Im not someone who writes reviews, but I was compelled to after my visit here last week. Hannah was outstanding, and this was by far the smoothest process I ever could have imagined in terms of purchasing a new phone. Kudos to the store and especially to Hannah for the amazing customer service!
Wish I had the option to leave a 6 star review. I walked into the Verizon store confused and nervous with a broken phone in hand. Devin welcomed me with freshly sanitized hands and got to work backing up my phone and showering me with discounts. More than just a great guy to chat with, Devin is clearly experienced and excellent at what he does. I walked out of the store with a new phone and accessories, a smile on my face and a verbal declaration of joy: “give this guy a raise.”

So I walked into this store today planning to leave Verizon, I had the absolute pleasure of walking to the sales lead Ty and it only did he save my business with Verizon he took the time to listen to my issues and concerns and it only solve them but completely overhaul my account and make my experience nothing but amazing! He absolutely reached and exceeded my expectations of what a sales man should know and be able to do! He was kind and respectful to my fiance and son and the other sales agents chipped In as well because we have multiple devices and were there taking up a ton of his time but we were never pressured or pushed at all! Devin and his team helped us just minutes before close. They provided thorough education on our options and stayed with us hours after close to ensure our old outdated phones were switched over and functioning to a new model. After leaving we had trouble making the phone function so we texted Devin for help. He called us back immediately, even though it was 11 oclock at night. Great service! I have not received such attentive care from a cellular provider!

We got some great recommendations to help us save on our monthly bill. He got us up and running on the new devices, while still being respectful of our time. Ty was so amazing. He told u how it was much more cost effective to switch to Verizon from att and NOT buy our iPhones right from Apple. We all got new phones and saved so much money. I highly recommend him if you want new phones new service and to save money!!!!!!

We only replace our phones about every 4 or 5 years. This last visit was the first time we got everything done in 1 visit and had a pleasant experience doing so. Logan was super friendly and informative from the start, from when I first walked in there on my own to just get prices until we all happily left with new phones. He broke everything down for us, simplified the fine print stuff, and was extremely patient with us and for that we are extremely grateful. The only issue we had with any personnel at this store was Snapping Guy who likes to snap his fingers are people, which im sure he didnt mean it to be disrespectful but he came very close to catchng a verbal beating frlm my old fashioned mother. Anyways, this store is awesome, Logan is awesome, and I didnt originally plan on typing an entire essay on Google reviews but I think good work deserves to be recognized. Its a shame i can only leave 5 stars
Ty DaSilva and his trainee Jackie were absolutely AMAZING. I went in to get a new phone for my mom because hers broke. I went in with the intent to only spend the 120.00 for her new phone. Ty and Jackie got myself and my mom brand new phones along with 5 accessories and I spent under the 120.00 and my phone bill even went down 5.00. They were very knowledgeable about the phones and what each one was. They were super sweet and friendly. We talked about pretty random personal and embarrassing (haha) things and it felt like I was talking to my best friends. Both of them will give you the truth and exact numbers. I felt completely comfortable in trusting both of them with all the info they were giving me. They both even told me to bring in my 3 month old daughter so they can see her, so I plan on bringing her in when I get my phone. I 100 percent will make sure anytime I need to go to a Verizon store that I go there and either speak to Ty or Jackie. Thank you both for being super amazing and fun and also putting up with all my odd questions and complaints about having a long phone. 😂 You guys are awesome.
My wife and I have been considering making some major changes/upgrades to our plan structure, lines and phones. Our situation was quite involved and, to us, the idea was daunting, very involved and something we were not really looking forward to doing.Initially we went in to just ask a few questions and had the pleasure of meeting Ty. He was very attentive and understanding of our situation and, as such, he was quite informative and tremendously helpful.Our situation required us to discuss what we learned with several other parties so we took Tys card and went on our way. When we were finally able to go ahead with the project Ty was very accommodating and scheduled an appointment.When we arrived he and Hannah greeted us warmly. Hannah was a trainee that was just as informative, helpful and friendly as Ty. They both walked us through the entire process which, due to the complexity of the situation, took several hours. Not once in that entire time did we feel overwhelmed or that Ty or Hannah were getting impatient or tired of our many questions and issues. They also presented all the steps in a manner that didnt overwhelm or tire us either.At the end of the day what, for us, was a very involved issue turned out to be a process that was pleasant and even quite fun (check out their Wheel of Fortune game - PRIZES!)Anyway, we were very satisfied with our experience there and definitely recommend giving them a visit. Ty and Hannah (and all the staff there) will certainly take care of you.
I was dreading my visit to the Verizon Store today because of previous experiences there. Much to my surprise there was a whole new crew in there. I needed to start up my new iPhone and transfer data from my old Android. Sharon Bennett was the Verizon rep that took care of that task. It took about an hour to get it done but throughout the entire process Sharon was professional and friendly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She was great! My experience today may very well keep me as a Verizon customer. Thank you to Verizon and Sharon!

