I was able to get all paperwork done online. Walked in, test drove car and within an 1.5 I was out the door with my Alfa Romeo. I recently purchased an infinity Q50 from these fine people. A few miles down the road my new car had a malfunction. Now mind you, my old car came in on a tow truck and these people still worked with me. Instead of leaving stranded with no way to get to work with my brand new car, they retrieved the car, as well as myself and gave me a vehicle to get to work in. Top notch people, top notch assistance, top notch dealer. Will be doing business with them again.

If I can put ZERO stars I would do it in a heart beat! They sold me a Lemon used car. I called a numerous times because of my Fiats issues but they never returned my calls or they couldnt care less if the car was safe or not. they sold me a Nightmare Type Ikea that i needed to put the parts of the car together each time a part feel off! I have never ever experience this with any of my cars. My car had 2 recalls and no one cared also. I have filed a complaint to the Consumer affair in NJ. I cant wait to see what will be the outcome. I think Maple Shade your reviews are going down the drain!

If I could give the men in the service department more than 5 stars I would. The sevice was beyond exceptional. I had to bring my Fiat 500 in due to a part that was recalled. When I arrived, I was under the impression I had an appointment set up, or at least they would be aware of the possibility of me bringing my vehicle in, which I was told they would be after speaking to Chryslers customer warranty rep over the phone. Well, they had no clue I was coming. I was prepared to have to leave and come back another time. But, that didnt happen. He told me he would get it done that day, no worry. They took my car back right away and I went and sat in waiting area prepared to be there for a few hours..... 30 mins later. ...They came out .. gave me my keys and told me I was good to go. These men were a God send, and the service department alone will have me coming back again! Thanks guys !

Zero stars. The finance manager is horrible. I had financing ready to go for a used Giulia Ti and he submitted the purchase agreement to my bank for almost 4,000 over what the car was being advertised for. I called and asked what was going on and the answer was that his computer didnt update. Okay bud. I shrugged that off and asked if he could resubmit the purchase order for a different price (only $495 under advertised price) to my bank and he absolutely refused. Horrible customer service on his part not to mention extremely shady. They WILL try to scam you out of money.. Dont go here. Even with money in hand, they wont work with you. Ended up finding a better Giulia Ti at a dealer MUCH more professional than these sleezebags will ever hope to be.GO HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED :)

I bought a used truck back in May. Since it was in the middle of a lock down due to covid it wasnt a normal transaction buying a vehicle. I was lied to about several different things from the sales person and the finance manager. They told me the vehicle was serviced with new brakes and tires. Nothing was done, they didnt ever bother to change the oil. They also took the truck 4 wheeling the night before I went to pick it up. The two losers I was dealing with have been fired but all I got were apologies from the new management, no one offered any restitution to correct how I was treated. I wanted a particular truck in a particular color that they had. I have never dealt with such an incompetent dealership. I would never recommend doing any business with this dealership. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Im updating my review after 10 months of having my Alfa. I recently had to get some repairs done to my car and had it in the body shop to get fixed. By the way the manager of the body shop (Brian) gave the best service and was very helpful.Anyways, apart from that I went to go pick up my vehicle today after its been in the shop for about 3 weeks. I get into my car and I see there was a check engine light on, again I have not had my car in 3 weeks. It got me very upset that my car had a check engine light on so I went over to the front desk (by the Dealers) and they directed me to the service center.I went to the service center where this older man, (I believe he was the head guy for the service center). I told him that my check engine light was on and he responded with an attitude that I have to wait until 1:30 pm for his guys to get back from lunch. I proceed to tell him that my car never had a service engine light on when I dropped it off. I mention to him that my car has been in there for 3 weeks and someone has to fix it immediately because it was not given to them with a check engine light on. He continued to give me an attitude and was being really rude. I go back to the front desk by all the car dealers and the guy at the front desk ( I believe was the manager), Asked me in a very rude sarcastic way, What do I have to do to make the world perfect for you. I said, fix my dam car. The worst customer service experience EVER!!! I have recommended Alfa to plenty of people and now because of these 2 men, NEVER will I recommend Alfa to anyone.

