We had a really bad experience at the T-Mobile in the Mall of NH (the one near old navy, not the food court). We ended up straightening it out after speaking with the District Manager of our area. He was great! He looked into our situation and helped us out tremendously, as well as the T-Mobile employees at 908 South Willow Street in Manchester. They have very good customer service skills & actually care. I definitely recommend them. Thanks again for all of the help!

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile 3 months ago & ended up getting the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. The staff & T-Mobile made the purchase & swap over seemless & easy.I have gone to the S. Willow street a few times for questions on the phone, accessories & payments. Each visit the staff have been fast & professional. I am a fan of being able to pay my bill in store (incase of the situation im in now, swapping banks and only having cash on hand).I also purchased a new screen protector with a lifetime warranty which the staff members explained everything in full detail about my purchase (Which Verizon never did).I am a huge fan of T-Mobile & will continue to contract through them. 5 stars guys !!!! You guys are awesome !!!

Helpful, knowledgeable employees worked well as a team to assist with technical details. Easy parking, and the store was not busy, had nice displays, upbeat atmosphere, plenty of room, clean, and everyone wore masks. The phone transactions were done correctly! Very happy we changed over!

Went to return a device within the allotted time frame. Customer service rep could not be bothered. Told to call 611 to get them to return. Of course 611 customer service told me to take it back to the store. You are not going to make commission on every transaction.

The people who work in this T-Mobile is very nice and professional especially “Chelsey Aloise” she can help you in choosing the right plans for you and save good money too.You will never regret dealing with them.

The customer service is good however the plan rates $$$$$ are not so impressive... opted for other provider based on same level of service but better financial options.

I made a visit to the store to get my screen protector replaced and Chelsey assisted me. She was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store and will be going back when I need something.

The service was the best I have ever had at a mobile phone store. Valentina was informative, explaining everything in detail. She was extremely patient and made both my fiancé and I feel comfortable. All our questions were answered and we did not feel rushed. Made sure we got the best for our buck. Loved the round tables and the many accessory options. All the employees knew their stuff. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Horrible place wont go back ever to this location. Makes customers feel unwelcomed and talks about customers and laugh while that customers is in the store. I will drive the 30 min to the nashua location every time now

My wife and I worked with Brian throughout the process of my wife’s upgrade. And the whole time we had *great* and *friendly* conversation with the other employees. The store manager Abby was really helpful. It was the best experience we’ve had at a cell phone retailer. Didn’t feel pressured, or sold, just helped! Would recommend to anyone!

The service I received from this location was stellar. Brian M was extremely patient and helpful with all our questions and the speed bumps we hit while transitioning our phones from Sprint. My wife always goes on and on about this store and how friendly the people are but shes a very social person so I took it with a grain of sand. I finally visited the store with her and was surprised at how hard they worked to help me get the phone I wanted. They were super friendly and the way they treated me you would think they knew me personally. Great service little to no wait time and they always make sure you dont miss out on the chance at the newest deals. I now understand why she drives so far to go to that particular store.

I have been a customer for many years and unfortunately in this store that I have been several times they have treated me in a not very friendly way and I had to go to other representatives outside this place and they have given me excellent service...

I had a terrible experience I was greeted by a lady at the front door who did not help me and even seemed rude. I went to the one in the mall and I was helped immediately and was able to find a solution.

I love T-Mobile but they should have a different process for hiring salespeople. The scary woman working in this store with all the tattoos is unbelievably rude. I cant believe that T-Mobile knows how she treats people. So unfortunate considering all of the money that we spend at these places.

Brian helped me, great experience all around. Sense of humor, seemed like time flew by. The mall store was a trash experience, never going there again.

Forced to wear a mask even when I have a medical condition. Super rude people who yell at you when you aren’t even fully through the door. I’ve been to multiple locations who don’t force me to wear a mask. I’d stay away from this location. Unprofessional

We worked with Brian and he made the whole process as easy as it could be. We switched from Sprint to T-mobile because you get all the same stuff (unlimited everything) but for a much lower price! We also switched for the military benefits. Overall if you need to work with T-mobile, go to this location!!

Super friendly employees! They’re always helpful and kind no matter what. My mom has basically become their best friends. Sooo yeah, you guys should definitely come here, you’ll get the best service ever.

Listen this store is amazing! Customer service through the roof they go above and beyond to help customers out and a plus they have a local celebrity. Joel from Nailed it who is also very friendly and always will to take pictures. This is my store is my store of choice I would drive a whole hour to see them. They make Tmobile look good way to go!!!
