Got my brakes and rotors replaced a few months ago. Everything have been okay from what I can tell. However, I wanted to take my wheels off recently to do some maintenance and all of the lug nuts are stuck. It was over torqued. Ive never had this happened to me with any mechanic until now. Its lazy work not tightening lug nuts to the correct amount. Im worry I wont be able to change the tires myself now if I ever have a flat.

I came in and ask just simply for an oil change- which is listed for around $20 on their sign for the basic oil change. Although I asked for just an oil change they signed me up for the whole Synthetic package which was about $70 and did that without telling me thats what they were doing. So I left paying more than double what I should have paid for an oil change.

The staff members were professional, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable; this was our first time using this location and we were very pleased with the service and outcome. We will be back for all of our future auto needs.

The shop that we use on Canton Rd in Marietta, GA. Is wonderful and so personal. They do a great job and are very informative. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Im very grateful that they are available and trustworthy. You cant find that everyday with everyone. I give them a 10 on a one to ten chart.

This Meineke location is the Best!!! Between Mike and Winston, I 100% know I will never be overcharged or oversold on anything.I had my car in today with an issue and Winston went above and beyond to not only get me my car back in the same day, but also made sure my battery was good and holding a charge. He is Always looking out for me, checking the air in my tires, letting me know ahead of time when something may need to be replace. I always leave knowing I have had the best service possible. Ive been going here for years for oil changes, brakes etc. They have the best prices BUT the main reason I go here is because Mike and Winston are so friendly and kind. Always make customers feel welcome and like their top priority. Ive always felt I was given fair quotes too, unlike many places, Ive never felt taken advantage of for lack of automotive knowledge here. I drive 30+ minutes and pass by the Meinekes in my own town to come to this one. Highly recommend!

I called to inquire about rotors and brake pads for my daughter’s car and spoke with Winston. I knew by his warm and friendly attitude I wanted my daughter to have the work done at this shop. I called back the next day to check the price and see if they could work on her car that day and this time I spoke to Mike. He too had a warm and friendly attitude and they both were extremely polite. The price was the best of three places I had checked. Mike said to send her right over and he would start getting the parts ready. When she arrived they took her car right in and in no time at all her car was ready. My daughter called me after leaving and was beyond happy with the service she was given. She told me this is going to be her new repair shop. She has a Meineke just down the street from where she lives but said she would rather drive to this one because of the experience she had there. This is what makes a parent have a great day 😊

This location of Meineke can not be trusted. Like other Google reviews on here, I was treated wrong also. I was quoted to repair my ac would cost $350 for the part plus labor. Making the total more than $500. This would be in addition to the $86 dollars I was already charged to put new refrigerant in. The mechanic had my cell number and could have called me after he saw how bad the leak was. But no, he went ahead with the job and after I paid him 2 days later the freon leaked out and I had no air conditioning again. 2 DAYS !! So I had enough of this. Found a place 2 miles away that totally fixed my ac with the exact new hose assembly including labor for $300. Delonge Auto was fair to me and now I have good AC. I went back and kindly asked Meineke to refund part of my $86 and they said too bad. There wont be any refund for you ! Do yourself a favor and dont visit this place. Also, dont waste your time calling customer service. They give you a bunch of politically correct excuse making for this kind of bad service and claim they are powerless to take any action on behalf of the customer ! Believe me, the bad word of mouth I am going to be giving out about them will definitely affect their business.

I made a same day appointment online for 5:00pm.. when I walked in I was greeted promptly. I had a coupon from online but it was the wrong one.. it was for an oil change but not the synthetic oil that my car uses! The guy told me it was ok because there was a coupon I could use for mine and he would apply it.. my car was immediately taken back and they got started.. I had my 3 year old with me. They gave her crayons and a coloring sheet! Awesome!!! I was in and out in 23 minutes!! I also got info on new tires! Never going to the dealership for an oil change again!!! Thanks guys!!