Kristian Ramos was awesome, perfect sales person to have. He made it very easy and put a TON of effort into assisting me. Never once did I feel like I was bothering him, and I had a thousand questions. He knows every little thing about these cars and took the time to help me understand everything as well. He helped me for a couple hours, showed me all my options. (Stood in the rain with me while I checked a few out) Never once did I feel pressure. Very polite, patient guy that really has your best interest in mind. We worked the numbers on a few cars with different available packages. Ask for him, he’s good at what he does.

Joe sat me down he told me what it comes with you know if I wanted an extended warranty how much that would come to he treated me as if I was a family member. Edit & Restructuring review after my experience somehow gets worse 2 months after.1) The salesmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Very unpleasant experience that lead to the dealership calling me days later asking me to come back and make a deal. They couldnt make a deal with me when I visited the dealership the first time but decided they changed their mind 2 days later?2) They couldnt properly address my tags. My tags never got to me. I had to buy new ones because they are either too incompetent to help or unwilling to.3) They never gave me a key to my wheel locks. When they fixed the problem they simply came to the garage & removed the locks from my wheels without giving me a key and without giving me any replacement lugs. I had to spend another $109 on buying new locking lugs.The only way Id ever go back to this place is for them to cut me a $180 check for all the extra money I had to pay due to their incompetence.

I would give zero stars if I could. It’s impossible to get ahold of these people by phone and they do t respond to emails either. We continue to have an issue with the thermostat on my wife’s 500X. They keep saying it’s resolved, but the check engine light comes back in under a day. If they had replaced like we suggested the first time we brought it in everything would be great, but they insist on resetting the computer, charging me for something I could have done myself, and sending us on our way. I’m trying to call their service department and the ONE time out of 4 calls I’ve placed someone answered, she transferred me to the service department and it went to voicemail. No one else can/will touch this car, and the closest dealership is not exactly a quick jaunt from my house. Needless to say we’re done with Fiat after this.

Truly I wish I could rate it 4.5. I am extremely happy with my purchase of the vehicle. I love my new FIAT and the way it drives. The buying process was fairly painless. When I first arrived a salesman came up to me and my boyfriend as we were looking at the cars. I told him that for now we just wanted to look and he gave us space which was fantastic! The only reason I didnt give them five stars is because of the salesman. After deciding on the car I wanted to test drive I told the salesman and he double checked it with my boyfriend. To which my boyfriend responded that I was the one purchasing the car not him, so everything should be directed to me. Even after saying that the salesman often spoke just talking to my boyfriend, or asked if we were okay with the deal. Minor things like that, which were really annoying. HOWEVER, that being said I got a fantastic deal, and everyone besides my specific salesman was extremely polite, friendly, respectful, and more!....and of course the car is amazing.

I would give Fiat of Maple Shade zero stars if I could. First I set up an appointment to look at a car, when I got there they told me that they had just sold it, although they had promised on the phone that it would still be there when I arrived. I decided to look around, and from the beginning I said I was trading in and had zero down. I pick my car, do the paper work and say i want my PA plates transferred, I get home that night and they are not in my car. Two days later I get a call from Victor saying they forgot to get my 1000 down payment. I told him I was not suppose to have a down payment. He connects me with Tracy and she tells me they cant process my paperwork and plates without it. I drive back over there, less than thrilled and they make me wait 2 hours. I am forced to pay the money. Still no plates, no registration. I get my lawyer involved and he finds that they have added an extended warranty and charged me 2400 extra when I said, absolutely no extended warranty. I call and Tracy hung up on me because I accused them of swindling and running a backwards business. I ended up calling MOPAR specially, doing all my own paperwork and cancelling the agreement and getting the 2400 dollars back. Im still out 1000 dollars for a down payment I never agreed to. In my opinion, I feel they add stuff to agreements after the fact and will do anything to make commission from sales. I highly suggest, even if your dream car is there, FIND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

