Timely turn around, was actually done earlier than anticipated. Quoted time was about 3 hours, so between 4:30 and 5pm, and I was notified they were finished with my device at about 3:57pm! No issues with the screen I had replaced yet, I am using a Galaxy S20+. Thanks for the amazing service guys!

I made an appointment for a screen repair at 1:00. They actually called to say bring it in around 10 because it would be a few hour job. So I brought my phone in around 10 AM, they said it should be ready between 4-5, and they would call or I could call. I called at 2:30 before I left work just to see the status, and as of then they had not even touched my phone yet. They were backed up from the night before. They said they were just now starting on it. So I called back at 5 that evening and was told THE EXACT SAME THING! They had just started on it due to backups but they repeatedly promised It will be done tonight. Well, 7PM comes and goes and I never heard from them. So I called first thing this morning and guess what: STILL HAVE NOT STARTED ON MY PHONE. I told them dont bother, I will go somewhere else, which is what I recommend of you. Go somewhere else.

I had to take off quickly with my dog to the emergency room. I had set My phone on the roof of my car while getting my dog into the car. I realized I didn’t hear my phone and when I returned from the Emergency I found it on the street crushed. After my dog Was thankfully OK I took my phone to you break it I fix and miraculously they fix my phone and put a screen protector for $118. This was an iPhone 8 plus. I am extremely happy with their service

I hate leaving negative reviews but I hope this reaches the right person. I brought my phone in a couple weeks ago and was helped by Mark. He was abrasive and rude and kept trying to sell me things I don’t need. It was like he was annoyed that he had to help me. He actually snarled when he had to get up and greet me. The quality of work was great and the price was fair. I just can’t imagine returning because of the way he treated me.

My phone had stopped charging and Travis cleaned the charging port and had it working as good as new in five minutes.

Travis is the best in customer service. Very nice young man, helpful and polite.

My mothers phone was having issues and I couldnt figure out how to fix it or if the phone was done for. I called these guys and they answered my questions. I later visited their location and they checked out the phone immediately and were able to make a final determination. They were very helpful, very quick and professional. I met with Julian and Joey today for a cracked screen on my Galaxy S6 (you read that right). They analyzed my phone and walked me through several solutions. They were very professional and very conscious of my budget. Excellent customer service and humility. I will go back to them time and time again.

I had the front screen replaced on Samsung S20 plus, also had Fortress screen protector installed while the phone was there.The screen scratches unbelievably easy, Ive never scratched a screen before, broken yes, but never scratched, the phone is kept in a pocket by itself, never keys or change or anything with it, but takes little more than a fingernail to leave noticeable scratches in it.There is also now a distinct crackling noise coming from the earpiece speaker when the phone rings or when you are talking on the phone during a call, no information was given as to what could be done to fix this.Less than 2 months after a screen replacement and there is a great deal of scratches, and now Im stuck with a screen protector I cant take off, I took the device back to the store, explained my problem, they wiped the screen off with a microfiber cloth and said sorry, nothing can be done unless you want to pay to have the screen replaced again.Disappointed in the quality of parts and the service after the repair.

While traveling away from home, the team at the Manchester store put in a new Pixel 3XL battery in one afternoon! Great job in just a few hours. I didnt want to take a swollen battery on a plane and now I have a new one.

I went in for getting my Samsung S20 FE screen replacement. They fixed the screen but they broke connection with the front camera.I had to go back to get it fixed. Apart from that the experience was good and service was quick.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! I dropped my phone phone off for a screen repair. The guy told me they needed my passcode to run diagnostics. I told them I was very uncomfortable doing that but they said it was required by Samsung. I picked up my phone and I checked the android logs to find that my photos, contacts and gmail had been accessed AFTER I dropped off my phone. I showed the worker the logs and he said that security is very important. I then check my gmail activity logs and they showed my email had been access by a mobile device again when I didnt have my device! I ended up calling to complain and did speak to the owner who basically said she trusted her guys and I should call corporate. I spoke with somebody from corporate who obviously was expecting my call and was making all sorts of excuses. They told me they would escalate and investigate and its been two weeks and I have heard nothing. Both the owner and corporate asked me what I wanted and I told them my privacy not to be violated. If it happened to me I am sure it was not the first time, hopefully getting caught will deter them in the future. I wish I would have just gotten a replacement phone instead of my screen fixed with these very unprofessional people. Choose someone else!!!!

