I bought a new phone there. They set it up and transferred my old phone data very quickly. I was impressed with their service.

I walked in at 5:54 PM, my only day off this month so far (I am an RN), wanting to switch my son and I from T-Mobile.. Pretty sad that 6 million more Americans filed for unemployment but all four of these employees were more concerned about getting off work because they closed in 6 minutes than getting 2 new customers. I had all the necessary information, cash etc. No worries, well go elsewhere.

Will not do business with them again.

Are you kidding me?!? These guys are awesome!!! I dont go anywhere else for my phone stuff.. Trevor is the boss then Ben is second in command and then there is Cody who knows his stuff, they all do!! There are new folks there and sadly I dont know all their names but everyone that works there are good at what they do.. Stop by and say hello or buy some stuff! Tell them Mike sharp says hello... I was in yesterday and Trevor was helping us out. He was with us for 2 hours never made us feel rushed and never got frustrated with the mess I gave him. I would recommend him for anybody! Very professional & would make sure the walk ins were being helped too.

I am not technologically savvy, so when my phone does something I dont understand, everyone that works here is always ready to help me!!Sometimes it is a very simple fix, but the employees NEVER make me feel inadequate!!The staff is professional, kind and always with a smile!!I love Midwest Valley Communications!!

Joe was great. I broke my old phone and he listened to what I wanted and found a new phone for me. Recovered photos and contacts and I was on my way in a half hour. Very happy camper.

HORRIBLE experience!! Go to any other store before this one!! They were not willing to help AT ALL because we had activated our lines at another store because we were wasting their time and not giving their individual store business. Pathetic Ben!! Rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. He was negative from the minute we stepped in the store. Don’t waste your time going here!

Manners do make a difference 🙂 Ive dealt with a lot of cell phone representatives over the past 15 + years. Technology isnt cheap, but a show of a little respect and patience is free.

Great place for a variety of phones for verizon, but should not be charged for sim cards when sent there from verizon head quarters and told there would be no charge that they are free.

OMG, we were in the market for a Iphone SE, walk in told the young girl what we wanted she repeatedly gave us the price of a prepaid Iphone SE. once we told her what we wanted another guy stepped in he was not better, we wanted to buy the phone, he said we could but the phone would not be covered by warranty. once we realized that we were again talking about a prepaid phone we left and WILL NEVER RETURN

Avoid this place at all costs and go to Wireless World. My phone bit the dust and I needed a temporary phone till I received my new phone the next day. They would not give me a loaner phone. I went over to wireless world and not even being a customer of theirs, they gave me a loaner phone to use for the day.
