Not great! Tried to push accessories on us that we did not ask for by telling me that was what I was paying for. Not good customer service.

Tanner and Aaron provided outstanding customer service. Both were knowledgeable and efficient in their customer service skills. I greatly appreciate their service in helping me buy a new phone. Saturday 5:30pm supposed to head out on 6 hour trip for business and new phone purchased 2 days before goes black screen. TCC staff to the rescue! We came in 20 til close Aaron had call district manager to walk through return process (who was off the clock). They definitely went the extra mile. New phone, case and screen protector swapped out and after some time finally on the road. It was an overtime job for sure but when multiple businesses and family rely on you I am glad they were there to help.

Veronica in the Marshall MO store was very helpful switching my phone service. She went above and beyond with friendly service.My online experience was not good at all extra charges were not explained plus I was change an additional activation fee for switching phones my husband could operate better.Thank you

Worst place to try and pay your bill.bwas up there twice today one employee several people. Why dont you put in a payment kiosk so people can pay their bill. And on everything else they charge you to take your payment.

Meg in the Marshall location was awesome! She was professional, polite, and took care of my issues in an expedient manner. I am a prepaid customer and unfortunately, getting through to customer service can be very taxing and frustrating. My current phone screen would not allow me to to anything at all. Meg was kind enough to let me use the store phone to contact Verizon & then she followed up by assisting me with the set up of my new phone. She is such an intelligent and patient person. Im from the generation that prefers human customer service over automated, so it was such a relief to know Meg was taking care of me. Thank you SO much!

I went to get my help with my phone, they didn’t even acknowledge me or say they would be right with me. Then after waiting for 30minuted I asked for some help and they told me to download an app and we’re no help at all. New friendly and positive workers that dress more professional and act it to would be appreciated.

I had purchased a pre-paid plan with Verizon, without realizing my iphone was locked. So, I came into the local Verizon dealer to go ahead and get a contract. The staff was very friendly, and super helpful. They walked me through every step of the process and totally made my day. I would recommend for anyone to switch to Verizon because it was simple. They sell from stock and well order in items as well. In the past they have sold me items that didnt match it made my user experience inconvenient. The power button on my tablet was on the corner and the rubber hold down was on the corner pressing on the button all the time. It was a nice tablet protector but it was incompatible and they sold it to me anyway. I would still consider them experts and if you purchase a phone from them I would let them put on the invisishield and an Incipio phone protector that is Slim and minimal. I would recommend this Verizon store to others, but remember theyre there to make a sale so be choosy.

I received a scam call and was half way through the call when I walked in the store. Veronica quickly assessed the situation and the call was shut down. After the scam call ended she quickly contacted the Verizon fraud department. Through the fraud department and Veronica my account was set right.

Visiting the Verizon Store in Marshall is always a pleasurable experience. Not only is the staff knowlegable about the products they are selling they are also accommodating to indivualized needs. Ryan helped me find a phone that was perfect for me and I can now screen my unwanted calls. When I visited on Black Friday it was extremely busy and they were having some technical difficulties but all the staff handled the stressful situation with ease. Kudos to you guys. You Rock!
