inquiring about a module pairing service(reprogramming) that was needed for my vehicle due to a module changeover. Not all independent repair facilities do this work but in my case, they had the diagnostics tool necessary to perform the device recognition and pairing. At that point I asked them to do the actual ABS brake module swap. I needed to prevent having to go to two separate garages to get one repair done. Because of the age of the vehicle, I brought my own part from a local junkyard(not a normal situation). They agreed to assess whether the part was compatible and decide whether they were doing me a service by taking on the job. We scheduled an appt and I left off the car giving them the time they needed to make a determination. They agreed that the part supplied was comparable but offered me another alternative which I declined because of the age of the vehicle. They proceeded with the repair which was very involved. Mid stream of the job I called and attempted to add on two additional service requests. They were able to accommodate one of them but were not comfortable with the other. They explained their position which I completely understood. At all times while on the phone or speaking to them in person I was treated with the utmost of respect and offered every courtesy in a somewhat abnormal situation. They communicated with me regularly by text with links so that I could read the file notes from the service writer and the technician. The vehicle was ready when they promised it and upon arrival to their shop, the vehicle was driven to the front door for me. The costs and fees were fair and the service was excellent by every employee at Assured. Nothing was hidden regarding costs and they were up front about everything possible. In a not so perfect world and with auto repairs, things won’t always go smoothly but with honesty a person can adjust and make the best decisions. Assured made it easy for me to make my best decision. I will definitely use Assured again in the future.

I was actually referred here for my BMW repair by two different shops on Malabar Rd. This was by far the best auto repair experience Ive had in my entire life! The level of transparency throughout the entire process is unmatched. They have stepped into the 21st century with electronic communication which tells you what theyre doing, when theyre doing it, and how much it will cost. You, then, have the opportunity to choose whichever service youd like performed--no hassle. I am not from Melbourne but I am actually glad I had car trouble here.

Assured Auto Works is an auto shop I would recommend to anyone looking to have a used care evaluated. They are detail oriented and will let you know EVERYTHING (big and small) that needs to be repaired/replaced.I think most of there services are competitively priced, with the exception of their Diagnostics fees, which I feel are high, and their Timing Belt Replacement which I think was slightly over priced. Most mechanic shops I have been to either do not charge, or waive the diagnostics fees if you perform suggested services, which was not the case here. However I did price shop everything else I Had fixed, and it matched up with competitors in the area.The shop uses a great app to communicate, and sent videos showing me things that were wrong and helped to understand priorities of what should be repaired and when.I expect I will use them in the future.

Had significant preventative maintenance and tires done. Reasonably priced. Super transparent, they included pictures wherever relevant, showed line items for each service being conducted. Called 11/17, had appointment 11/18, car was done 11/20. Super fast for all that I had done. I was expecting to not get it back for week. Very professional, definitely would recommend.

For 3 weeks I would turn on the ignition of my Buick Rendezvous 2002 only to have flashing green, yellow and red messages on the panel. Upon recommendation from an excellent owner of auto repair I took my car to Assured Auto Works. They did several test on my car to pinpoint the problem and informed me every step of the way. A place to take those odd cars (Fiat, Mini, Smart) or a Ford or Dodge. You get a good assessment of the problems and a fair and valid estimate. Information is provided via text and the internet, so you can keep a good record. They also inform you of progress and completion that way. I highly recommend Assured Auto Works.

The mechanic Dj was very thorough and gave me the answer is that I needed to find out what was wrong with my Chevy equinox.

Gave me ridiculous price for instillation got two other quotes and both were half the price. Will never go back. Also lied about what was wrong with my car. From reading the reviews I’d say maybe it was just me because I’m not from the area but won’t happen again. I would steer clear of this. Bad practices.

Most of the time, you will hear things such as how unbelievably expensive it was, how many expenses that “came up” by the end, or how long it took, leaving them without transportation in the interim.Admittedly, when my wife’s vehicles AC went out in the heat of August in Florida, I was…worried. Mostly because I knew how expensive these problems could be. More-so, that I didn’t know any mechanics in my area. I thought the question novel at the time, but looking back it was such a good question to ask a customer- knowing how much work they were willing to have put in, versus their plans for the car in the near (or far) future. If nothing else, it displayed a clever business acumen.The process in which our estimates were delivered to us were top notch as well. All services could be accepted or declined via an online web portal that was sent to me via text (or email). I could easily access it, see their notes, see the cost of service- but the best part was I could leave comments back and they would answer me in total detail- never frustrated with my clarifying questions, but more than willing to help me understand the service they were offering.Ultimately, most people are concerned about being ripped off, mislead, or sold things they don’t need. Best Krogers in central Ohio. Friendly, clean, and well stocked!I will drive out of my way not to go to the Maxtown Krogers. It is awful, dirty, messy, I got rotten seafood there. Manager from Maxtown go to Sunbury and see what your store should look and feel like!