HORRIBLE, do not bring your car to get auto body work repaired here, my car was in the shop for almost 2 months (I needed a new bumper and headlight / fenderWhen I came in a month to pick my car up the parts were all unaligned wasn’t in place, all spacings, lights weren’t on correctly front hood was uneven, they even left a box in my car with a car part! Rushing, then I left my car again so they can refix it and When I come 2 weeks later it STILL Wasn’t fixed correctly . Very bad customer service also

They lied to get us into the dealership, kept us 2.5 hours trying to sell us a car well above our budget (which we had communicated via text a week ahead of time.) They offered us 1300 for our used Fiat, which Id bought 2 years prior. We towed the car to the local Toyota dealership, who not only offered us three times as much, but found a car that met our needs within 30 minutes.They also tried to get us to sign a handwritten contract, and used every cliche used car salesman tactic in the book to keep us in the building.

UPDATE: (FYI Joe was still great. He will always be a 5 star. This is for manager and finance department.) I went to make my first payment and finish signing some paperwork,(Monday February 17th) and I was kind of annoyed but mostly disappointed. When I sat down, I expected to sign an agreement that states the exact amount that was discussed and agreed upon the week prior. That didnt happen. None of the managers or financial departments gave me a call to tell me that they couldnt actually get me to where we discussed, and that my payment actually increased. I felt as though they told me to take the car and pay later because they know that I wouldnt have had a choice but to agree to whatever price theyd want to place me at. For future reference, please contact your customer and tell them about any plan changes. Even though I left with a positive note, I went home very disappointed with an extra $50 payment and felt lied too. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Please be weary.---Joe Seblano was fantastic! I have been to a few dealerships before, but no body treated me more human. Joe was motivated, knowledge, and friendly. He went out of his way to walk IN THE RAIN to find me a car that will work for my budget. Hes a great, funny, and compassionate. Definitely get a car from him because he is genuine and he will make sure youd leave satisfied.

Went there for a scheduled oil change. I asked the counter guy how much? He quoted me $69.99. Steep but ok, threw in a request for front windshield wipers only. Ended up paying $162. Apparently labor for installing windshield wipers is $75. I work on aircraft jet engines and don’t get paid $75 an hour

We called and texted to ask questions before we drove 1-1/2 hours to this dealership. I asked Lucy if there were any scratches or dings in this vehicle. She said no damage. When I called the next morning. I asked Von if there were any chips in the windshield and he said no. He said the vehicle was still available. When we got there it was taking long for them to drive the vehicle up to where we were to wait. So we went out and saw that it need to be jumped started. When started the engine made a loud tapping noise. We walked around the vehicle and saw it had scratches most of the way back the passenger side and small nicks all around the truck. The windshield had a chip that looked like it was patched. REALLY. The questions I asked were not answered truthfully. Didn’t have a good feeling so we left without looking at any of their other vehicles.

Classic sleaze that gives good dealers bad reputation. Bothering me via text messages and say yes to anything I would ask for but won’t honor the online deal or commit to any specific vehicle in stock. All they want is for you to come in so they can haggle. When pressed I was passed on to a sales manager that laughed off whatever the texting associate offered me “you didn’t seriously think you were going to get this vehicle for this price, did you? Maybe you can’t afford an Alfa!” I’m glad I didn’t waste a day at this place. Took the lease on a $47,000 vehicle to a respectful dignified and attentive dealer 20 miles away and got out in 15 minutes with my dream car.

