Had an excellent experience while doing an iPhone trade in and upgrade here. The store manager Virginia was super helpful, personally clarified all questions and even suggested better offers. The transition was super smooth with associates helping out at every step even in transferring data. They all patiently waited and monitored the transitions and activations. Overall an excellent experience.

Went to Best Buy to buy a new modem. The customer service was great. The Geek Squad member came out and talked us through what modem would work best for a 2500 square-foot house. Gave us multiple options in a variety of price ranges and we found a great option for us. Good job Geek Squad!.

Best Buy is actually pretty tight. I haven’t been in one in a decade so maybe this is nostalgia talking but I enjoyed it! Needed an adapter for my Mac and it was nice walking around a real life store rather than browsing online. Made me miss playing video games and caring about the newest fastest computer or whatever

I typically dont have any issues with this Best Buy but today was rough. I understand wanting the best for your customers but if they cant afford a certain type laptop. But continuing to talk down on the affordable laptop wont help you sell anything. In perfect world, you buy the best. The lady that was helping us did I great job not so much with the gentleman. We ended up finding a laptop somewhere else.

My wife and I were pleasantly greeted by Donte as soon as we walked in. We let him know that we were shopping for a 2nd TV and wasnt sure what we needed. Donte was very patient and knowledgeable about all his inventory, and showed us all our options. He help us pick out the perfect TV for us. I would highly recommend Donte.

The wife bought a gaming head set for me, it broke after very little use. I attempted to swapping it out or just pay the difference on a better head set. Customer service tossed my receipt on the counter and said there is nothing we can do is past the 15 day return policy. Thats fine is past 15 days but why toss the receipt on the counter. If you dont like your job go find another one there are plenty of them out there. Poor customer service.

Went to Best Buy at Lakewood Crossing, in North Marysville, WA on 9/13, around 5:15 PM PT.The mobile phone staff attempted to help my husband with an online ad for a Google One for $249.99, but in-store was $299.99. Ultimately, they were unable to help us, and despite carrying Google One phones the had no cases for them nor screen shields.As we waited over a half hour for them to complete phone calls to inquire on the price difference we walked through the computer section. A female staff asked if we were looking for something specific, we said routers, then she said oh, i dont know where those are and asked the customer walking down another isle if they were looking for something specific.Also, once we located the routers, the display models were installed in such a way that you were not able to view the ports on the back side (to determine if it was cable/coax only or if it had an RJ-45 option).Ultimately we were able to buy the phone, no case, no scree shield. And unable to determine if any if their routers would fit our needs.

Customer service was great. Magnolia room has some pretty good home theater options. Bower Wilkins, Martin Logan brands were present and make great speakers. Top shelf receivers/amplifiers were not at this location. I believe there may not be as big of a market in this area however their midrange selections are aggressively priced and available for instant gratification purchases. Open box selections and pricing are a great way to go as well.

Horrible customer service will not honor price match of Walmart showed Patrick (member of management team) 3 prices all online and said he could match the highest of the 3 yet they were all the same product. I asked if he could match the middle price as it seemed fair price for the product. He then offered the best buy best price which was just as high as the highest price. Will not trust them with my business

I went a couple weeks ago to get my grandson a tablet and headphones. I went back to the computer section and there was a girl working (may 22 afternoon) who once I told her what I was there for she pointed to tablets and walked away. I wanted to ask some questions about covers and accessories and she says “we don’t have any for the kindle fire” and as I was asking if there was anything similar she walked away rolling her eyes. I’m now going to Everett mall Best Buy cause she sucked

Dylan working in the mobile department is the most helpful and communicative employee-I would trust him with any phone issues I have. After having an awful experience at a T-mobile store, this interaction made things 100 times better. Best Buy would be *stupid* not to keep him around. Will come here anytime with any phone issues, as long as he is there 👍

Not much to share. I walked in and looked everywhere until I finally found the vacuums. I hD zero help from staff. I loaded the huge box into my cart and chacked out with zero help, and carried it out to my car without saying two words to anyone..if you like that its great. But if you need help loading it or had any questions about them, this is not the store for you.

Internet dropped off three times in 5 months. Took back and they said “oh you only have 15 days to return. Call Arris and you can get refund or replacement “. Called Arris and got a huge run around ok. Every other word was Ok. Will not give me a replacement OK or refund OKunless I deactivate my current rented modem OK, hook up theirs so they can fix the problem OK. Said won’t do it due to I have to have an reliable internet so I can work. Ok. BUY FROM COSTCO. NOT BEST BUY.

The staff here were great - very helpful and friendly. The computer selection wasnt great though. They only sell computers with solid state drives (SSD), and they try to make this sound like its a good thing. As a 15 year software engineer, I will never buy an SSD computer. Ive seen far too many fail. An SSD is hundredths of a second faster than an old fashioned magnetic drive, but an SSD will burn out. With an SSD, you get a trivial speed advantage that youll probably never notice, but the absolute certainty that your computer will suddenly, catastrophically, and unrecoverably stop working one day. A magnetic drive will last many decades, and even when it fails, the information is usually recoverable. That was the reason I didnt make a purchase here.

Because Im leaving this review during covid-19 forced social distancing, Best Buy makes it incredibly easy to buy an item on the website and then pull into a numbered spot in front of their store. Using their app I informed them I was ready to pick up my item and in the app told them The Parking Spot number and they immediately came out with the item and that was that. Fast and friendly service directly to my car, who could ask for anything more?

Needed an adapter to connect an aftermarket head unit since the stock deck only had 3 functions anymore, 2 of which were power on and off, and the 3rd was, well the same thing, but by turning the ignition key on or off.....😁. Best Buy had the part I needed to fix it! Thanks BB!

Had some issues with my purchase but the manager and employee that were helping me were extremely helpful in finding a solution. The employee was never rude or impatient with me either which was made me feel comfortable and understood. The store employees all wore face coverings and kept a good distance at all times. I recently just purchased Samsung q70 with the soundbar t650. Very impressed with the picture quality especially when playing the xbox series x on it. As for the sound bar, great buy very pleased!The real big reason Im giving the 5 stars is that the employees waited 20 minutes after closing for me to come back with an appropriate vehicle to load up the television. They didnt have to do that and it was much appreciated.
