This store is a circus! Run away! Buyer beware! Please go to a corporate store if you do not want your service and phone plans messed up. The girl Amy up there along with her little girlfriends are a bunch of liars, they are just trying to make sales and commissions. She upgraded my phone and supposedly installed a screen protector that I didnt even ask for that was an additional $70 to the total... paid close to $200 for a phone that was supposed to be unlocked and they couldnt unlock it. Mind you come find out today after the ruined my service and overcharged me. Come to find out there is no screen protector on my phone and I have a shattered screen. They never installed it and gave me a box for it in a bag while charging me extra. This phone protector the charge me for Id supposed to be a shatter proof glass protector. Not only that my whole service plan was changed prorated and ruined. I now have a ruined phone that I was over charged for with a shattered screen and its locked. RUN AWAY. I wouldnt even leave them 1 star. I had no choice. Shame on this business. Do not listen to their lies.

We stood in the store for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged. There were 4 people working. There were other customers in the store, but a greeting and/or acknowledgement would have been nice. We will take our business to Longview.

Not a big fan of being treated so poorly everytime I visit this location. So I finally took my business to the other store in town. I suggest anyone else does the same. Attitude and open hostility arent good ways of keeping customers. And dont tell your customers to pay over the phone when thats no longer an option. Seriously, go to the store next to the Chinese restaurant.

I had purchased a new iPhone 12 Pro yesterday at a different location, but couldn’t receive calls nor texts, so I stopped by the Marshall store to see if I was doing something wrong. Randi graciously helped me through the set up of the phone and offered to give any help needed. I would recommend her to any Customer.
Welcoming and informative staff. Amy seems nice. They didnt have the type of screen protector I wanted but they got me one of the new liquid protectors which seems to be even better. Also really good about letting me know where I was in my contract and available upgrades

Be aware!!Yesterday, 2/24/21, I went into the Verizon store at 1006 E End Blvd N Marshall, Tx to upgrade my phone due to having issues with my phone. I had decided what phone I was getting and the young guy in there kept trying to sell me accessories. I told him that I am not buying NO $225 worth of accessories. He then refused to upgrade my phone. He said then I can’t sell you no phone. Not to mention every accessories he tried to force me to get was the more expensive ones. The manager and 2 other employees was standing there and never said a word. The Manager even gave me the wrong number to the claimant hotline. Be very careful when going in there that they are not forcing you to buy accessories that is not required to purchase a new phone, just to meet their quota. I called back and spoke with the manager Steve/Steven and he admitted to the watching me leave and what HIS employee said he had done. I went to the Verizon on Grande and the Store Manager, Lashunda was GREAT!! All my business will be with the Verizon on Grande in Marshall, Tx going forward!! I could go on about E End Blvd N store but it would be a book. They also, do a lot of lying about accessories prices to sale you the highest price one. Horrible customer service!!
Quick service, ship getting a new look. Got helped quickly on a upgrade. However the customer service representative, did not use my device dollars after I specifically asked to use them. I didnt look and see until it was too late.

Verizon specialist did a great job bringing my phone back after it .must have gotten condensation in it while charging. .009 mls of moisture was enough to shut it down but the machine she used brought it back. Well spent $32+.

Tiffany was very nice. I walked in to purchase a cheap smartphone, walked out with a $1200 phone instead. I was informed of the $35 restocking fee if I decided I didnt like it. Not a big fee considering the price of the phone. 7 days later, I returned it for multiple reasons. The main reason was I struggled to figure out how to use it, and my emails stopped coming in. Dealt with Andrea on the return. She was rude, and very subtly laughed at me, with her coworker Oscar, because I was returning a phone, with nothing wrong with other than she doesnt want it. And the $35 restocking fee turned into much more. The $65 screen protector was non-refundable, as well as the activation fee. I will seek out a different store in another town for future business. Forget shopping local here.

Be careful at these Marshall stores, they are willing to help but they also do not care to use much of their time unless they are going to make commission off of you. After my phone messed up I went in to get help and the lady just didn’t care to help me. After paying $750 for a phone and it not being a year old, she told me I had no warranty, I informed her it was less than a year old. She didn’t care, it took her less time to tell me to call 611 then it would’ve took for her to find out if my warranty was actually out and help me. I DID still have a warranty but she was more concerned on telling me how to pay for the rest of my phone and upgrade to a new one so she could get commission. When she realized I wasn’t going to buy another phone she just brushed me off like she didn’t care and that 611 would help me. Do not trust these people as all they care about are their sales and not customer service. They are thieves that will get you if you do not know your paperwork.

Extremely poor service. I purchased a phone and was told I had 30 days for a return. Turns out it is 15. Would not take the phone back even though it hadnt been activated.Also they would not take back the pure.gear screen protector that fell off. DO NOT BUY THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR. They said it had been opened so no returns. DUH! It had to be opened to use it.Drive to Longview to get service. This store is about the cash not the customer.

Customer service was horrible, I bought a screen protector for my phone and the lady told me that I had a 3 mouth warranty on it, so about a mouth later I accidentally cracked my screen protector so then I go back to store and the same lady in there would not let me get one. Because i didnt register to get the warranty on the screen protector, that she dod not tell me about ahead of time. Do waste your time hear go to longview instead.