I have gone from place to place and been given the BS lines and treated like a number with insincere sales approaches, when I went to Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade and met Joe Soblano. He was very sincere, knowledgeable and accommodating regarding the 2018 Audi A6, we were interested in. Went in to the parts + accessories yesterday for some coolant that I couldnt find anywhere else by Mopar, as quickly as I needed it .. and the guy at the window helped me so much! Thank you!!! ...Ive purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and have done all my repairs here as well and its been a while since Ive been in until recently and I havent always had the best experiences with services/customer care in the service side of the dealership, but it seems like theyve hired a bunch of new employees and in my 10 min there, they were all super nice and overall I just had a really nice experience. :)!

I can not speak for the sales department, but the service departments customer service is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I brought my vehicle in for service which turned into them having to keep it for a week because of a part, fine. Friday comes I hear nothing about my vehicle. I call the dealership and was told that its going to take another week because now I need a new key. Im already being charged 955.00 for the initial problem, now Im being charged an additional 169.00 for a new key that should of been ordered from the start, since that was the reason I brought the car up there.I wasnt kept update about the status of my car. I had to call the dealership to find out what was going on, after I gave them my contact information when I first brought my car to them. They seem very unorganized. Having to catch uber everyday to and from work isnt cheap. I dont recommend bringing your car here for service at all.

Their listing price for a car i was interested in was quite high, salesman didnt even want to negotiate numbers even after inspecting it and finding problems with the car. They still wanted top dollar for a vehicle with many external and internal flaws and damages! Not to mention, they wanted to tack on $4000 for dealership fees ! I will never buy a car from here!

DISCLAIMER: this review does not reflect the quality of the service department at Fiat and Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade.After serving as a patron of the service center of Fiat and Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade and being bombarded by sales associates to partake in the buy back program, I finally caved. In November, I spoke with Pete about trading in my Fiat 500 and buying a Jeep Renegade that had been sitting on the lot for months. I liked the deal he offered, but my credit needed repair before I could even have applied.In February, I returned, The Jeep was still available for the same ludicrous price about $5,000 over market value. The deal we discussed was no longer on the table and the price was no longer negotiable. After discussing financing options and running my credit (I immediately got a hit from my credit monitor) that would alleviate the high price, we agreed on a trade in and a price ($419 a month at 5.2% interest). I gave $1,000 down, left with the Jeep and would return in a week to sign the final financing paperwork with my co-signer.THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SCAMMY. I sat down with Rob, the arrogant and condescending finance guy. We go through paperwork for warranties, insurance, etc, etc. The final form goes over the financing. The rate at which we had AGREED UPON was now null and void. The monthly rate was now $575 at an interest rate of nearly 15% ($14,000 in interest over 6 years for a car worth $17,500). an immense difference from what was previously discussed.I was told that the previous figures were just what our buddy Pete sort of kind of thought someone with my credit would pay if (AND THATS A VERY IMPORTANT IF) the interest rate was 5.2%. The price and rate that we SHOOK HANDS ON was simply an estimate despite the fact that my credit was checked FIVE TIMES. I WAS SOLD A CAR AND DROVE OFF WITH IT BASED ON ESTIMATED RATES by a man that is more occupied by his cotton candy flavored vape than with customer service. Rob (remember, the finance guy) said he would call the bank and take care of this. No such bank was called. I waited in the showroom as they watched and waited for me to give in and accept their ridiculously high price for a used Jeep.Inevitably, I demanded my keys to my Fiat be returned and the signed papers be destroyed. I submitted a credit card authorization form to refund the $1,000 down payment to my checking account. It has been two days. My money has not been refunded, and no one at Fiat and Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade will answer my calls or text. If it is not confirmed that the refund has been processed by end of business this Friday, I will be calling my lawyer.IF YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED AND HAVING YOUR TIME WASTED, THEN YOU WILL LOVE FIAT AND ALFA ROMEO OF MAPLE SHADE.

