Im writing this review based on the experience that my father had there at Holman Lincoln, and my previous conversation with Kelly Cundiiff in the service department on his behalf. I live in the South, and have worked in the car business myself for many years, and for me to take the time write this review speaks volume. My father had taken his town car in for service within the past few weeks, and was informed that his rear air shocks were bad, which he was kind of aware due to the lights on the dashboard. Kelly was not able to give him a true price at the time, due to how busy there were, and that my dad was probably not to patient to wait. I called her the next week to get a exact price from her, which was a great price! My dad went in to get the repairs done on his town car, and to his dismay when Kelly presented him with the bill, it was 1/8 of the already good price she had quoted me. He was shocked, and thankful! My parents rushed to call me shortly thereafter about his experience and wonderful blessing! I was over joyed with emotion and Kellys amazing act of kindness! The next day I called the dealership, and left a message for the Manager, who called me back a short while later. i expressed my gratitude to Kelly and her taking care of my fathers car and bill. He informed me that they took the time as recognizing him as a good customer, a Vietnam Veteran, Senior Citizen, and applied rewards discounts to reduced his bill to little of nothing! We had a great experience in June leasing an Aviator from Holman. I had certain requirements for the Car and our salesman was able to find the car we wanted quickly and hassle free. We plan to buy our next car from Holman when the lease is up. Service has been excellent as well.

Ill never forget Bill Pedrick for making my car purchase so easy for me after I came to Holman after a horrid experience at Kerbeck ( where I waited for 4 hours while they inspected my trade in). I called Bill only to find out that he had retired. But, he put me in touch with John McKeon, who knocked it out of the park! I was well educated by Your Auto Advocate when I came in. So, I knew the invoice price of the car and I didnt think the mark up to be unreasonable. Everyone has the right to make a living. Gary in finance was also wonderful. I never felt pressured. And...I will never buy anywhere but, HOLMAN! Thank you all for being so helpful.

I have no idea why this Loncoln got a review point of 4.5+. They kept delaying and delaying my schedule and it took almost one thousand years. End of my business. Will never come back.

I was able to get my Corsair serviced and use the office cubicles at Holman to get some work done. That is a huge benefit to me as the WiFi has good bandwidth, the coffee is available and I can knock out some work as I await the service work.

Joe Foley is a Pros Pro. He is always courteous, and helpful. He makes reccomendations for whats needed as well as preemptory suggestions that have probably saved me. He is never pushy and takes his time explaining everything he recommends. I do a good bit of driving and dont want to get stuck on the roadside waiting for a tow truck and so far, so good. Alan was great as usual. Finance was quick and easy. In and out in 25 minutes.

John McKeon was the sales person who helped me find my new chariot. He was very helpful and was able to secure the car I wanted in a different dealership. The snowstorm delayed my purchase but John made it an easy buying experience.

The service I received was exceptional from dropping off my vehicle, to the ease of the loaner, and communication throughout the service/repairs. I will continue to buy Lincoln products in great part due to the type of service I have received.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my Lincoln MKZ. Such a beautiful car! My buying experience was very pleasant, with no pressure from the salesperson, and he (Allen or Alan?) worked with me to get a fair deal. I did have a problem with the details of my purchase/trade, but this dispute was was satsfactorily resolved by the sales manager (Joseph). I would definitely buy another car from this dealer in the future.

My tire pressure was low and the sensor was on. I didn’t need a appointment and went to Holman on my work break. Kelly immediately helped me with service. The tech checked the tires. Kelly stated I needed a new tire because the nail damaged the sidewall and can’t be repaired. I was taken a little back because the car is only three months old. Kelly made me feel better because she said it was a safety issue. She ordered the new tire. I went back the next day and went right through quickly. She also kept me updated via text. My only complaint is that the 2017 Lincoln continental did not come with the owners manual. I am told that it has been ordered and should be in within two weeks. In the meantime I am struggling with at least half of all these buttons! Those that I have figured out appeared to be great! Can’t wait to get specific directions.

Brought my MKZ in for its first check since I brought it in 2020. All was well. Really appreciated them washing the car too.

Kurt is a terrific service manager. He and I briefly went over the items as a double check before my car came in. All of the items were installed or resolved in a very timely fashion, as I had my car back to me late the same day. Before it left the shop, Larry, my service advisor went over everything that was done, as Larry is a very fine SA, meticulous and detail oriented. When the car got home, I was not surprised, as the car was washed vacuumed and all issues resolved. I will go nowhere else.

Mike Cifaldi who was my salesman was not only personably and friendly he handled the whole sale in a professional manner. The way he made me feel so comfortable I would not hesitate to return again.

I was quoted $60.00 for wiper replacements was charged $90.00, I was quoted $90.00 for the Micron Filter replacement and was charged $100.00. If you look at my service history this is the 2nd time Holman has done this. The last time you gave me a credit on my credit card. Only if I get a credit will I consider coming back again.

My husband and I purchased a Certified 2017 Lincoln MKC. When we picked it up we were very disappointed that it had not been detailed and the inside was filthy. It also had a tire that had been plugged and was leaking air. Later we found out this car had been in an accident but at time of purchase we were told it was accident free. We had previously purchased/leased 9 vehicles so we went to Holman when we wanted a new one. Do we like the car? Yes. Would we come back again? Not sure. - Cynthia J Kehl

Because of the Covid-19 Virus, the process was a little different then normal but everything went smooth and quick. I purchased 2 vehicles and was in and out of the dealership in about an Hour. Lou Petti, our sales representative, was excellent as always. We have purchased 8 fleet vehicles with him and the process has always gone smoothly.

My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles in the past 5 years from Holman. My Daughter will be purchasing another one in the near future. Our salesman Lou Petti always treats us well, is very informative and extremely helpful. He always make our car buying experience very enjoyable.

Second time I had to wait over 5 hours for service. This time my appt was 915, the tech didnt even put it on the computer til I asked for an update at 1130! After waiting and waiting they didnt have the part. Then after I got home I had more things wrong then when I went so my husband took it back the next morning and they coudnt fix what they had done, so gave us a loaner. Your techs DO NOT know what they are doing, if it wasnt under warrenty i would come back.. I am sorry I bought my car there last NOVEMBER!!!! Been back twice already.

Anthony is a full five and awesome every time I need anything. I had to deduct one star that has nothing to do with my advisor. Check Engine Light comes on ... take the car in for service ... get charged $200 to hook car up to tell THEM what is wrong with the car. Seriously ... did I not buy the car with whatever tells them what’s wrong?

Everything was good. I had a short wait to drop off my vehicle and even shorter for the pick up. I was provided with a clean loaner and my car was clean when I picked it up. No problems.
