Good place to shop for a variety of needs. COVID-19 Safe Guidance is being followed and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were shopping for some Holiday Decorations and we really like the selections that they have on display.

This place is terrible. No one ever knows anything. No one ever wants to help. Understaffed. Understocked. As far as hardware stores, it doesn’t get much worse than this.
This is your typical Home Depot. They have everything you need for the DIYer and more. My only issue is you can never find a person to help you. No one asks if you need help. The employees are usually focused on 2 things: chit chat and their work. If you want assistance you need to seek an employee out and you need to ask for help.I was buying a lawnmower but couldnt find anyone that could help me. Then a customer walked by and asked if I was going to buy one? I told him I had many questions but no one around. He proceeded to answer my questions. Turns out he bought one a week before.I just bought a new house and Im there quite a bit. My advice: do your research first, look up the store and buy it online for in-store pick up.
Had an order shipped there, was lost in shipment but Samantha in customer service took care of it and reordered it! That’s good customer service in my book, and overall they do good business! Will definitely be back again and again!

Tried today to check on a tool specific item at the Pro Desk... funny ... that has need on back order for some time. Instead of listening to what I was saying clerk talked over me and asked questions that I had explained several times. Instead of talking over customers .. maybe try LISTENING to what customer is saying. She did the same thing to the couple that was trying to gain info for window quote in front of me. I finally left extremely frustrated.. wont be using this home depot again
I really like Home Depot. When I need something for the house this is where I go. The staff are helpful and courteous. They like to take the time needed to help a customer out. There is two employees who are outstanding to me and one of course is the Store Manager who takes on helping customers no problem. An the other one is a guy named Tom. He went well out of his way to help me find a part that was not easy to find and I am forever grateful for that. If you go to this Home Depot I hope that you run into one of them. All the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about products and the store and finding the location of items that you need to locate. The store is always clean and the parking lot is free of debris and stray carts. It gets busy and sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot. The good thing is that there is parking on the front left side of the building as well that a lot of customers do not use so that is where I park if the store is busy. Which is most of the time.
Could have been more stars but did not want to argue or make a scene with the electrical manager.BTW you are still wrong to tell a customer the wire size I am looking for is not correct when I had a frickin sample in my hand from the panel I was working on.It was bigger than they wanted to sell me.
Received exemplary service from Rusel and Jay. Both were very helpful assisting and guiding me towards my purchase. These associates were friendly, polite, courteous and professional. Thank you for having such conscientious staff.

Its a big box store that is generally understaffed or lacking long term employees. They seem to have a high employee turnover here and most that are there dont seem to know much, unlike the Lake Stevens store or even Lowes, where the employees in charge of a section are generally very knowledgeable.
Depends management is great and some of the people are to then you have the special ones that are 😡😡😡 not wanting to do their jobs but fun to play at 😂😂😂
Stella mastered the plumbing and kitchen cabinets area, super quick, knowledgeable and polite, located cabinets and pulled them down in no time. 5 start service.Also management at this location has the best mind set on customer service, best home depot in Seattle to Burlington area to shop at is in Marysville.Always organized and clean, pleasure to shop here Everytime.!!!! I love home depot. Theres always someone there to help you find what you need and to load all those heavy bags of potting soil into your vehicle. Great people great place.
Always great service when I go in here! I recently have had trouble with arthritis in my knees and use their scooter to shop from time to time when it gets bad, and the cashiers are always ready to assist you if needed, And theyre always so friendly! I really appreciated the help, keep up the good work, And thank you so much!

Honestly I detest self check out!! I almost always have an issue, and thats where home Depot is headed, to bad there was one checker, and the rest of the lanes were self checkout.
Dont agree with politics of the company but enjoy shopping here over Lowes. Knowledgeable staff that are readily available and carry quality products.

Recently bought a home and have made many trips to this location. We have been able to find everything weve needed and found the staff to be amazing for the most part. Only reason for a four star is because we watched an employee take his shoe off and start messing with his sock right in front of us, just seemed a bit unprofessional and awkward... The gentleman in the appliance section was really helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great selections and a wide range of prices and products.
Over an hour of waiting for some who came off rude and fake, the very new staff lost with Noone to help them. Lots of people walking around doing nothing what a clown show... Charging full price on a floor model with no box installation instructions or warranty information 🤔 lost this long term customer. Bye bye Lowes has my business or Amazon.
Get your staff trained properly. I am pretty sure I can light a signal fire in front of your staff and still get ignored. The level of apathy is beyond words. Oh and having them say I think its over there or isle 4 is pretty close to useless. Instead of hanging out or playing on their cell phones they should walk the customer to where the item they are looking for is.
Not too busy and parking is pretty wide open. Always have what I need at better prices than the competition. Service is always good and I leave satisfied.

