Use a company that has better values and cares about your service.The manager decided to retaliate against my disappointment in “service” and refused service.What a joke!

These are THE most honest professionals Ive ever worked with.Our car scraped up against the garage while pulling in. I didnt want to mess with the damage so I didnt make it worse.When I brought in our SUV, instead of giving a quote, they used paint thinner to remove the paint from the garage to assess the damage and do a quote. There was no real damage to the car. No $ owed.

After being struck by an 18 Wheeler tire, I had front end and undercarriage damage. State Farm recommended they repair my vehicle. They were fantastic. Continually kept me informed of their process and estimates and the technicians that worked on my vehicle called and updated me on the repair progress with an estimated date of completion. I picked up my car on the date promised and they had even washed and vacuumed my vehicle, which looked great. Friendly, courteous, professional. If needed again (hope not), they will be my choice.

The dealership was trying to rip me off saying it would cost $325 to instal a rocker panel. Called AutoNation and over the phone I received a strong estimate saving me $280 and my car was ready in only 15 minutes. These guys are lifesavers!

I recently engaged AutoNation Collision Center services to make repairs to my vehicle. The service I received was great and met expectations. I have been an AutoNation Nissan customer for a while now, and I wanted repairs to be done by Nissan certified professionals. My experience was hassle-free and the process was smooth from beginning to end. Victoria was my main point of contact, she was very receptive to my feedback and provided great customer service. Initially, the front bumper was not installed to my liking, but after providing my feedback Victoria made sure the bumper was readjusted to meet my expectations. Furthermore, after a couple of weeks or so from the delivery of my car, I noticed my fog lights were not turning on, so I took it back to the shop and they fixed the issue promptly.I am very happy with the customer service provided and the final delivery of my vehicle. I definitely would recommend this shop!

Went for an estimate on my car which was sideswiped. They ended up giving me an estimate for my front bumper. If they couldnt identify two damaged doors and rear quarter panel. .....i am not sure what kind of work would get done. On a positive note there was no waiting.

I took my SUV here because I thought it would get fixed properly. Clearly they only wanted the money. They did not give an estimate for everything that was wrong with my car, they only gave an estimate for what the appraiser wanted them to give an estimate for. There is more damage to my car and I felt that it was unfair and unprofessional for them not to examine the entire car. They removed my battery which had nothing to do with the accident and put it back in wrong. This caused my car not to start days after getting it back. I had to get a jump to get to work, the I paid $165 for a new battery only to find out that it was installed wrong. The car was making a loud noise and wobbly. The repair person claimed to hear the noise but not feel the car riding uneasy. The said they test drove the car but none of this was noticed. They did fix the wheel but the car is still riding wobbly and should have been written off. They did tell me that they told the appraiser that the car had too much damage to it and it should be written off. At no time did anyone reach out to me and ask me what I wanted. Now everyone got paid and I have a jacked car because of an accident that was not my fault. I would never recommend them for anyone. They kept my car way longer than they told me. It has been a headache.

I was involved in an accident in my Toyota Prius and had to go here for the Farmers insurance coverage on the vehicle. Justin, the on-site Farmers rep, took excellent care of me. I had to have my headlight, quarter panel, and bumper replaced. They did an excellent job and Justin made it very easy for me. I was placed in a rental car that morning and he made sure that I didnt have to worry about anything.The only reason I give 4 stars, instead of 5, is that they are VERY busy. So, it took longer to get the repairs done than I would have preferred: however, they made it a very smooth process and I didnt have to worry about anything.Highly recommend this place: provided you have the time. If you go through Farmers Insurance: Justin will make sure youre well taken care of!

I took my vehicle into AutoNation shop for repairs of scratches to my front hood and front grille and on both rearview mirrors. I felt they gave me an reasonable quote for repairs. When I went back to get my car they told me they couldnt get all the scratches out for around 150.00 dollars and I also had them to repair my back drivers side taillight. I paid them the quote bill and wasnt very happy with their work. Not one time they offered me any discount because they were unable to fit my vehicle. I then took my vehicle for another repair at MACCO and they told me to take it to a professional Detail Shop which they gave me. I did take it to that shop and they bluffed all my scratches off my vehicle for 60 dollars and I gave them a 30 dollar tip because AutoNation were trying to get me to paint my vehicle for around 2,000 dollars in which I felt I didnt need. I will never recommend AutoNation Collision Center to no one because they gave me bad customer service and Im glad to wash my hands from this bad experience. Thank GOD its better company out here to serve our community. One other thing which companies will use a photo of one of their workers sleeping in a chair and that why I believe my vehicle didnt get repaired properly. Google AutoNation Collision Center and look at their Photos to show there company. Its a Shame

Not only does this location fail to follow up with you on the status of your vehicle. It unlawfully surrenders your total loss car to the insurance company without you signing anything, or given time to pick up your tags and valuables out of the vehicle. Do not bother with this location when you have tons of other options. I would have given a 0 rate if possible.

