This place is for vehicles under warranty only, and even if I had a vehicle with a warranty I would never bring my car here as the mechanics are lazy. To preface- my car is my baby, I do most of the work myself but as it had an active recall I brought it to the dealership to address some issues.I brought my 2009 Mazdaspeed3 in for a recall and 75k mile service. I also told them that the headlights werent working correctly because the ballasts and igniters were failing. I asked them to check for a noise in the front suspension and to see why the new brakes were squealing.The mechanic who did the service did an unbelievably poor job. He cut every corner, he reattached my headlight using just 1 of the 4 bolts required! (See picture) It was literally shaking on my drive home. I found the other 2 bolts wedged under my windshield wiper (see picture). The covers for the wiper tray were pried off and never put back on (see picture). The entire undertray was reattached using just 5 plastic screws, I had to replace the other 10. I have no doubt it would have fallen off at high speeds.They ended up charging me $350 just to diagnose that the ballasts and igniters were failing, even though I had already told them that!!! They then wanted $650 JUST FOR PARTS, so I went online and found the exact same OEM parts for $80... In all I spent $1000 for them to install the End Links that I PROVIDED, do an oil change and do an awful job putting my car back together. They never even looked for the noise in my front suspension, or addressed the squealing brakes.And the kicker! After getting my car back, all sorts of new electrical gremlins- the clock button no longer works, cant set the correct time. The AC temperature now displays in Celsius and cant be adjusted!I ended up spending my weekend taking my front end apart to fix the headlights myself, and learning all about the corners they had cut.NEVER GO HERE!

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful and Eli was awesome. I didn’t have an appointment and was taken back about ten minutes later. He was very friendly, helpful, professional, and quick. He let me know all of my options and also helped me with my current lease which they were able to take off my hands for me. They presented really good deals on the CX-5 GT and T and I ended up going with the GT because it’s such a beautiful car. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off at this dealership either - the pricing options they gave me were very decent and made sense. Highly recommended this dealership.

Floor-manager was unbelievably rude. While the sales associate was patiently explaining, he asked the sales associate to get up. He processed to be rude, unwelcoming and unwilling to explain to in further detail or let us keep discussing with our previous sales associate . We left the place, leaving the car just because of him. Truly would not recommend this place as they are just unwilling to explain. Do better!

07/03/21 Free oil changes do not make up for terrible customer service. Firstly, the store manager was beyond rude. We can in looking to purchase two cars, willing to both wait and leave with the car today. We got a wonderful sales associate who clearly explained what was going on however the floor manager jumped in and was simply unwilling to explain. Truly inpatient, unhelpful and all round rude. He would not explain but instead just say no. While we understand the responses, we want to know more and he was seriously unable to explain that to us. I promise to never go back nor let any friends or family experience this terrible Mazda. Left the car simply because of the store-manger.

Lazy service shop, made me wait 2 days to bring in a tire they already had and it wasn’t even the right tire. Now their coming up with excuses about an alignment, such a joke. I’m taking my Mazda to any other Mazda dealer to get serviced but here.

Maple Shade Mazda staff is awesome! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Tom was great, he listened and found us the exact car we were looking for! This is actually the second Mazda I purchased from Tom. I purchased a Certified used 2016 CX-5 and love it so much thatI came back to purchase a new 2018 CX-5. There is a Mazda dealership in my town and I drove over 60 miles to purchase my Mazda from Tom. Mark, Brian and the owner also contributed to make this a great shopping experience. The dealership is so warm and welcoming.The owner is on property, this is not some huge mega store.I will definitely purchase my next Mazda from Maple Shade Mazda!!413301JC

This is by far the worse place I have ever dealt with. I own a repair shop myself and called for parts no body answering. I call again ask for service they tell me parts is super busy they will have to call me back. I show up to the dealer and parts guy is not at the window and they cant find him but they say he is busy. This is ridiculous. I will never ever deal with them again

Great car shopping experience. I went to the dealer looking for a nice well priced car for myself. I was showed a nice red Mazda 3 that had extra features like a moon roof, 9 speaker bose system, blind spot monitoring and automatic wind shield wipers. Marta was really kind and she was very knowledgeable about the car. All my questions were very easily answered. I love my new Mazda 3.

