Been with this company for years I bought an iPhone 7 plus phone one worked for one week. Called the cricket they gave me the runaround and never tried to help me at all. Mind you, I pay for insurance to be told you have to call apple, not our fault we sold you a bad phone.

Me and my mom went to this store and asked someone at the desk to order us an I phone 8 plus in white. She did so right before us and told us she’d call us when the order was received so we’d come to the store, pick up and do the rest of what was needed in order for me to get the phone. Weeks go by with no call, we go to the store and ask about the phone for someone to tell us they sold it and all they had was a iPhone 8 Plus in black. That was extremely unprofessional. You order the phone for us, tell us you’d call when it came, but sell to someone else without saying anything. And then continue to try to convince me to get the phone I did not want and make it seem like a burden to order another. In all a bad experience and ended up with the black phone.

Been in there twice now for help. Both times the people behind the counter were to busy discussing what was going on in their personal lives then to help the customers.😕. But on a lighter note I now know from listening to their conversation that she is expecting and wants a boy.

So far Im very pleased with the service. We live in Waskom and get great reception.

Called ahead to see if they could flash phones, said yes, showed up, said no, the girl (Emily) was extremely rude and lacked knowledge of what she was doing, got defensive if we asked questions, including rolling her eyes in front of us, couldnt even get a sim card out of the tablet and had to do it ourselves, NEVER going back there.
