Ive had decent experience here in the past. However, today I took my vehicle in for brakes and an oil change. They ran a full inspection but didnt change the oil. Also, the bill came back for the brakes and rotors 15% higher than discussed on the phone (I guess shop fees and taxes).
Very reliable great work and Ron makes my day every time. If he ever gets out of the car repair business he might want to try stand up
Do not go to this location. I had my brakes replaced at this location in January and by April my brakes were squeaking. I took it back to them a few weeks ago & the manager Ron told me he drove my car but was unable to hear the noise. I informed him that the noise starts once the car has been driven for awhile. Ron told me to go drive my car until I heard the noise and to come back and pick him up. I felt it was unnecessary for me to drive my gas out of my car when they should be able to do a brake inspection. I was then assisted by Nick who showed me some spots on my brakes and told me that once the brakes heat up that’s what’s causing the sound. Nick said the brakes were safe but the sound would not go away. I later spoke back to Ron to ask if I wanted the brakes replaced because I could not deal with that sound especially a few months after just having them replaced. Ron informed in order to assist he has to hear the sound. I later took my vehicle to a different shop and was informed the brakes were making that noise because DW Campbell put the cheapest brakes on my vehicle which were around $18. $18 brakes & I paid around $200 for the service. I would never go back to this location.
Service is always amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. They do their best to get you in and out, I never feel overwhelmed because they explain exactly what they found and even show you the problem. I never feel pressured or like I’m paying for things I don’t need. I came in on a busy Saturday and had my tire repaired and oil changed in about an hour. LOVE this place!
This is a shady business. I asked for a quote less than a week ago and brought my vehicle in today for an oil change and the price that I was charger AFTER the service was performed was $70 more than they quoted. I showed their service manager to the text that they sent with the lower quote and he gives me some excuse if oil prices on the rise and goes into this drawn out speech about how gas was .50 cents a gallon when he was young etc. If the price of oil goes up then u should revise your quote prior to the service and if you fail to do so then you should honor your quote. It is not the customers responsibility to track the price of oil and somehow project how this will affect a quote that is less than a week old.

Ron was able to find a dinosaur size tire as he called it, for my Ranger. Id called multiple places who would have to order the tires if they were willing to help me at all. He had the tires from storage and called me to install within the hour. They were installed the same day. The service was great, people very friendly. Only hated paying so much but guess thats not entirely under their control. I would definitely use them again.

Lets be honest. No one likes going to get their car serviced. Your auto is broken and theres a fear of getting ripped off. I feel at ease from the moment I enter the waiting room and am warmly greeted Theyre good folks who always take the time to explain the service options and give me a realistic time period. Walked in unscheduled with a flat tire and left with a new one in less than 30 minutes. They take preventive measures against Covid-19 and are clean. Decent folks working here.
Took me in for a relatively emergent tire issue with our daughters call. Jumped right on it, fixed the problem - including a stripped lug - and checked the other tires. Professional, did not try to upsell. Great job, highly recommend.

Sydney is outstanding. When I pulled in late on a Saturday, because I heard ticking when accelerating & the oil light flashed going around a curve, I desperately needed to see if I needed oil. I was 200 miles short of my 3000 mi oil change.I was told that it was too late for the service, BUT they filled my oil, & told me to come back on Monday.I am completely dependent on my vehicle all day for work, including weekends. I would have missed appointments the remainder of Sat, all day Sun, & Mon morning for as long as the service would take.So they literally saved days of work for me. I highly recommend them for being above & beyond accommodating.

I appreciate the effort and have gone ahead updated my review accordingly.2 Star Review:Very frustrated by my experience. While the customer service was great, I originally came to the shop to have my oil changed and brakes inspected. I figured, they needed to be changed but wanted them to check. I was called about changing my break pads and told this would up my total bill to over $300. I approved the work. Upon pick-up I was told that an additional $400 of work was done without my approval. I cant explain how shocking it was preparing to pay $300 and seeing the total come out to over $700. While the quality of the work was good, Im frustrated that I wasnt asked about the work before it was done.