I would recommend this particular location. Ty Da Silva was wonderful to work with. I had a ton of issues with an order placed with a rep at Verizon corporate and Ty worked with me to fix it. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. When I first went into the store I was ready to cancel my service and return the new phones that I got a week prior due to all the headaches I was going through and the train wreck that my account became but Ty assured me he would help me and he did. I cannot say enough good things about him. He really stepped up. All of the employees at that location were kind, professional and knowledgeable and ready to help. I would definitely recommend.
I had no intention on going to the store but im glad I did. I presented my issue with Sharron that 2 other customer care representatives could not figure out and 2 hrs and 5 calls transferred later the issue was resolved. I love the excellent service my family and I have received at this store. Ty did an excellent job listening to what I liked about my old phone, and shared a nice selection of new phones. I love my new phone and tablet. Never would have upgraded this year if I had to try to shop online and figure it out myself. Talking one on one with a person such as Ty is still the best way to shop for a phone and tablet.
I went to the mall of NH today ànd got amazing service from Ty DaSilvia. He was very knowledgeable in the information regarding the watch I was looking for. He took the time to help set everything up and got me some great deals to save money. Also Matt Bruce gave me feedback on his watch and what he uses it for and all the benefits that come along with it. Sharon Bennett was very personable and friendly. I spent quite awhile there trying to connect my new watch to my new phone I ended up getting as well. At no point did I feel rushed or as a burden. Brandon Kindlimann was helpful with setting up my phone as well when Ty had to help a customer over the phone. The moral of the store is amazing and they are all so kind. I would recommend anyone to this store. I will not go to another store anymore. This is now my new home store.

Went to this store by mistake to pick up plan online order, I’m so glad I didn’t walk out to go to the store I ordered from!!!! I worked with Devin Gore, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND any other person would have! He not only got me the watch I had ordered but also upgraded my daughters phone, and gave me a great deal and all promotions possible!!! Then 2 days later spent hours figuring out a problem with my account, once resolved got me upgraded to a new phone as well!!! If you need any help this is the man to go to! Won’t go anywhere else! Put my daughter on my plan and used her old number from T Mobil had a lot of issues but Devin at Verizon was determined to get it done and was not going to give up. Took some time but Devin was successful and all is good I’m happy with the outcome and I’m very appreciative of the effort and professionalism.

If you go here know that you will be charged a $45 setup fee per line but theyll lead you to believe its an activation fee. However you will be charged a $30 activation fee per line as well. 1-800-verizon will tell you the setup fee only exist if you go to their store. Do not see Matt. Very Sales pitchy, Didnt set anything up properly, He did not follow up as promised, and I had to get everything fixed myself through customer service. When we finally spoke I expressed my concerns, he stated he understood and would correct the problem. Never got back to me, so I Called back and he basically served me a tray of sales pitch saying nothing could be done. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of time and $$ and avoid this store and rep at all costs.
After having a bad experience at the Verizon at 1111 South Willow St (beside 5 guys) My experience today at The Mall of New Hampshire Verizon was excellent! So much better! Rob was very friendly & knowledgeable. He deserves a raise!!
Ty Dasilva and Lori (his trainee) spent two hours with my niece and I to get us into new phones. Took his time, made sure we understood everything and made sure all of our questions were anwsered. Treated us with respect and was very kind. Even gave us a drink and some candy. Not a lot of people would spend all that time with individuals I would work with them again in a heartbeat!!
New car salespersons are more honest than this store. Stay away. Fast talking up sells. Fees made to sound normal. And buy this get all these for free. Pretty much scammed out of $400 and sold a iPhone that had bigger capacity than needed. Was talked out of the phone I wanted for the phone they wanted to sell.
This team is awesome and they really care about their customers!! Jordan, Ty, and Sharon all worked tirelessly to find the solution to my problem!! I had a Samsung S20 that was supposed to support an e-sim, but even though customer support sent us directions, we discovered that function doesnt work in the US.So instead of telling me I was out of luck, they scoured websites until they found a phone (besides the iPhone) that could actually support the dual sim!! Then they worked an awesome deal to trade in my Samsung (that I still owed 18 payments on) and now I have the Google Pixel 5!!I was super impressed with how hard they worked to find the solution, as well as how well they all get along! I have never enjoyed a visit to any Verizon store as much as todays visit! I highly recommend this store!!!!!
I went in to upgrade my phone tonight and Juan was incredibly helpful. He recommended reasonable ways for my dad to upgrade his plan, without pushing anything that we didnt need or want. He understood what we were there for and he helped us get everything we needed. It was a nice quick trip and I was not expecting to go that smoothly.The associate was very clear and explained things thoroughly to make my dad comfortable with the sale.I will recommend this location to my friends in the future because they didnt mess around with us.

I came in to switch my phone over to Verizon from AT&T and Tatyanna saved my day. AT&T made it nearly impossible to even carrier unlock my phone to begin with, then after several customer service calls attempting to reset my pin to remove the phone from my AT&T account she had the great idea to download the app and switch it that way(she did it in minutes for me) Tatyanna was very professional and provided outstanding customer service through a hassle created by another company. Not a corporate store. They won’t tell you that. They will just charge you an extra “set up fee” that they say all stores charge. They don’t.

Waited 30 minutes for a 3 minute interaction. My issue was resolved. They were either understaffed or undertrained. Its just sad that it takes 20 plus minutes to sell something and 3 to tell someone that you dont replace Zagg shields in store but heres a receipt and go to the kiosk.Long story short, dont go in store to replace Zagg. Itll take a long time for nothing happen.
