Requested oil chg, tire rotation, and timing belt pkg. initial estimate came in around $1,000., once I got the bill, the tires were not rotated, and the price jumped up to $1,170. with all the misc fees (shop charges, disposal fees, etc.), these fees should all be disclosed up front in they are not included in the pkg price. I did request a loaner vehicle, which was provided also, this was appreciated.

We had been searching for a vehicle for about a month. After visiting Elite Acura and speaking with Gary Menchen we felt welcomed and at peace because Gary took the time to show us the vehicle even though it was not ready and told us the rough estimate of car. They did an amazing job. My A/C wasn’t working in my TLX 🥵🥵 I couldn’t find a dealership with anything until August. I got an appointment with Elite-A the next day. I dropped my car off. With some patience they set me up with a loaner car until my car was done. After the repair service was complete, I got my car back and everything was cool 🥶 and back to normal. Elite-A service was above and beyond. Service prices were reasonable, and most of all class #1 customers service. They called with updates every step of the way. I can’t believe I’m leaving a good review for a freakin car dealership but hey it’s 2021 and weirder stuff has happened in the last few years. I had a very good experience buying a car today at Elite Acura. I was helped almost entirely by one individual named Joe Torres who was both candid and kind. I hate aggressive sales people—it’s such a turnoff. But Joe wasn’t pushy at all, he just listened to my questions and did his best to answer. I actually came two hours before close because I didn’t expect to find the exact car I wanted, but when I stumbled across it Joe got my test drive set up quickly enough to make a decision and then stayed an hour late helping me get all the paperwork and finance done so I could drive it off the lot. I don’t have a lot of free time so it was refreshing to have someone respect my time like that.I have had some very bad experiences with car dealers in the past but this was not one of them. I would say I got a reasonable price for the car considering how inflated the market is. It was a little over the KBB value. They were unwilling to budge on the price but that was to be expected and anyone looking for a used car right now knows this. I’m also very pleased with my car payment.Not much else to say but I was fully prepared to walk away from the dealership as I had only just started shopping around a couple weeks ago. The quality of the service is what tipped the scale here and I value that.

I absolutely love this place! I switched from Acura of Turnersville because I was having so many issues and just yesterday was my first time at Elite. They helped me tremendously and were so kind. Even though it’s a 30 minute ride for me to get my car serviced. It is worth it!

I expected better attention to detail. Paid a premium for white paint and noticed streaking from any area where rubber insulation is used on the vehicle (mirrors, door handles, bumpers etc.) Service department suggested washing which they provided...but when I picked up the vehicle some of the streaking remained. Service personnel said that it was exterior dirt but looked like rubber insulation failure to me. For a $120 oil change couldnt someone have taken a rag and wiped off the remaining streaks???If Acura is a premium brand then they need to work on the service experience from the customer point of view. Perhaps the service coordinator should have noticed my disappointment and insisted on addressing the streaks before I paid the bill and left the dealorship...quality control is everyones job in the premium brand business.

We have used Elite accura for our RDX service since we bought the car from them. Their service was always good. However, just today I had an appointment of oil change at 10:30am. Arrived and checked in at 10:42am. Then, the service representative told me that it would be about 1 hour and 15 minutes. But the service was done by 1:18pm. So I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for oil change.

Recently move to the area and finding Elite Acira has been nothing but great. from getting a license plate bracket to my recent oil change the reps in the service department are pleasant and knowledgeable, Ill be back!

The wait was from 10:45 am to 2:00 PM. Just to get a diagnosis and simple repair and oil change. I think the courtesy could have been more professional and understanding. Realizing shortage of staff, but the waiting customers should at the very least should be offered rides to and from the Mall for food.
