I received service at Aaron’s automotive in July and it is now September. I waited to give a review to test out how well the repairs were. I found them on google and was nervous at first. From the start, I felt like family. Holly, the woman in charge of the front, was always enthusiastic. I can tell they treat her well here. Now, Aaron showed great concern for my well being. My brakes were terrible and to the floor. He charged me at the rate I was able to dish out at the time. He did not want me on the road like that being that I was going back to Florida. My light came on after I left and it was due to my thermostat. I immediately called Aaron’s and didn’t go anywhere else. Whenever I have time, I’ll be getting my shocks replaced with him as well. If you are looking for a shop that values loyalty and won’t charge you out of this world then go to Aaron’s. They enjoy what they do here! Thank you all!

My daughter was traveling to Atlanta and had car trouble with her transmission on a weekend. Aaron was willing to work with us on this major transmission repair and even stayed late to get my daughter back on the road. His service, willingness to stay late and repair pricing were great.

My best friends car was having transmission issues six hours away from home. We were desperate to find someone to help but every mechanic in the area was packed!!! Despite being busy, Aaron worked over an hour overtime to squeeze her in and fixed her car with ease. The entire establishment is extremely professional, and we were treated with amazing hospitality from both him and the lady at the front desk. This is definitely the place to go!!!!

After taking my 2012 bmw 740i to multiple shops, I can truly say this was the one stop shop! My car has never performed so amazing. Other shops were grossly overpriced, and very little knowledge or should I say honesty . Aaron’s automotive installed a new transmission in under 72 hours and I’m back on the road before my start date of my new job. I can ride in comfort knowing I have a 3 year warranty. When my entire family rides with me I know there in good hands. Thanks Mr. Aaron I know have enough money left over to buy them all ice cream. If you have a high end vehicle check this place out first before going to the dealership. I worked for a tow company and took a car there. The secretary is nice and helpful. When i do buy my next high end vehicle i definitely will take it there for its repairs.

I went to this shop with good faith because my car broke down on me near the square. It’s been causing me problems for over a month and I had to have it towed to 4 different mechanics all at which “ couldn’t figure it out or diagnose my issue” in other words my car was extremely difficult to figure out. Aaron took on this project with confidence and always gave me positive feedback. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to research and discovered my issue at which was electrical. To top it all off the price was honest and affordable in comparison to the dealerships offer. Highly respected and recommended. These people are amazing! They were so nice, and they never once tried to cheat me or overcharge me. I went in worried about brakes and an engine shake, and left with the knowledge that my brakes were fine, and the engine shake GONE, with only a $50 part and $30 labor charge. If you need maintenance done, this is definitely a good place to come.

Hands down the BEST auto mechanic in Atlanta. Not only does he provide TOP NOTCH service, but he doesnt charge or suggest repairs for things that are not broken. Instead, hell make minor repairs for things he sees and wont charge you! Then, when he does see a problem, hell tell you HONESTLY if the repair is mandatory and/or immediate and then suggest the proper timeline. Hes always helpful and conscious of budget. Every person needs to know a good lawyer, accountant and a good mechanic. I just found my mechanic.

Milton Aaron and his guys did a super job replacing my sons Ford Escort transmission and torque converter. Allison did a great job staying in touch with updates. Let me put it this way. They are now doing a tranny job on my truck and soon will be doing a timing belt and water pump on my wifes car. I trust them now with all my car repair needs. And I live an hour away from them! Give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Sorry for the long read but I believe content is important.It was a total fluke I ended up at this shop to begin with. I was looking for a mechanic shop to help with my dated 02 CRV and a mystery noise. I passed this shop several times as I was incredibly lost trying to find my original planned Destination. On my 3rd pass I pulled into the the lot adjacent to fix my GPS and figure out where I went wrong. A very kind man walked up and offered assistance and asked if I knew my car was making a concerning noise. I explained the situation and the gentleman who I later learned was the owner of Aarons Automotive Repair was incredibly helpful. He explained what the noise was and on the fly suggested a repair methodology. I thanked him for his time and expertise but mentioned I had scheduled time with another shop I was having problems locating. Mr Aaron helped me get to the shop (whos address was improperly listed on Google maps ) by directing me the back way.I spent a good while at the other shop where they told me ( after a 3 hour diagnostic) that the problem would cost $960 to repair. I told them I would have to wait on that till the funds were available. They charged me $300 for the diagnostic.I drove back to Aarons and asked how much his diagnostic would be, he informed me of his pricing but said there was no need because the diagnostic would cost more than the repair. I was totally taken aback by his honesty and genuine caring nature.Sure enough, $85 later I was back on the road with a fixed car and no giant bill ( except the one from that other scamy shop I previously went to earlier that day).Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days. These guys are solid and trustworthy.My first stop after my car was repaired was to head back to that other shop and complain while trying to get my $$ refunded due to their inaccurate assessment and quote of the repair. To their credit, they did give me a partial refund but stuck to their guns that the problem was caused by something other than what was fixed.Aarons Automotive is my new go to spot for all my familys car care needs, and NOT just because they are easy to find on Google. Today I had the shop do a Pre-Buy inspection for me on a vehicle that I was hoping to purchase. Although my request for this Pre-Buy inspection was with only one day notice,they were very accommodating and friendly and helpful. I had a CARFAX report that showed some previous mechanical problems which was helpful, however, Milton Aaron took me and we went for a test drive, and he was instrumental in saving me from a substantial loss. He found that some of the previous, known problems, were still problems. His inspection was very thorough and professional, and it identified several other problems that I would never have identified. He is a very humble and knowledgeable mechanic, very personable and very friendly and his receptionist likewise. The repair estimate that they prepared for me was very helpful and as might be expected, the car dealer did not react favorably, though the evaluation that I got from Aarons Automotive Service saved me from a significant financial loss. I would trust the people at Aarons to do all my mechanical work though unfortunately I live 160 miles from their shop.

Aarans Automotive has been my hot mechanic since 2011. He as seem me through several car. I his work. He will check the vehicle and top fluids.You wont feel that your is partially repaired. He stands buy his work.

I took my car there to get two wheel studs put in and the man couldn’t do it so he put my tire back on and didn’t thighten them all the way up so I drove 15 mins away to my kids school and my tire almost fell off cause the machanic didn’t tighten my four lug bits up tight and I lost one more lug nut so I only had three left on my car I go back over there today and try to see if he can try again but the lady said come back in a hour and he can try but it gonna charge you labor rate also and all I got was a sorry for my life my fiancé life my 19 year old life my five year old life and my 5 months old grandson life being in danger due to they machanic not checking to make sure the lug nuts were on tight