I had a strange starting issue and was unable to diagnose it myself even after weeks of trying. Finally I caved and had Assured Auto Works help. They ended up being able to diagnose it for $160 with an oscilloscope as a starter issue. Never would have guessed since it was cranking. I ended up taking it home and replacing the starter myself. So far so good, the change was substantial. I was really skeptical about it being the starter but they ended up being correct and Im so happy I was able to get it fixed. They go into deep detail in their notes about what they did and the diagnosis and well, which is unique.

The only place we will take our cars to be maintenanced. This place is honest and does great work. My mother took her car to the Honda dealership and was given an estimate equal to her fixed monthly income. I had her take it into Assured to see how much they could do the work for and it turned out that nothing was wrong with her car. The mechanic even brought her back to show her why the things Honda said needed replaced did not need to be replaced. So, when it comes time to get her car fixed, we will only use them.

Nice guys here. They werent able to diagnose the exact issue without running additional tests. They let me know before they ran any tests and informed me it might be best to wait until the symptom got a little worse so they didnt have to charge for tests that might come back inconclusive and cost me needless money. Brin found my electrical problem with my wipers not working.The last place blamed on a body control module, I had it sent out & it works fine.. when it was placed back in & believed everything is fine- my wipers didnt work. Bottom line: These men are fantastic at their work! Highly highly recommend.First of all, 9 times out of 10 Im the one that does mechanical work on my truck. From the timing system on the engine to the easy brake job. I was having oil seep from the oil pan gasket that I replaced a few months ago. After attempting to fix it again, it still leaked and I eventually knew I needed someone with better tools and more time to diagnose this. After looking around I saw Assured Auto Works and their great 5 star rating from others.JD off the bat was respectful over the phone, didnt make any assumptions, and even remembered my name when I went in for my appointment. These guys bleed professionalism. They diagnosed my problem first and called with updates as they went. I was told the full cost of the repair and was always called to authorize anything to be done on my truck. Within a day Assured Auto Works replaced the gasket and sent me on my way. Two days later there is no sign of leakage. The second time I personally replaced it, by one drive she was already seeping. Most likely thanks to the Harbor Freight torque wrench I used. Lesson learned.I will definitely spread around this info to friends and family because these guys dont shaft you on the price and dont force additional expenses down your throat. Finally, they warranty their work nationwide. Thank you very much for the repair!

What I appreciate the most is the thorough inspection - each time we bring in a vehicle we know exactly what is going on with our car from bumper to bumper. On my most recent visit this inspection turned up a battery that wasnt charging - which saved me a headache down the road! The prices are great as well - easily lower than the local dealerships for both our new vehicles.I would highly recommend Assured Auto Works to my neighbors and friends in Melbourne - next time your car needs an oil change or the check engine light comes on, give them a call!

My wife and I just moved to the area and went here because of the good reviews on Google. Well, we serviced both of our cars here and got great customer service. The owner, Brin, is a really cool dude who is honest and takes care of you. Hes a hard working man and will make sure you get a good deal. We will definitely be going here for anything we have going on with our cars. They go above and beyond.

I have had two vehicles serviced at assured auto works, both with bizarre problems that stumped other mechanics. They were both analyzed correctly, quoted fairly, resolved and fixed quickly and at a much lower cost than proposed elsewhere. This is the most professional, reliable andhonest auto repair establishment I have ever dealt with. they even call to follow up to make sure all is well and If I was satisfied. I only wish they were closer as I live in Melbourne beach, but its worth the drive! Highly recommend.

I had a burning smell coming from my car. I went to get an estimate from Assured Auto Works. They looked it over and then took the time to show me what was going on. They gave me a very reasonable estimate. And I was glad to have found them. There are a lot of businesses out there that try to take advantage of people. So when you find an honest one you will always want to spread the word and let people know.