I really had a great experience at this location. I stopped in for an oil change just an hour before I headed off with my family for vacation. The service was quick and reasonably priced. The shop manager was very kind and welcoming. I felt comfortable and confident in the technicians work. I will definitely go back for future oil changes.

My car wouldnt start so I had to gave it towed. I called the Canton Rd. Meineke and spoje with Winston who advised he would be glad to take a look at it. When we arrived, Winston came out and helped the driver where to unload the car. Within an hour, he had diagnosed what was wrong, given me a price and an estimated time to complete. I only have one vehicle and Winston worked me car into the schedule then completed the work before the estimated time. This place did not do what I requested. The written receipt did not reflect what was actually done... The front counter man kept quoting the factory manual but thats NOT what I wanted and what was on the receipt. Never going there again.

I cant recommend this shop enough. Their customer service is fantastic, and theyre very knowledgeable and professional. Have been bringing all 3 of my vehicles here for about 2 years now. They have always been up front and honest with me. When I have questions they ate always willing to tell me the truth about what is needed vs recommended. Its always nice to know what can wait. And they stand behind their work.

They had a problem with the oil pump last Wednesday after working on my Jeep. After that I went to have an oil change done on my Toyota Corolla and since it was down. The machine that is. Service was alright. I just did not like feeling verbally berated by the employee manning the front desk. I was told I was spoiled, my entire family spoiled, all Americans are spoiled and that’s why other countries hate us, and that Americans are not impacted by war like others are. I’m just trying to comprehend why I was told this at a car care center, especially by a person that does not know me. I typically love using Meineke and was a faithful customer back in Texas. However, this experience has caused me to look elsewhere. Again, servicing was most likely good, but the customer service and interactions were appalling.

I just went in for a simple oil change and instantly had a funny feeling about this place. Of course they get you to come in because you see great deal on oil change only to be upsold to what your car needs but I knew this going into the place so wasnt surprised. So as soon as I got home I came to read the reviews and Im shocked at how the corporate is consistently responding to the bad reviews like this isnt an accurate description of our brand. How many bad reviews does it take for them to realize that something needs to change. So sorry for all of you that lost your money to these guys and thanks for sharing your experience with others.

I went into Meineke for an oil change and brakes & rotors repair on my front tires. I am dissatisfied because it has only been a week and my brakes sound worse than they did before I sent my car in for servicing and the scrubbing seems louder than it did before. I’m not sure if my car was serviced correctly but I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Paid almost $700 yesterday to get new brakes, roaters & oil change & MY BRAKES ARE STILL Squeaking (NOT EVEN 24 hours later)

I never write reviews online but felt compelled in this case. Worst car shop experience ever. This was my 1st and last time to visit this shop. Mike, the manager I think, had the most annoying, over compensating attitude. He talked A LOT and bad mouthed other shops to me and other customers while exalting himself. Very unprofessional. Without going into too much identifiable detail, I knew exactly what needed to be fixed and told them, but they treated me like I knew nothing. They ended up fixing exactly what I said needed to be fixed at a premium of about twice what I was expecting. I should have just taken it home and fixed it myself, but I was short on time and just needed it fixed.Please read the other critical reviews before deciding to use this shop, always be suspicious of perfect, glowing reviews. I dont believe this shop reflects all Meinekes since Ive had better experiences at others.

I got an oil change and after that my car broke down. The worse place ever! I always have taken my car to the dealership and my dad decided to take it there. WHAT A FK NIGHTMARE! So I will see them at the court house!

Great service! This is usually the spot I get my brakes done! I had to get a full brake service plus rotors, yesterday. I was in about 7:38 am. (I was supposed to be in at 7:30. My bad. But come on. It was Saturday.) They had me out by 9:20 am.Full brake service on front/back, plus rotors put on the back/front. They will continue to be my GO-TO spot for brakes, or cv joints!

Second time using these guys and they are friendly, honest, reasonably price and won’t mysteriously find new things wrong with your vehicle for you to pay for!! I will use them again!