Always has what you want at the price you come to expect. The website is nice for you can state what you’re looking for and it will tell you what aisle and section on the aisle it is in. Very handy. Great customer service, but special ordering doors has been a problem in the past. Big problems. Not measuring right. Sending out the wrong door. Scraping the driveway when picking it back up. Overall good, just second think the door ordering.

Went for curbside pickup right at 9am and had to follow instructions twice before they came out nearly 30 minutes later. Inside its a typical home depot with some inflated prices and disinterested staff. I once had a young orange smock look up something on his phone when I asked and just show me his screen. Maybe they would be a better store if they paid a living wage.
SKIP DELIVERY SERVICE. ***Scheduled 3 times for delivery. Drivers failed to deliver 3 times over 3 weeks. Get a friend with a truck, Use the Dolly app or rent a truck for a couple hours. Also, Lowes just down the road.***Needed a dryer weeks ago. Went here and found the cheapest dryer. No one around to ask about financing. Ran my own application on my phone. had to find someone to write up my order. Got delivery scheduled. Day or two before the delivery I try to change the day since I work for a living. Person on the phone says its about 2 weeks out so I said I couldnt do that. Person on the phone says anyone can be there they just have to be over 18. I say fine my dad lives 12 minutes away the drivers can call him 30 min before they get to my house. Person on the phone agrees. I think everything is going a lil rough but ok, then when delivery day comes they didnt call my dad until they were already waiting at my house and they left before he got there (12 minutes away). So I get home and I call the dispatch, tell the story and I reschedule for 2 days later. Im assured that the driver will call my dad 30 minutes before they get to my place. Well they call my phone while Im remote fixing a doctors computer and cant take their call. So once i have the docs computer all fixed up, I call them and tell them that they were supposed to call my dad and they tell me it wasnt on their paper. I ask them if they have the dryer off the truck and the old one on the truck and the driver says no. I tell him my dad is 12 minutes away and the delivery guy says that they cant really wait around. I tell them to just start getting the work done now so that they can leave when dad gets there and I get hung up on and they leave. I text my dad that they left but he had just arrived and I had to tell the old man to just go on back home again.Ive worked in that industry before for almost 10 years and as an operations manager, I would not allow that kind of miscommunication from the office to the drivers, nor allowed my drivers to allow an already escalated customer issue to become the loss of the customer forever regardless of the size of the company.What an embarrassment for Home Depot.Seriously, SKIP DELIVERY.

This store is staffed with the most embarrassingly uninformed, unhelpful, and incompetent staff I have ever seen. I have been to this store on several occasions for projects, and each time is a new and ridiculous issue.The most recent was when I purchased a $1000 Husky workbench. They convinced me to buy the last remaining bench that was on the floor (it was a little scuffed up). I paid up front for it and an additional delivery fee to have it sent to me. Despite the product being in the closest store to my home I still had to wait over a week for the delivery. I also paid an additional fee to have the delivery window reduced from a 16 hour window down to a 4 hour window. I watched the associate put a sticker on the product with my name on it before I left so I knew they would send me THAT EXACT BENCH.Come delivery day (today) I get a voicemail at 7:50am telling me that they dont have stock of the bench I already paid for that was sitting in their store. I call up the store to talk to them (which takes four transfers and about 15 minutes to get to a person) and they go to check the floor for the product that was already mine. Still unable to find it and the associate on the phone asks if she can call me back after they look in a few places that they keep deliveries.After experiencing this issue as well as others that include apathetic or combative associates, lack of consistent stock, a store manager that never seems to actually be in the store, and a previous delivery that I had to go pick up myself I can say with confidence that no person should ever go to this store ever again. Go to Lowes instead (they arent great, but far better than this dumpster fire). I would even recommend ordering from Amazon before putting yourself through dealing with the mediocre service that is Marysville Home Depot.
The employees were terrible at their jobs. They couldnt find what i needed. Then some old guy who was also a customer (he never worked there in his life) found the item we needed. The employees are lazy and have no clue whats going on. Dont go here.
I go in store alot was the first time I ask where a product was and the lady new exactly where it was most of time always told center isle. Much.better then previous visits thank for the better training
This is my favorite Home Depot. Hugh store. Many items. I love coming here. If I had a million dollars I would spend it here. I am a kid in a candy store when I go shopping here. The staff is pleasant also. Bathrooms are clean as well. This is my man cave store. :)

