If I could give 10 stars, I would. We just completed a 4,000 mile tour of our county. Half way through... Justin ... saved our butts. I would drive hundreds of miles to have Justin and his team and his team work on our sprinter again. They are top notch and one of the best in the the country!

I just want to mention the staff here at mercades Benz van center maple shade NJ are awesome Steve Matters the supervisor running this place is one of the nicest guys I’ve met. He kept us updated on everything. The place is neat clean and has a very friendly atmosphere. People are very knowledgeable Steve really made us feel like we were in good hands and you know what we were. Everything was just fine like Steve said it would be. He assured us that his team mechanics would get to the problem and have it fixed and we would be back on the road.So thank you Steve Matters for the great Job you all did for us. Our van runs so great once again thanks to you all at that van center. Steve has amazing Communication skills He kept us informed every step of the way.

Well let me say this my experience with this service center was beyond excellent. The place is state of the art and clean as a pin. All the staff was accommodating and could not have been any nicer. They have one of the best mechanics in the east coast and people come from Ohio, Connecticut and Maryland for there service of there vans and RVs.

This message is pertaining to Justin I believe hes the mechanic that went above and beyond to assist my good friends Sherry and Charles 2 terrific people that were in dire straits with RV problems. When a man takes care and does not take advantage in people it shows goodwill, which I believe to be the most important part of business. Vehicle was taken in promptly and Steve explained the process completely. The waiting area was convenient and welcoming. The overall time to complete was acceptable and a slight delay due to a recall fully explained. The short followup video was a welcome surprise! I will certainly recommend and continue to use this service center for my Mercedes 3500 RV.

This was my first time buying a car and I had a straightfoward and pleasant experience. Ruben and Chris made the whole process very easy and were more than happy to help me each step of the way. I met them on a Saturday and finalized the purchase on the following Monday.

We recently purchased a truck from the Mercedes Van Center in Maple Shade and had a great experience. Our sales rep Mark Hart was easy to work with and very personable. The rest of the staff was also friendly. As always, with buying a car, we spent a few hours in the dealership, but the experience was overall good. Mark was not pushy and did not try to oversell us on how great the car was. We took it for a test drive, and he left it up to us to determine if the truck was right for us. There are a few minor scratches on the truck that they said they would fix for us, which is excellent. We usually dont write reviews, but this is a newly opened location for the car group, and since we had a good experience, we thought we would pay it forward in the hope that this review may help someone else have a good experience.

Rubén was amazing. From the door the truck we called about was waiting for us. His manager made everything flow smoothly. Rubén is bilingual and this helped my husband feel more comfortable.