Excellent. Took my car here for tire repair or replacement if needed. Ron was able to preorder a tire for my vehicle just in case however they were able to patch the screw that was found inside the tire. I was in and out within a hour or so. Great customer service, friendly and reasonable. Ill Defintely use them in the future for any car needs.Update: 9/14/2021, initially my opinion was great however in April 2021 I went on to purchase a new set of Run Flat Tires costing around $1200+ for a new set. Since the new tires have been on my vehicle which isnt driven much & stays parked in a garage 80% of the time its used, Ive had two separate issues with flat tires on the same tire as a result of faulty or non repaired/replaced tire valve.Sometime in mid June my front passenger tire went flat for no reason. Literally the tire was so flat I could barely drive on it. I was able to take back to DW and after they inspected they could find nothing wrong but suggested maybe it was faulty tire valve which was reportedly replaced for me at no charge.This weekend that same tire (Front Passenger) and same tire valve failed to hold air resulting in my vehicles tire going flat. As I was now away from home & was unable to return to DW, I had to take to another local tire repair shop whereby I had to spend $180 to replace the tire valve & TPMS with an assurance that I shouldnt have any further issues.Never before when replacing tires have I ever had issues with my tire valves or TPMS.I am very upset with DW because when the first flat occurred after they serviced the tires I was assured they fixed or repaired replaced the tire valve. Obviously that wasnt true resulting in my having to spend unnecessary money after the fact!I wont use DW again nor recommend!
My car wasn’t starting properly so I assumed I needed a new battery. I took it to Goodyear and with zero diagnostics done the Manager tossed a $277 estimate at me and said ‘that includes a $10 discount!’ I said, $277 for a Chevy Cruz battery!?? He rudely insisted they only use Interstate Batteries!! I left and headed to AutoZone where they actually TESTED my battery & said it’s FINE...it’s possible it may have been sitting a while, which it had at the body shop for three weeks. A few years ago they put a USED battery in my daughters car and charged us for a NEW one!! I certainly wouldn’t trust this place!!

I brought my 2015 Honda Civic in for a regular oil change on 8/27/2020. The car has about 60,000 miles on it and runs very well. I wanted to get it taken care of prior to selling the car this week. When I went to Kelly Blue Book to sell my car, the CarFax indicated my car had 111,111 miles on it, not the 60,000 it actually had on it, which was reported by D.W.Campbell Tire & Auto Service on 8/27/2020. This is 50,000 miles over the actual miles on the car which brought down the valuation down by $2,000. I was able to get Kelly Blue Book to recognize it was an error on the reporting of the mechanic since they could see the car was in excellent condition with very few miles. I CANNOT BELIEVE the lack of INTEGRITY of this establishment to carelessly report an additional 50,000 miles on the car. How could someone be SO NEGLIGENT? This is only what I caught however. Imagine if the work I had done on my car also lacked integrity and was negligent as well? I will NOT be returning here. This is NOT the first incident with misreporting or accidentally overcharging.Businesses need to be run with integrity. This operation needs help.
This place really helped me out in a bind. I am not from this area so I needed to do a little research to find a place that I felt comfortable with. Ron the tech made sure I knew exactly what needed to be done in priority level but didnt make adjustments until I said go ahead. That was important because it allowed me to understand what I needed to do but kept me at a level I could afford at the moment. I will definitely be using them agian each year I am back for work!!!
I came in with a flat tire from hitting a pothole onto 85. Turns out I blew two tires with that pothole. Ron took great care of me. He saw damage on the other two tires also and recommended all four to be replaced. I think him for his great service and for looking out for my safety and welfare. I appreciate the great job they did!
Its always nice being referred by a well respected friend, that has also been a patron of a business for a couple decades ~ especially when... youre a woman that has little, to no knowledge about cars in general and has had lets say, some nightmarish episodes, as a result. However Ron, the GM, took exceptional care in making sure what was needed got addressed, for the least amount of money, in a timely manner! This kind of care, makes this family owned Goodyear operation a go to for women that have issues with auto repairs. And their bathroom was clean! 👏👏👏

Excellent service, decent prices and friendly staff. They got me in the same day, didnt overcharge me for services (compared to other places I had checked on prior to coming here), diagnosed the issue quickly and was professional the entire way. It was great to work with Ron, who you can tell cares about his place and his customers. Ron is a very nice guy and is what makes this place somewhere I plan to return to. I had an issue with an employee giving me incorrect information over the phone and Ron called back immediately to make sure that I was given correct information and tried to make things right. I really appreciate doing business with someone who is honest and tries to keep a good relationship with customers. I would absolutely recommend coming here to anyone I know.
Hmm...I never expected a super great dealer level service. However, they shouldve done what they wouldve done. I asked them an oil change and complementary tire rotations. If they rejected the tire rotation service upfront, I could understand that. After getting home, I checked the tires. None of them were rotated. At the end of the day, I really doubted even their paid service.

