I have used this location for nearly 4 years to upgrade many pieces of furniture (living room set, bed, refrigerator, and range so far-maybe a new dining set next?) All of them were brand new, pest free, and clean. I have no complaints! Cory and Chris always greet us with a smile. No one has ever pressured us into buying anything, instead asking about our needs and wants and helping us find the perfect fit. They have, on a couple of occasions, gone out of their way to help us when we needed it and we couldnt be more grateful. If youre unable to spend thousands of dollars up front to buy new furniture or appliances, this is a great way upgrade your home with a manageable budget. One or two pieces at a reasonable weekly or monthly rate until its paid off, then go for the next item.

Ive rented from this company multiple times in the pastThey were always good with meBut this time around things are different The dryer they brought me literally 30 minutes agoLooks like it was brought straight from someone elses trailer I cant tell if its bugs or a rat nest but its gross and to be clear I dont have any bugs in my house rite now, hopefully it stays that way, Cory is sending someone to clean it for me so well see how that goes but Im it seems real sketchy rite now I dont wanna pay 700 for a USED, DIRTY DRYER

They have bed bugs! These people that are giving 5 stars are friends of the employees and are lying. Its not possible to give 0 stars. We rented furniture from this company and it had bed bugs in it. We spent weeks upon weeks trying to get rid of them. Almost 3 months. We had to remove all items from our closets and dressers and were not allowed to use them or put them back until the exterminator said we could. We lived like we were in a hotel all that time instead of being in our own home. We were still within the 120 days same as cash and they didnt want to give us our money back. Then on top of all of the bug issues my 3 yr old son found a bottle of pills wedged in between the cushions. He brought them to me asking if he could eat these candies Im so thankful he couldnt get them opened himself and wasnt able to put them in his mouth. They still refuse to give us our money back and a complete joke. Never do business with them. Save up and go to big lots or to American freight. Their furniture is just as nice and you wont have to deal with showplace.

Damage your home treat you like dirt and do not want to pay for damages they do. They slander and defimate your character.

Its great if you are desperate and dont have the money to buy new. But I dont recommend it if you can afford to buy new. You pay 2xs things worth.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ill give credit with a one start for the fact that Tim, the manager, helped us out with a matter of one of their delivery drivers was very rude and he took care of it and our payment. What gets me is that when my boyfriend has had emergency surgery and knocked us back on our payment for a few weeks, they were not understanding at all. They wanted the money NOW or our stuff was gone. Even after saying wed pay whatever we could once we got paid after a couple weeks. The lady wasnt understanding. I understand they helped us out in the beginning due to the inconvenience of their rude delivery driver, but when something happens out of our control and puts someones life on the line with surgery, they just dont care. Go to Rent A Center. They are more understanding.