Jerry (Jeremiah) was such a pleasure to work with. His customer service skills were beyond expectations. Trying to secure a sale through Covid was very different than normal but he made sure to assure me any worries I had would be addressed fully and taken care of. The process once we arrived on site was made very quick and easy, and we were in and out relatively fast with all of my questions answered. In the end, I ended up very happy with the car I purchased. I even got a great deal! This was the easiest process of car buying and that was thanks to Jerry! Great experience and even though this location is out of my way, I feel very comfortable with bringing my car back for maintenance here over anywhere else. I know I will be taken care of. The only reason I want to give stars to this establishment is because our sales person was great. He was knowledgeable and nice. Enter the sales manager....and he was a joke. He was extremely passive aggressive. Almost laughed when we showed him we could get a much better offer elsewhere and he said good luck with that, if thats even a real dealership. We wanted to stay local to give them our business. We are now the proud owners of a CX 5 from Faulkner Mazda who were beyond WONDERFUL! Dont waste your time here.

Marta is the absolute best! Although I dont know the name of the Manager that assisted her, he was very helpful in handling our escalated payment for our Lexus trade-in. Finances being tough, my husband and I decided to trade in our Lexus RX, which is currently for sale at Mazda in Maple Shade, for a brand new fully-loaded Mazda 3 in a beautiful metallic white color!From the start, I was ready for the typical sales game and was ready for war, though I hate the typical car buying experience where theyre constantly trying to confuse you with different tactics (at least thats how it was at the Lexus dealership, anyway). When I met Marta, though, I was so relieved to work with someone I didnt have to play the game with. I could be honest about what I wanted and she made sure to get me a fair price for my trade- right within the KBB trade-in value. I was so impressed! No lies of omission, no insulting offers, and no talking crap about competitor dealers in the area.Marta was an absolute gem and though I loved my Lexus, buying it was a terrible experience. Now I have my Mazda 3 and the sale went so smoothly, Ill buy from Mazda again before Ill ever buy from Lexus. I really hate playing BS sales games.Tip: Know your cars Kelley Blue Book trade-in value. My experience with the sales department was great. However, I am not at all pleased with the service department at this location. This is my third Mazda, and likely my last I’ll because of my unpleasant experience with the service department. They lack customer service skills, they aren’t pleasant to work with at all, and they don’t go out of their way to show appreciation for your business. I’ve had more issues with this mazda than I have with any Mazda that I’ve previously owned. I’ve been misinformed on multiple occasions on how to handle my issues, with no solution offered to me as of yet. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.You should expect that your service experience here will decline once your vehicle is outside of his warranty. And that, is very unfortunate.

Poor service department, I just paid them $200 for a 37.5k service, in which they were supposed to top off all fluids, guess what - none of the fluids look topped off, worse still, the coolant level is below low (see attached pic). There was a slight wobble on the steering, which balancing the wheels (included in said service) was supposed to fix, still there. The 2 things I think they did do was change the oil and rotate the wheels. Now I have to go get the fluids and too them off myself. Save yourself some time and trouble and avoid their service department. They did offer to take care of me the next time around, little low on trust right now...

What a great shopping experience. Old school mom and pop feel. Like part of the family feel or at least with my sales person. She was a joy to speak to and I think we spent more time off subject then on. Easy to recommend the dealership. Dont over look the small dealer as a small player. They are wonderful.. Good things do come in small packages. Oh I was looking at a CX-5 about a month or so out of purchase and they still took the time to make me feel like a friend.

I bought my first Mazda almost five years ago. I have brought it in regularly for free oil changes and service, as needed. Pete Janus and his assistants could not be more professional, helpful, and accommodating. Whenever I bring my car in for servicing, I am given a loaner car. If I am just getting an oil change, I am informed of any concerns by the mechanic. I have never felt pressured to get additional service. If there is a concern, I make the decision on follow up for my vehicle.I have never had a bad experience when I bring my car in to Mazda. Everyone is pleasant and efficient. I plan to buy another Mazda within the next year. Imagine the goodwill Mazda earned when they offered Mazdas Essential Care Program where doesnt matter your brand or type of car, Mazda will offer a free oil change and a quick clean up. Ive always loved the new Mazdas and wanted to check out the CX-9 in the process while trying to avoid contact and maintain social distancing. Well guess what, Mazda Maple Shade and Turnersville does not offer the Essential Care Service here. Their response was we only service Mazdas... SMH. Thanks for reminding me why Mazda makes great cars, but has a subpar dealer support.

Reluctant but very satisfied Mazda 3 buyer. We were searching for a used Mazda 3 hatchback and rushed into Maple Shade Mazda when we saw it advertised. Although the car was what we came in looking for, I think the sales person still should have offered other models for me to consider like the Mazda CX5. Brought in my car for a new battery, was quoted $500 plus installation. Thought this was outrageous, but went along because it was easy. Then I was told the car had a ‘siezed’ brake caliper on one wheel, and only 20 % brake pad left on that wheel. The proposed fix was to replace the caliper (they claimed it couldn’t be repaired), and then do a complete brake job on both rear wheels even though the other one still had 70%. Estimate for this was $1200! I ended up going to an independent repair shop who repaired the caliper, replaced only what was needed and charged $250. Never going back to Maple Shade Mazda.

