I was very impressed with the whole experience. At no time did we feel pressure, even when we left to look at other vehicles. I can’t say enough positive things about Sal DeRose and how he made the whole experience easy. This is the second time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Holman and I can tell you that I’ll be back! Everything is up front, no hidden fees and they didn’t play any interest rate games. I told them what I thought I could get and they found a rate 75 basis points lower! Truly a great experience all around!

Service experience was better than I have had at any other Infiniti dealership EVER. Made appt. online - easy. Treated well when dropped car off. Was easy to know where to go and what to do. Communication from service rep while my car was being serviced was very good. Loved the service tech video going over the diagnostics. Pick-up experience was equally simple and pleasant.

Christine was my Service Advisor. She initially called me to introduce herself; followed up by superior service while my car was in the shop. It was scheduled for Friday and it was dropped off Tue evening . She took it in Wed to see if the service would be on factory warranty or extended warranty. It was neither: she also did a general maintenance checkup and found 5 items that I chose to have your shop perform. In addition, when got my bill I realized that she reduced several charges to help (me) out. Shes a GEM!!!~

The staff are pretty nice just don’t fall for their warranty BS. They’re full of it. They’ll promise almost everything is covered by warranty but once you actually have an issue any & every excuse will be made to not help you out. I will definitely not recommend anyone to purchase anything from here & I will also stop dealing with them as soon as possible.

I was there at an earlier date and let them know I needed a new seatbelt (I had previously reported this at another previous visit). They said they would call when it came. They didnt. I had to contact them. I specifically asked Id I needed an appt. They said no. I sat there for 3 hours and the only thing I got was the initial text and a video showing my engine which had been done a short time ago. I only needed the seat belt. I had to text for updates and 2 texts were never even answered. I was really upset, but remained polite and composed. I shouldnt have!

I have been to many Infiniti dealers around the country over the last 12 years. This is the best I’ve been to and I will do all I can to ensure I take my car there (including driving out of my way to do it). Christine at the main Service Desk is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Gotta protect her at all costs and keep her there!

I was warmly greeted by the receptionists and guided me to where Sal DeRose was waiting for me in the showroom lobby. Sal was down-to-earth and friendly. He had commented on my Atlanta Braves hat and right then I knew I would enjoy my car buying experience.I had already requested to test drive 3 different model cars. Without going into too much detail about each one, he allowed me to make my own verdict of which car I would enjoy driving. After test driving all three cars, we chatted about why I was looking to purchase a car. He then proceeded to let me know that when the time is right to give him a call.A few days later, I reached out to Sal and let him know I was going to move forward with the vehicle I thought was best for me and Sal automatically got everything arranged (paperwork, insurance, etc). He had the car inspected, detailed and got all the paperwork for me to sign. I left the dealership after signing all my financing paperwork in less than 40 mins. That is exactly how every car buying experience should beI also met with Mike in finance. He and I briefly spoke about some of the added warranty options that would be available to me. He asked what I would be using the car primarily for and chose options that best fit my need.

I feel the salesman could have explained all of what came with the car and what didnt. I am very upset that i cant play music through my phone. Plus the car was advertised as 26, 000 on the car window but my final price came out to 32000 .

I literally told the service adviser over the phone do not wash my car it has ceramic coating and i have to wash it a special way.. then when i got there and spoke to the service adviser i said 2 times do not wash my car... then when i called the service adviser to pick up my car i said do not wash the car... it looked they washed it 3/4 if the way before realizing they werent suppose to.. now i have swirl marks all over my car and the ceramic coat job cost me $900

Traveled almost an hour to visit the Holman Dealership to purchase a new car. Walked around the lot for almost 30 minutes and nobody offered to help. Walked inside and nobody was at the desk. Waited at the desk for an additional 10 minutes and nobody offered to help. Walked back outside and called. The person who answered the phone indicated everyone was busy and nobody was available to help.... really at 11:00AM. Sure the service department was busy but the showroom was dead and we were the only people walking around the lot. Prior to this visit, my previous two buying experiences dating back to 2003 were amazing.

Everyone was so accommodating and, please. My issue was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. Pete is an asset to your customer service qualities.

My one year anniversary is in August 2021 owning my FX 37. When it comes down to preventive maintenance through Rice N Holman is great and honest technicians. What I love the most is the RAW video footage inspecting my vehicle.I dont know about anyone else, Rice N Holman is great. My wife is now considering purchasing Infiniti her self. 5 stars all day. Happy customer.PS I toke my Infiniti back to get some bulbs replace. The technician also top off fluids free of charge. If you are a person who works hard for your money. This is the place to go. Having to wait 2hr for an oil change is far to long, but other than that the service was impeccable.

Greg Zappley made my car purchase the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. He made me feel very relaxed and confident with his great personality, knowledge and professionalism. I spent an hour and a half at the dealership including the financing which was executed by Mike Esposito. He was very helpful in my choosing what I could add to my maintenance package, but he wasnt pushy.

I appreciated his friendliness, and no-pressure sales approach.  Had it not been for the way he treats people, the time he already had invested in showing me vehicles, and the fact that I was against a time deadline to get a vehicle and get on the road, I would have walked out of the dealership without buying, as soon as I saw how screwed up Holman was making the whole license plate process for an out of state buyer.  I live in another state, and have bought pre-owned cars in other states before, and never have I had such a screwed up process as at Holman. Theres no doubt in my mind that Ive been over-charged by this bogus $300 flat license fee they charge, and wonder how Im going to get the overpayment back. Terrible experience on the back end of the deal actually buying the car. Almost wish i would have walked away without purchasing but had too much respect for Greg and his professionalism, after the way he treated me.I wont be back to any Holman owned establishment.