I have used AutoNation Collision several times they do good work which is the reason I insist on going back. Ms Pattie is the office manager I believe and she is a joy to encounter. I took my car in for repair a few weeks ago. It was there about 9 days during that time we had a lot of rain. After receiving my car back there was a smell in it i called the next morning to inquire about as it smelled like it had gotten wet. The gentleman that answered the phone said hed have someone call me about it. Still no call, i am disappointed.

They do great body work. The staff is very friendly and professional. They do keep you updated as to your repairs. I would definitely recommend them.

I brought my car here with the expectations of having a fixed front bumper, a new one actually according to the shop. When I looked at my car at the shop the area that was noticeably damaged was fixed but after taking my car home and inspecting further there were new scratches on the bumper. I immediately called the shop when I noticed about an hour or 2 after picking it up. First after calling the receptionist says that the person who helped me is at lunch and would call back, I waited a few hours no call back so I call again. This time I was asked to send pics and after the employee looked at the pics I was asked if I ran over something while driving on the interstate bc theres nothing in their shop that would cause that damage. I was called later in the week to bring the car in for a look and they tell me the same thing. I live almost an hour away so that was a waste of time, I was also told that a manager would contact me but no one did. In conclusion I would not recommend going here and if you do make sure you get on hands and knees and fully inspect every inch of your car with an employee before you drive off bc they dont voluntarily do it.

AutoNation did a great job repairing my Nissan Rogue. They even cleaned the inside of my car in addition to repairing and washing the outside. Great job!!!!

Dont get your car fixed at this place... Took the money from my insurance company and didnt fully fix my car... They didnt fix my tire sensor nor did they fix my bumper completely...

Repair work and customer service were unsatisfactory. Rear spoiler was not replaced to match the center and left newly replaced spoiler and mud flaps. At least provide insurance company with an estimate to replace driver spoiler so all of the spoilers match. In and out of the vechicle was more soiled along arm rest and floor board. Spoke to the manager Jim and he didnt seem to care. Very unprofessional in how he approached the situation even make a joke in parting about my light covers which had nothing to do with the repairs. The lady at the desk is nice except for her, I dont recommend getting your vechicle repaired there.

I was involved in a hit and run accident. Ford auto nation marietta had my vehicle for a month, and did no work or service to the vehicle.The sales manager was present and was rude. I spoke with Kevin at the marietta autonation collision center and explained what happened. Kevin would give me a call 2-3 times a week to inform me of the type of repairs he planed on doing to my vehicle, he helped to supply me with a rental car for the not so perfect service with Ford automation marietta. Kevin and patty were amazing. The employees of the collision center deserve a raise, and as stated, Kevin and Patty were great They saved this experience! I would definitely refer an acquaintance to Ford autonation collision center.

Took my F-150 to AutoNation Collision Center (Marietta, GA) after hitting a deer. Repairs were made in what I considered a timely manner and when I picked it up I was very pleased with the work that was done.

Assumed since Nissan recommended Auto Nation in Smyrna that my vehicle would be repaired, and look like it did before the accident. That was not valid whatsoever. Had to constantly call in order to find out the status of my vehicle or Victoria forgot about what she needed to do to correct an error. Scratches were just painted over and never sanded down, screws were loose on the headlights, rubber pieces on the fender were not attached, huge gap between the fender and passenger side door (had to request for them to fix it), and the passenger side view mirror wires were not reconnected to work with the control button. Lastly the worst part was that I have custom rims on my vehicle that have a red pin stripe inside of the rim. When they sent off the rim the pin stripe was spray painted and covered. Now they no longer sell these rims and I am left with one rim that looks different than the other 3. If you want a collision center to pay attention to the details of your vehicle, and fix it with excellence this is not the place.