Ive been here a few times for service. So far so good. During the most recent visit I even encouraged them to do more maintenance but they said the car didnt need the extra service since it was performed x number of miles ago. During my first visit they fixed a problem my car had for over a year that multiple other service centers couldnt figure out. Also provided me with a nice loaner mazda while it was being fixed.

I came in to check out the Mazda 3. The salesperson seemed nice at first and took me out on the test drive. Firstly, the car he took me in didnt have the features that I wanted. Not really that big of a deal. I asked him several questions and he knew most but didnt know everything.When we returned he asked me what I was looking to pay and I wanted a lease for 36 months. He came back with a high-ball number and when I tried to negotiate he wanted nothing to do with it. Checking their calculations, I needed the money factor so I asked. He had no idea what it was so he went asking and came back with 3/4 to a percent. WTF does that even mean?He also offered me the INSULTING price of a grand total of $100 for my 2000 Sonata in pretty good shape with 90k miles on it. When I told him that Ford offered me $1000 (which they did), he said Well GOD BLESS Ford for doing that and he said Well OUR cars are better than Ford!. Okay buddy, they all say that.Will NOT be returning here or their Turnersville location.

At the suggestion of my regular mechanic I brought in my 2008 Mazda3 (that I bought for my daughter a few months ago) because of some check engine light transmission codes. I was looking for some Mazda-specific advice and insight. They charge $130 for code reading and assessment. The car is actually running great so the code errors might be something related to a computer issue or some other issue. I did not get the expertise I was looking for. I was told I could replace the transmission or maybe a $300 transmission fluid service might do something. I don’t think they even looked at the transmission fluid because if they had the would have seen it was clear red. It was changed a few months ago. They wanted to replace the spark plugs. I told them that the cylinder 4 error code was addressed with a new spark plug so that should not be an issue. They also mentioned wipers and a headlight so I said OK to do that. But I did not know that the headlight would end up being $100. Just for this they had the car for 2+ days. I picked it up first thing in the morning, signed and quickly left as my daughter needed the car for a doctor appointment and I was late for work.When I looked at the bill later I was surprised to find $310 labor for reading the codes. I was also surprised to find that they replaced the plugs and did a cleaning of the fuel system. The plugs and fuel system were not an issue. They should not have been touched. The next day, via email I asked about the $310 labor charge and was told it was a combination of codes and other labor. Mazda didn’t detail the labor charges. Mazda did work for which they did not have a written authorization from me.I will give the devil his due on occasion as when I take my Honda to the Honda dealer. I know the dealer charges can be expensive, but as long as I am getting added value and insight that is OK. I didn’t think I got any added value at Mazda. I learned more about my transmission issues on Google. I felt like just another ticket and they did work not necessary.

Had to bring my CX7 in for a factory recall - I appreciated that they gave me a free loaner car for the day (As should be expected), but they gave me the loaner with under 1/4 tank of gas in it. I drove a grand total of around 40 miles and had to put gas in the loaner. They should reconsider their policy on gassing up courtesy cars.

All of the salesmen at Maple Shade Mazda were great! My wife and I were originally looking for a used mazda 3 hatchback, but we quickly realized a new car was a better deal. Each salesmen worked closely with us to make sure the new car fit out budget. I told a salesman what I was willing to pay per month, and they found the exact car we wanted within our price range. I bought my Mazda3 from Maple Shade Mazda last January (2016), and have been going there for my maintenance services ever since. Everyone there are so nice, I feel like Ive known them forever (especially Lauren :) ) and I feel comfortable going there. They havent recommended services I dont need like other places (looking at you Jiffy Lube), and the deal you get for buying your car there (free oil changes for life) is fantastic. You do need to pay for the regular maintenance services but I dont mind that, Maple Shade does a great job of taking care of my car for me! I also work pretty far away and usually cannot get time off, so when I drop my car off I usually get a loaner car, they are flexible enough to let me return the loaner the next morning (since I wont be able to get back until after they close) which is really nice of them and convenient for me.249040LK

A lot of ‘We take our customer experience and service seriously’ replies to bad service and asking to send Mazda contact info. I suspect this is just a ruse by the Mazda dealer to make it seem they are really interested in fixing things. I got that message on my bad review (different name), sent my contact info and months and months later and still waiting to hear from Mazda. Bottoms line; if it is easy, looks like they can deliver. If it is difficult, it is like playing the Mazda lottery. They probably don’t have the talent to handle complex issues but will give it the old college try. Unfortunately that just means a big bill for the customer but no resolution. Also seemed my Mazda service rep was more interested in making his commission rather getting into the weeds and handling the issue

