Choose another provider. When trying to get a phone changed from one person to another thru them is a nightmare. No two workers and C. S. people are on the same page. We still dont have phone service after a week of going back and forth with them. Here in East Texas, it looks like Verizon has the best service. Theyre not cheap, but they do a better job. Choose wisely.

Knowledge of current promotions is a little lacking, but they are friendly.
