Paid my bill, staff courteous, um in and out.

Worst experience ever with AT & T. Nicole and Jasmine have zero customer service skills. When a customer has a problem (2 phones dying within three weeks) they need to be soothed not talked to like they are two years old. Next time I will go to Longview.

Would do Negative -5 🌟, the experience with returning to AT&T has been very covid-19 and were in 2021, unless Im mistaken, there is no reason for a store in a town with only one (1) AT&T store in town (Marshall, Texas) to have only one (1) store Rep. Equipment that was functional on display and no sense or passion for customers being serviced, as its your reason and mission, Maam. 😔...🤦🏾‍♂️

Helpful staff

I came in a few days ago and the staff was patient with me even though I was highly frustrated with my phone. A young lady named Brea help solved my issues. She had a great disposition that illuminated the room and her customer service excellence. Brea solved my issues in a quick and timely manner and I was out of the door in no time. Once again, the store staff did a superior job by taking action and helping me with my request!

This is the only store we visit, theyre always friendly and willing to help! I would recommend this store to anyone.

If I could give a zero stars I would. My family and I walked into the store this past Saturday in regards to an upgrade, and whatever else service we decided to add. The ladies in this store at the time wouldnt know since we became invisible. Upon entering the store there were two employees helping out an individual, and there was another customer waiting. One of the ladies greeted us and advised they would be with us soon. We began to browse while waiting, our wait was also lengthy as two people helped one person. After a while an employee came out of the back and helped the other customer that was already in store waiting. Another customer walked in and chatted with my spouse briefly as they looked familiar. Shortly after that one of the two ladies went to the gentleman and began helping him with his needs. 😩 My spouse and I made eye contact gathered our quiet little children and left the store. My phone can be on its last breath and Ill still drive miles for service. To each its own, however that was our first and last visit!

The AT&T store in Marshall Texas, was very helpful and courteous. The technician was named Amber and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered allmy questions and offered great solutions! Many thanks again to Amber for her assistance!Way to do business AT&T!

Ive been a loyal customer to AT&T for many years and this is my store of choice.

It is 2:23 PM... I got here at 1 PM. Only one employee working at one service desk out of four service desks. She says that the other employees will not be here to help until 4:30 PM. They close at 8. This is so outrageous to me. All Im here for is to pay my WiFi bill. A lady before me has been here for two hours! Yall need more workers because three people have already left in the time period of me being here because of the wait!

It wasnt ok..my phone had been all scrambled.up.i was told it would have to stay that way..i knew better.there were three women working I was the only customer. .no reason I should of been treated like I didnt have enough sense to know my own phone was messed up.and I knew it could be fixed...i drove back home and called at&t customer service I have on my phone. The lady had my problem fixed in less than five minutes..the phone during the nite had been scrambled.and totally screwed up..I Will go to Longview before I go back to Marshall.

The store manager at this location will screw your bill up. Then when you try to get it fixed you will never hear from her. She will add all possible charges to your plan and not explain or ask if you want that sevice. You will get the run around when you yey to get it fixed. I will end up paying over $500 to much because of att employee promises that were never delivered and over charges. This store manager and 2 other employees will cost att a 15 year customer. I will look for another carrier to move my 7 lines to.

Customer service at this location is TERRIBLE. I went to this store to find out about upgrade options. When walking up to the rep in the store she greeted my husband and I by rolling her eyes. Every time we asked her a question she continued to roll her eyes and speak in a rude tone. I finally walked off and left out the door. It is very sad when you have an AT&T store in your hometown and they be so rude that you are forced to have to go to Longview to get treated with respect.

So my mom and I walked in the store today and we were there looking to upgrade our phones and no employee greeted up or even acknowledged us. After 2 minutes went by we just left because I guess we were just invisible to them. Very unprofessional.

Theyve been open at their new location for two months and they do not dissapoint. They helped me set up my new phone and gave me discounts on the accessories that I needed. I recommended and sent my family and they have been equally satisfied with their experience.

The staff was very friendly and rich on information. I felt like everything was explained to me upon switching my plan over. I received my bill a month later and it was exactly what I anticipated and what I was promised.

When I came into this location there was a feeling of a comfortable home store in the business of helping its customers. Many customers seemed to have been in recently and were more than happy to have returned to get assistance with their personal accounts and the associates were all smiles while taking care of their needs. I was there to have my phone looked at because it was acting up and after waiting a reasonable amout of time I was greeted again by a gentleman that fixed my issues promptly while explaining what had happened in case it occured again. It depends on the sells rep as to how good the service will be.

I had to get AT&T service for a cell phone so when I get stuck out in the Twilight Zone areas of Tx., I can still make a call to civilization. Otherwise Id stick with TMobile or Verizon!