I have been leasing a car from them for the last year, still have two years left to go. Before the first year was even up I began having problems with my Mazda 3. When I called in to the service department and explained that I did not feel safe (my car is shifting out of gear on its on and stalling out) they told me they didnt have any loner cars available. I asked to speak to a manager and then suddenly she was able to come up with one. The service guy basically told me that I was crazy and treated me like a dumb blonde that didnt know what she was talking about it. He said he could get it to duplicate the issue I was experiencing and sent me on my way. Well, cut to about two months later and last night I had the same issue again, only worse this time and now the check engine light came on. I called this morning and explained what was happening and that I do not feel safe driving the car all weekend. AGAIN they tell me that they do not have any loner cars available!!! I asked to speak to a manager, and was told someone would need to call me back. Receiving a loner car is part of my lease agreement. They dont seem to grasp the concept of unsafe. I will NEVER go through this dealership again, let alone get another Mazda vehicle. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. Not to mention the fact that my sales rep was a total moron also. I should have seen the red flags from the get go.

I have always used this dealership for service with my 2014 CX-5. Recently, I had trouble starting my car and had it towed to the dealership. I called Maple Shade Mazda on a Friday in October as I had just gotten a flat tire leaving work. I had to get it fixed asap for the next day. I called and they told me to come over. After a quick inspection I was updated that my tire merely picked up a nail and it would be a quick fix. This place is straight out of the 80s, like the early 80s. I wish I could give 2.5 stars because my experience have been so hit or miss. I think the staff means well, but they are limited by space and other constraints. The service department has almost no amenities that you expect at a dealer service department. They do have loaner cars, but no shuttle which would be nice since I work two miles down 73. When I complained about a noise in my car, the first time they were dismissive and said it was raining so they could not detect it. I ended up contacting corporate, so the next time they looked at and tightened the control arm bolts which made the noise worse. The sales department is apathetic. When my mother went to test drive the CX-5, the used car manager came with us an knew nothing about the car and made no effort in connecting with us

Recall service was ok. But someone there stole my lottery ticket from my visor. I did inform them of the situation. Shame on the individual who stole it. Whatevers in someone vehicle you know belongs to them. Any other recalls in future I wont use Maple Shade Mazda. Because of this incident.

Was interested in a car for my wife filled out an online application for financing and received a message back from BRIAN GOLIN general manager/finance manager Saying that due to my credit I would need a massive down payment and a cosigner I then proceeded to ask him why and he told me my Trans Union credit score was a 494 which I knew was not correct because I monitor my credit via different sites. They were over 100 points off of my actual score I sent him a screenshot from my phone of my correct credit score via Trans Union mobile app and told him whatever information he’s getting it in accurate and was prob on purpose to try to give me a horrible Finance rate because I find it very hard to believe that a dealership Would be retrieving a score over 100 points lower than what I am getting, anyhow once I sent that information to him I never got a response back pretty much proving my point which was good enough for me to know not to do business with that dealership but wanted to let people know they’re dishonest practices I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. No wonder after reading all the other bad reviews on this place I noticed a pattern of manager change every 10 months according to the comment dates! Smh!

The service department at Mazda couldnt be nicer. I arrived early on my first service and they met me at my car and took it right in. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. They have a nice clean waiting area with plenty of magazines and snacks. My experience so far has been very good with Maple Shade Mazda. They have performed regular maintenance on my CX-5 and have not tried to sell me services I dont need. I am giving this dealership one star even though it should get no stars because they continue to fail to repair my horn properly after being here multiple times to have it repaired and they always want to give me a hard time when I try to schedule an appointment for anything. They now want to charge me $130 for a quote. First off they failed to fix it multiple times it isnt fair. All they care about is money. They also say because there are after market products in the vehicle that it could be why it doesnt work. The horn stopped working before any of the after market products went into my vehicle. I had to go out and purchase a seperate horn and button and install it myself and they are giving me a hard time about it. Well maybe if they fixed it the first time properly I wouldnt have had to install a seperate horn. I do not recommend doing any business with Maple Shade Mazda.

Great experience, Great Dealership, This is our second Mazda bought from Maple Shade Mazda. Salesman, Pat K. was wonderful to work with. He was more than informative,listened to our needs, and with the help of the Manager Ralph worked out a more than fair price. We were comparing the CX-9 to similar models from Ford, Honda and Nissan and it was clear to me the CX-9 was the better vehicle. Check them out,first or last BUT check them out!