Amending my rating. They said they would have my tire on Saturday, kept my car all day and had I not called, they would not have advised me of the status. They said, when I called, the tire didnt come in. So why not call and let me know. Not the way to do business and win customers.

Desperate to fix a flat because we were over 600 miles from home and getting ready to leave i needed to get the tire fixed. I arrived at 445pm on a Saturday and just 15 minutes before closing and the GM (Ron) personally repaired our flat tire. Everyone was very nice. New lady at the desk who remembered my name and my situation.Went in for wheel alignment, but they found a pricey repair that sounded dangerous. So I let them order the part and fix it the next day. They shuttled me back and forth to home.When I picked up my car, I had a pleasant bonus - they had fixed my air conditioning, which had been out a year! The prior place I took my car, could not figure out why it was not working. If a compressor had been needed, it had to be done at the dealer, who quoted $2200. All it needed was freon and problem solved.
I have brought my car here three times now. Ron and his team are great. They are always friendly and take time to answer your questions. They keep you informed about what’s going on with your car and talk through options to help you decide what to do. The prices are much better than at the dealer and I really appreciated the fact that Ron did a little extra research to get me a better deal on a part. Ron has a great customer service attitude. Yesterday when I mentioned I couldn’t get my car until I could get a ride to the shop, Ron came and picked me up!

Called for a quote at 7:45 in the morning to have two tires replaced and rotate the rear tires to the front. I got there 10 minutes later and was checked in by Ron. There was a vehicle in front of me and was told to make myself comfortable. Next thing I know, my truck was on a lift. About 40 minutes later I was on my way.Their quote was dead on. Their service was excellent and quick! This is definitely going to become my regular shop. Thank you guys!
I was pleasantly surprised at the level of Customer Service. They are such friendly people and really seem to treat people like family. I first came here for an oil change and they recommended some additional things I needed to do. I needed brakes and rotors replaced and the prices were better than other places I called to. Usually I stray from corporate chains but no one could beat their prices. You’ve definitely gained a new customer!

Updated review: Took my car in on 6/21/19 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My tire light was on and I told them that I heard a rattling noise from near my tires and please check it while it is being serviced. I also mentioned that my brake lights were out. Was told there was no rattling sound after tire rotation was complete and the rotation must have resolved the issue. Tire light was still on and I still heard the rattling after I picked up my vehicle. They replaced one brake light at this location, but all three of my brake lights were apparently out! Took my vehicle to the Cobb Pkwy location on 7/2/19 and was told that my struts were making the rattling noise and its over $1100 to replace just the front struts for my suspension. Front desk and service techs are polite but sometimes too friendly. Maybe next time the techs and front desk will focus more on providing complete and attentive service to my vehicle and less on calling me hun and sweetie and asking about my personal life. I will not be bringing my car back to this location in the future. Had too many issues with requesting the shuttle as well. Every time I requested an appointment and a ride on the shuttle so I can get to work or back home I was always given the answer, Well if you take a ride on the shuttle then it will take time away from our service techs completing the work on your car. If you have a shuttle, it does not bode well to basically complain to your customer that the shuttle is an inconvenience to your shop instead of accommodating it as a convenience to the customer.
These guys are great. Honest, friendly and best of all they do great work and stand behind it. I use these guys as my one stop shop for tires, repairs, and oil changes. Cant recommend them enough.
This was my 2nd time going to This Goodyear AND Both times the Mgr and with their speed of service impressed me for Walk-in service, no appointment nor calling on my way!! My time is far more valuable than cost b/c I can’t get it back like I can money. Great team, great service, competent, & honest! I had a fairly major repair done, on my Mazda, and it was done within a few hours... Mathew kindly drove me to my home and then back after the repair was done. And Ron is not only knowledgeable but he also has a pretty great sense of humor too! :).
Overall very fast service. The first time we came in, we found out we picked the wrong tires and they ordered in the correct ones for us.However, when we got those put on, they installed a TPMS on the vehicle which we specifically declined on our quote.Fast service, friendly people -- just double check your documents.