Worst customer Service ever. I would give 0 star for their customer service. I bought gap insurance when I finance my car thru them. When I paid my loan early, I called them for refund for my gap insurance. Wherever I called them, they never pick up my phone or return my voicemail. It’s almost 12 months. Now, finally they pick up my phone after 12 months. they are telling me that you need to come in person to cancel my gap insurance after 12 months.I was out of town otherwise I will go personally to this car dealership, but I couldn’t.

Just purchased a new Fiat 500 Pop with the help of one of their awesome salesmen named Shawn. I admit, after reading the reviews about the place on Yelp prior to coming in I was definitely hesitant about beginning my car shopping at this dealership. I am very glad that I made the decision to go here because Shawn did everything in his power to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my experience. Absolutely horrible. The sales staff is just that, horrible. Once you sign anything, you mean nothing to them. Very rude staff. I am a young woman, and the male salesmen didnt even look at me. I purchased my CPO vehicle not even a month ago and its been in for repairs twice already. The salesperson, Sandra, even lied about the length of the warranty. Very shady people. Beware!

Visited Alfa Romeo today just to look around, because I wasn’t quite ready to trade my car in yet. As I was walking around I was greeted by Joe Seblano. I explained to him why I was there and he told me if I had any questions he would be more than happy to help. We started talking about some of the cars I was possibly interested in and he took me for a test drive in a few, even knowing I wasn’t really looking to buy just yet.......well I ended up walking out with a new car! Joe Seblano and management were extremely helpful and were not pushy. Joe is definitely not your typical salesman, he truly cares about his customers! He bent over backwards to get the deal done and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I highly recommend that you ask for Joe Seblano when you visit.......you won’t be disappointed!

Bought Chevy Avalanche 2 years ago ends up being total rusted n cracked frame was sitting in water during the hurricane was never disclosed to me was told to come down car was perfect to pay cash when I got there the cash was not enough the person they even were talking bad about who I was talking with on the phone they thought it was a big joke. After 3 hours waiting to buy the car that I call to make an appointment to purchase, I finally got in it they called me a drug dealer because I had cash . The vehicle was not inspected they told me to take it to Philadelphia to have it inspected and the guy hung windshield inspection stickers and admission on the Avalanche with a cracked frame that Fiat told me they just rubberized undercoat the frame for me everybody there is completely dishonest that I talk to I will never deal with Maple Shade Fiat again and I have reported them to the district attorney Jack Whelan from my state of Pennsylvania

Joe Seblano sold me my beautiful, red 2015 Fiat 500 Pop ( in pretty much immaculate condition) and it was manual which I wanted and he made it affordable for me. Hes very honest and by far the coolest car salesman Ive ever met. None of the typical pressure you might feel when you go to a dealership, hes a real person lol. I am sending my boss and her daughter to buy a car from him too and hell make sure you get what you asked for. I would recommend AlfaRomeo in cherry hill to anyone for this reason. Worst customer service Ive ever had. The sales rep Pete had no idea about any of the cars. Showed me 2 cars with different engines, different tech packages, one auto and one manual, and told me the only difference was the rims. It wasnt till I asked to drive the one with the rims that He saw it was a stick. Didnt know about the engine till I told him after test driving both. Pete told me I would be all good to pick my car up Friday even though I hadnt been told a price, I told them my monthly limit and knew I wouldnt accept anything I could afford. When I show up that Friday, they quoted me a price that was $200 over my monthly limit. They didnt even tell me my price until I heard them adding the car to my insurance. When I told them I would just take my original car back home, they dropped $200 a month and told me to come back on Thursday and I would be all good to go. When I show up Thursday, they tell me their system just went down and I would have to come back tomorrow after I already put my money down. I had already taken the night off work to pick up the car, and they expect me to take off work again and come next day. At this moment they would need to make a great deal for me not to leave with my car that has over 300,000 miles tomorrow and tell them Im not interested in their deal

If a zero was available it would have been given. They say first impressions are lasting ones and you cant get past their parking with feeling filthy. Their parking lot is full of pot holes and I mean craters where you are weaving in and out just to avoid them and then starring you in the face is the entrance to the service center with no garage door to hide the filthy looking conditions inside there. So you then go inside and here is the two sales managers sitting atop their thrones on an elevated platform in the front of the showroom monitoring the sales or lack of activity. And trust me you would not buy a bicycle from them just a filthy dirty parking lot and showroom. STAY AWAY!!!!