Terrible customer service (at this location)Brought phone in after talking with Google customer service for a warranty repair on a known defect.Employee couldnt identify what phone model it was. (even after being told it was a Pixel 4 XL) We explained to him what the problem with the phone was. And he took it in back. We overheard him talking with another employee about how this phone is 5 generations old (its less than a year old)Brought it back out to us after less than a minute of diagnostics and said it was a charging port problem. But he didnt have the parts because of the age of the phone.When reminded that Google had sent us there for a warranty repair. He said he couldnt get the parts. And directed us to another (not Google authorized) repair center to attempt the repair.Took the phone to the Chesterfield location. And both employees were not only very knowledgeable about what the issue was. But offered a realistic timeline for completing the repair. And included information about potential delays in the repair based on previous experience.

They fixed my phone that I had only owned for 5 days that broke due to some really bad luck. It is working flawlessly now and is in a case this time. I recommend their services instead of dishing out 700+ dollars for a new phone.

My screen was white and fuzzy, and Joel opened up the screen and had it fixed in minutes! He was so honest and so helpful, he explained exactly what the issue was and fixed it so fast.

Pixel phone reports that battery is malfunctioning. Gotten this error multiple times in past week. Clicking more info on notification says to take phone to uBreakiFix for warranty repair. I worked 95 hours last week, and will work a little more than that next week, so DO NOT have time to waste, but did the nearly 1 HOUR round trip drive. uBiF employee took phone for few minutes, then returned. Said USB port was dirty, he cleaned it out, now it will work properly. I had already told him (and told him again) that I charge wirelessly most of the time, so USB port is irrelevant. Also, error occurs when its not charging. Also, error is battery level cannot be read, which has nothing to do with USB port. Employee said he can keep it and put it in queue if I wanted, but that it appears to be fixed after cleaning USB port. uBreakiFix employees are incompetent, and wasted an hour of my time. Dont trust them to fix anything.

Bait and switch. They blamed it on Google but it sounded like B.S.

In about 4 hours I went from not knowing this place existed to a replaced screen on my wifes phone.

They were great. The fixed my very smashed screen on my S20 ultra in about 2 hours. I feel like they went above and beyond. My phone looks the same as the day I took it out of the box! 10/10 would recommend them for anything. I will definitely be going back of anything ever happens to my phone again.

My nintendo switch had an issue where it wouldnt power on. The techs diagnosed the switch and the docking station, come to find out the docking station had the issue. My switch now functions properly, couldnt recommend this place enough.

I dropped IPad on Saturday 1/16/21 to replace a screen. They had part and said that they would do it on Monday (???). I was going out of town and that IPad was for my daughter. I asked to ship it (from Manchester to Ballwin = 4 miles). I paid in advance for screen replacement and shipping in order to get it home on Tuesday, because she needed it for school.They called me on Wednesday (!) with a good news that they are ready to start working on it, and probably were expecting me to be happy and thankful. On Friday I came back in town, but my daughter still didnt get it. I called and was told that it was shipped on Wednesday...( I doubt).Today is Monday 1/25/21 and I can not tell how good work was done, because we still didnt get it.To uBreakiFix: if you didnt keep you promise to fix it on Monday why didnt you jump in the car and deliver it? Beside making money try to focus on customer relationship, because no customers - no money. New school week has started. Where is our IPad???????

At this time Im going to give them 2 stars as I took my I phone 8 plus in and was given a quote to fix broken screen. When my husband picked up the phone he didnt get a chance to look it over however, upon inspecting my phone I immediately realized that we just paid quite a lot of money just to have to front glass repaired, when clearly both front and back screens were broken. I will be contacting them this morning to see if they will in fact fix the other side of my still broken I phone 8.

Had my pixel 2 xl in for a usb port replacement which fixed the loose cable problem, but now my phone no longer connects to my computer or with my aux dongle. After a week of having my phone I called only to be told it was ready for pickup and they never notified me. Pick up the phone and the screen was loose (luckily I was able to press it down and it stuck back to the adhesive) and they couldnt figure out how to fix the problem. Professional customer service the whole time, but sometimes quality slips through the cracks.