Excellent place. I took my truck there because, I had AC problems. My High pressure hose had a hole in it. They fixed it up and did a few other maintenance Items for me at great price. I have been there several times over the years and they have always done a excellent job.
I love the friendliness of the place and understand they wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. They kept calling me about other stuff to fix, and all I wanted was a oil change and break pads. I just didn’t like that they had my car the entire day. I took it in at 9:00am and picked it up almost 5:00 pm. There were a few other things that raised my eyebrow but I will not mention, I won’t return to this place. Ever since I got my car back from this place my sensors don’t work anymore on the sides of the car to indicate that I am to close to another car. My check engine light has since come on and my car is not a year old. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Head and shoulders above the majority of service stations. I know a good deal about cars, and this is one of the few places Ive been where the technicians do not talk down to you. My compliments to the knowledgeable, approachable, and courteous staff. Ill be back.
- BE CAREFUL -Expensive wheels scratched. Took my 2016 BMW for new tires, one was leaking. When I gave them my car the front drivers side wheel was in PERFECT condition. I always check my car before handing over for any maintenance and when dealing with wheels I’m even more thorough. The rims are 19” inch BMW M4 and almost brand new.When I got my car back the front drivers side wheel was clearly damaged. In fact it had the steel shavings from the damage still sitting on the wheel rim. When I asked the manager about it he got the service rep; the service rep saw it and immediately said “it wasn’t me, you must have done it”. I showed him the shavings and explained that it’s been pouring rain all day and it was so wet that the shavings would have washed off easily by driving just 50 feet. I splashed water from the ground on the wheel and the shavings came off. I asked him to explain how they’d have stayed in there if I did it before I got there and I told him I checked my car before I handed the keys over... response: “I don’t know wasn’t me” and he walked away.The manager said he checked the security footage and that it was “grainy” but didn’t think his guys did it. I told him it I knew with 100% certainty that they did. Besides scratches, there were circular markings as if they attempted to take off the wrong wheel that definitely weren’t there before. He didn’t offer to repair it or anything for that matter.I’ve spent a lot of money here but will never take my car here again. Zero accountability. Sad, because their prices are very competitive and Ron has been easy to deal with but this is the standard $hit you hope doesnt happen when getting your car worked on because many shops wont acknowledge or correct the damages they cause.
I had a flat on my car and realized that I needed to go across town and get my tire fixed where I bought my tires at Goodyear. I made it in the door one hour before closing and let the attendant know that I had a nail in my tire. They were able to pull my car in, plug my tire and get everything done before the store actually closed. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family!

The dealership told me my water pump was leaking and they could fix it that day for 760.00. I waited and took my car to Goodyear and guess what? Water pump was fine! Ive always received excellent service from Goodyear and will continue to trust them with all my auto needs.

I had a flat tire at my office. D.W. Campbell Goodyear o Powers Ferry was the closest place to drive to on the spare and they were wonderful - put on new tires in less than an hour so I could be on my way, and they didnt try any up-selling. I highly recommend them.
I really trust these men with my car maintenance. This is a very customer friendly business and they take good care of my car. I find them honest and theyll always explain anything that needs to be done, the cost involved, and will work with me to do services in stages if thats what I need. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!
Talk about service with a smile....the manager, Ron, that was on duty proved to be very polite, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Although I was a walk-in, service was still quick and efficient. This location is definitely worth visiting again.
The staff was very nice and helpful. me being someone who knows nothing about cars, I was nervous to get some maintenance but they were honest about the costs and very speedy in their work. I would definitely recommend.
Not very high on this place. I was sold a 3 year alignment that apparently isnt good at any Goodyear location but this location. Second I purchased tires that were supposed to last for 65k miles and ended up lasting a little over half of that before all four wearing out. They did give me a partial warranty credit on my tires so that is the only reason Im not giving them 1 star. The managers explanations for why the tires potentially wore out so quickly dont add up to me. I only drive here in the city, I dont drive fast and it is just a normal too/from work commute mostly each day. I am hopeful that this second set of tires they just recently installed work out but Im not holding my breath. Every time I take my car to another shop for other work, the other mechanics say my car is out of alignment so I continuously have to return to get alignment re-done. If I had to do it all over again I would not have bought the original set of tires back in 2018 and just went to Costco.

Everyone is always nice and friendly. Costs are given up front or they will call you if additional work needs to be done to get approval. Ive been going to them (and only them) for the last three years, since moving to this area of Marietta. Ive never had an issue with them, and they will continue to be my mechanic. We take all three cars there. Bonus is that they also do the state emissions test!
I came in with two issues. Incorrectly mapped TPMS sensors from a dealership and a tire going flat. Ron and his team diagnosed my tire, patched it and remapped my sensors for me all under half an hour. This was during the lunch hour. I appreciated Rons transparency and his ability to diffuse my stress level. I would recommend this Goodyear for anyone with tire issues, emissions work and for the rest of the services they offer strictly because of their customer service and accuracy.
