Went to buy a common part they said (we have to order it)so I went home and ordered it from Amazon for about half of what they were going to charge and got it the next day

Sign said they were open till 5pm today. We walked in at 4:25pm, they asked us how they could help, we said we were looking to buy a fridge, the guy said we have lots of fridges but we are closed. He said he had turned the system off so he couldnt help us. What kind of service is that??? It was 35 minutes before they were supposed to be closed. Lowes it is.

Just purchased a new dishwasher from McNallys in Yuba City and it was installed last week. Very helpful salesman when we went to the store and the delivery people were friendly, polite and did an excellent job. Price was comparable to big box stores. Weve purchased a number of appliances from them in the past and have always been very pleased with their knowledge of the products and helpfulness in steering us to a good decision on what to purchase.

Fair prices and great repair team. Always buy my appliances from them, even after I price the other stores in the area. For a small appliance store they are very competitive.

I had fridge brake down so I called them to do diagnose on my fridge they said it’s $60 when I called them and then after the diagnosed complete the mechanic said oh it’s $70 I wasn’t home but wife paid him anyways, and then I called them next day to get the part number so I can replace myself but they won’t give it me the part number I called them five times & the mechanic won’t call me back either . Originally they wanna charge me $270 to fix the problem thank God Internet and I fixed it myself for $25 . They are cheater don’t go to them .👎👎