Absolutely horrible! I received a message that my order (bbq grill, spatula set, and a grill cover) was ready and when I went to pick it up they only had the spatula. After waiting for a couple weeks to pick up the rest of my online order...I finally got fed up at the lack of communication and called for an update. I was first told that it never came in. When I asked why then did the tracking say it was delivered to their store...I got an uhhhh I’ll have to research. Then a day later I was told that it was delivered and it was a refrigerator...yeah that’s close. I can see how one would get confused. I then was told that it was delivered but it was damaged...how many more excuses can I get for one order?!? Oh and now...I get a call that it’s no longer in stock and they don’t have what was ordered and paid for! I wonder how long it’s going to take to get my $1,800 back. I should have shopped at Lowe’s. Don’t bother wasting your money at Home Depot...straight garbage
They did not have their inventory ready when it was supposed to be had to wait for several hours but it was grate customer service from all employees

If I could give a ZERO star I would. The customer service here is HORRENDOUS Im 37 weeks pregnant (basically 9 months) no one offered to help me move the heavy cart when I needed to step aside for them to help another customer. That happened twice I was told to move aside for them to help someone else.Please save yourself some grief if you have to do anything ANGELA REYNA could careless to honor what corporate said they would do. Jordan was decently helpful, but obviously they dont personalize care. And a few other people were just standing there not helping customers and I was asked to step aside twice while my order was supposed to be done. I had to go get the item myself to save time.The sad thing is Im not the only person they could careless to help. Another customer came to the customer service desk asked to speak to a manager and then Jordan got the manager on the phone they made him ask why the customer needed her. And the customer expressed no one seemed to have the answer for her and she couldnt even get a manger when she asked they needed to have her repeat herself for I dont even know how many times.I think the other person was Jacqueline this just walked away and didnt tell me exactly what she needed to check on. And then she didnt offer and made me move the heavy item myself noted its clear I am very pregnant.To be honest it is a distance away from this location, BUT REDMOND Home Depot has sooooooooo much better customer service. They rushed my pick up order (I placed 1.5 before I went there) and then brought it directly to my car.I will never stop here at this location. If I didnt get better service at a different location I would probably boycott Home Depot all and all after this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
They seem to be getting better if you can find one of the older associates to help you. I have been in there several other times when you had a hard time getting help.

Generally this Home Depot offers pretty good service and has acceptable wait times/cashiers. They get dinged a star because they often carry too much of the wrong SKU inventory and are missing 10%-15% of larger Home Depot selection.

Not good, so I called Sunday to ask a question, 20-25 minutes to wait for so an answer I get someone who then transfers me, another 5 minutes I get transfered to someone who said theyd transfer me to someone..... Still here with me?I had questions about my Toro mower, didnt get answers so I said aight, Ill just come in.I take off my wheel from my mower and bring it in with another wheel to ask some questions about it.Im hanging out, handful of minutes go by and I walk to the end of the aisle and ask some gentleman if he would be able to assist with getting someone over to help with my mower inquiry. He says hell find someone, I thank him.20 minutes later Im taking a nap, literally, and a nice young girl with curly brown hair (I give description cause she was nice) stops and asks if i need help, and despite not knowing anything did attempt to help me... which was nice.I just left, no one came to help, its Monday and raining out, what a joke.
You can always find a good deal on tools. Good prices on lumber, almost everything you could be looking for to complete any project. Very helpful staff... there is that 1 guy in lumber but i wont knock the store over 1 associate.

Popped in to grab a couple panels. It was uneventful, aside from the associate posted at the self check registers. She accused me of not ringing up my two panels, which of course I did. After studying my receipt as if she were looking at a counterfeit bill, she actually compared the upc codes to make sure they matched... and of course they did. Oh yeah, I only had 4 items total.The reason for 3 stars? This particular location has gone over the top with the cardboard merchandise displays up and down the aisles. They offer the large carts for large items, but good luck trying to navigate through their clogged aisles to get to a register (which are all closed anyway).
Ninety nine percent of my shopping experience with HD, no matter the location, has been dismal. I only shop there as a last resort as they are always unorganized and WAY understaffed. I feel sorry for the employees.Wes, you were a life saver. Thank you!
Lowes has its place, they do offer slightly different variations of similar things. And in some cases I actually found the Lowes product more appropriate for a specific project. However, Home Depot is better overall. Its good to have competition. And as a former professional custom woodworker, Ive been impressed with a lot of the Rigid line of tools.