Unfortunately I am editing my review at 6 months after I bought a Fiat 500 Pop from this dealership. I no longer have this car and sold it due to car issues and, I suspect, dishonesty. Allow me to explain. When I bought the Fiat I was told that I could take the car to any Chrysler Jeep dealer for any work covered under the warranty. If they tell you this, it is incorrect. Whether it was a purposeful lie or an honest mistake I do not know, but the Fiat under warranty can only be taken to a Fiat dealership. The closest one for me is an hour away. I ended up having to take the Fiat for warrantied work 3 times in 5 months. The final time it was towed into the dealership. Well that was enough for me. For how much I paid for that car, I am not about to take any more days off of work to have it worked on an hour away. ESPECIALLY when it happens 3 times in 5 months.Look, I know they have to sell cars. Its what they do. Just be careful when dealing with Fiat. I left the dealership happy as a clam when I first bought the car but I feel pretty dang crabby about it now.

I wish I could give this place zero stars!Walked in to buy a specific car on Saturday and was told it would arrive Monday. We gave a deposit to assure the car for us. Well Monday came and surely no car was there. Mike is a liar they can’t keep their lies straight and so is Robert the manager . We gave them until Thursday to bring the car and surely still no car on Thursday . So I told them I wanted my deposit back . When I went for my deposit on Thursday they made me wait 1 hour for it! Robert stated my check would be ready by noon but his word as a MAN doesn’t mean anything ! Very unprofessional management.I guess they realized they were going to lose money from my purchase because they agreed to sell my a car for 18,000 . But since I was going to pay all cash there seemed to be a problem now with the vehicle. Even though Mike kept calling my husband saying the car was here and was never really not because we showed up numerous times and wasn’t there. A bunch of liars and once you see what they really are about they want to treat you like a useless person and downtalk to you. Stay away from them. Give your business elsewhere.

This is a terrible dealership. I was disgusted with my experience. My niece wanted to get a fiat and this was the closest dealer to her home. The dealership is the definition of bait and switch, as noted by others. If not present, my niece would have seriously been taken advantaged of.After a test drive of the vehicle, an offer was presented to us for consideration. Once advised that the deal was not acceptable, they proceeded to ask what would be viable via their deal sheet, terms on scratch paper. An acceptable number was presented followed by it being accepted after a continuous back and forth and a waste of time. Credit verification was also complete at this phase so they could present a valid interest rate.After the paperwork was ready, many hours later (when this said it would take 30 minutes), the terms were completely different then what was discussed. They attempted to have my niece sign the paperwork advising she was just refusing options we did not accept, not the final document. I discarded the paperwork. The deal changes included the wrong amount AND additional months of payments!After another hour, the original deal (or close to it) magically was represented for contract execution, after they were advised continuously that we were leaving and they were not providing pricing as promised.I recommend not acquiring any vehicles from this location. Also, they should change their business practices as this is no way to ever treat a customer.

They work with you. I have not the greatest credit/student loans and rarely anything even on my credit. After about 6 hours sitting there, and one attempt to get me to take a Ford instead of a Fiat, they decided to really work with me. I felt insane for even going to a REAL dealership, but I knew I really wanted a Fiat! Somehow it all worked out. They even let me keep one for a weekend to see if I could get used to manual transmission. It didnt work out, but in the end I was put in an automatic. Theyre always friendly, and honest. Ive had my Fiat for 7 months now, and Im already planning on refinancing with them. If youre looking for a Fiat in the South Jersey area, definitely go here. I saw Ed, and hes awesome, as are everyone working there.
