The lady there was very kind to take her time and give my son all the instructions and help he needed to walk thru his new phone. Sometimes its hard to started with a new phone. No one wants to read the instructions!

Tried to switch my service and the associate entered my number wrong and I could not switch, this went to closing time unfortunately, and no supervisor would answer the phone to help her correct this mistake.