I like this home depot for the wrong reasons. Its right next to Walmart and a pot shop. Plus cheap gas is in the lot as well. The stores layout is a little hard to navigate and I did have one employee who didnt help me because it wasnt her department. But others pointed me in the right direction. Took 2 stars off because when I was there they only had self checkout and only one took cash. So I did have to wait longer than I shouldve have. That is ridiculous considering it was early in the morning and the place wasnt busy yet.

My product will be delivered a week late because a billion dollar corporation ordered the wrong delivery truck... their response, yeah, well its unfortunate.Its my fault for going there, in the future Ill take my business to the small stores. Im sure theyll just think thats unfortunate.
Found exactly what I needed for a minor home repair project. I really thought that I was going to have a difficult time finding the oddball hardware necessary for the fix.
This was honestly one of the worst online ordering experiences I’ve encountered, but was very impressed with how their customer service handled the situation. We had stripped our yard to install artificial turf. We went to the store because we had no knowledge in this DIY project. We were told that their on the floor associates would be able to help us determine what we needed but no one came to aid us and when we were able to find someone, they had no clue what accessories we needed and informed us that turf was a new product of theirs and they just sold it. So we went with our gut instinct and got the Greenline Boise Premium (which we enjoy) ordered online because the store doesn’t have turf sold by the square foot. When we ordered what we needed, we put in the dimensions that we needed but after the order went through it was way more than what we needed. When we went to pick up the order at the store, we learned that it weighed too much and our xterra wouldn’t be able to support the weight so we asked to get it delivered to our house. While we were there, we spoke to customer service about the order being more than what we needed. We were told that we could return the unused turf which we were stoked about. We were also told that we were going to get a call by the next day to confirm the details and pay, but we received no call. We figured they were busy so we gave them another 24 hours and called the day after. The store manager waived our delivery fee which we appreciated. The delivery was made later than what we were estimated which was fine but when we went back to Home Depot to return the turf, they informed us that because it was cut, we couldn’t return it. We were frustrated not because we couldn’t return the remaining turf but because we were told we could. I had to speak to the manager again regarding the situation and thankfully, they were able to give us our refund. We will be going back to this location despite what the reviews say because their customer service has been very understanding, patient, consistent, and helpful in resolving our issues making it a very positive experience for us.

She went out of her way to find a close store that did have the furniture we wanted, and even called ahead to make sure it would all go smoothly for us. DONT GET APPLIANCES FROM THE HOME DEPOT! Store will NOT work with you to ensure customer satisfaction and will bounce you back and forth with vendors. Its easy to buy and associates are very polite when youre spending $3.5K, but try to return something youre not happy with to see the REAL Customer Service. So dissapointing. GO TO LOWES! They offer a 30-day return policy if youre not satisfied with your major appliance purchase. Lesson learned. Never buying from The Home Depot again. They lost me as customer for so little. :/
I will give one star because when we entered the store the man at the counter who greated us was pleasant. The other 4 staff members we encountered and tried to get advice from were ignorant and arrogant.

Home Depot in Marysville are letting people in the store with no mask on. sign outside the store says mask must be worn in store. the people with no mask on was talking to people close up showing no respect for others wearing mask. This Home Depot should be shut down till virus is over.
Buy your major appliances at Lowes! The Home Depot does not offer a customers satisfaction policy that allows you to return a product if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. (Read the fine print) I learned the hard way and now I’m stuck with a horrible/poor quality Samsung Range that will scratch its surface if you just look at it. Very disappointed with my experience at Home Depot.
Actually, wasnt a bad visit. had an order to pick up and a couple other things I needed. Went to pick up window got ordered item and they held it till I finished shopping and they rung me immediately. All in all gtg (good to go) lol

This is one of the most poorly run Home Depots we have encountered. The customer service is sorely lacking, and when you ask someone for assistance they seem to be unable to answer your questions.We had tried to have a delivery of product and they just assumed that 3 weeks out would work, yet we explained we needed it ASAP, which they said would be by the end of the week. We called and the person on the phone tried, but I believe the folks within Home Depot at this location are incompetent. This is very sad for us as we have utilized many different Home Depots and have had excellent results.I hope some changes can be made to improve the management. The store manager does not appear qualified, and they should have an individual with experience, not a figure head.

Their was this one lady with dark hair and kinda short, She was Indian not sure what the proper name to call it but yeah thats her, she was very very rude. She didnt wanna help no one, I was around her a few times and she was being mean and rude to other customers and wouldnt help no one when they would ask. She should be fired for sure. Other then her its a great place to shop.
