I hadnt any problems with Boost Mobile until they partner up with Dish Wireless this summer. I then lost cellular service at home and the cellular service was spotty when traveling; only in cities were the signal bars full. This forced me to switch to Consumer Cellular and I now have full cell coverage.
I dont understand why a itemized receipt couldnt be printed. Its right there on the screen.
Went with a friend we both had issues with our cell phones. The female store clerk was helpful and courteous but unfortunately she wasnt able to fix our issues but recommended an upgrade.
They do a good job but since theres usually only 1 person working it can be slow at times
At the moment I personally didnt like the planes had nothing to do with the store or service.

Been call all day today, spoke with someone, got the information he asked for. Now I cant get through to anyone. I dont even have a cell phone . I helped to pay a bill for my son a few months ago one time payment and I see that I have been charged each month. I cant even get through with that 866 number so ticked off right now!!!
They are always changing their plans and prices!!! I will be changing services when I see a better price for the plan I want!!!!
Was charged $25 for an activation fee to switch phones when I already had an activated device and have done this before with no charge...read reviews and discovered its a common experience...they insisted we pay in cash...very sketchy

Bought a new phone from Walmart, the employee at the store insisted I had to come into the Manchester location to get it turned on and he would not offer any other solutions than me pay an extra 25$(its boost do I look like I have money). Went on the website and saw that that was a lie,these arent robocallers.but they are scamming hodgies

I want to say that this place should be avoided..especially the Manchester NH location.The Female who is there occasionally..is Mega rude and wouldnt lift a finger to help a boost customer...after dealing with her...? I dropped my plan and switched to ATT..TyTC

Worst customer service. Lady in store charging additional money for activation and also pricing of mobile cases is too high.My husband and I had really bad experience and planning to switch to Metro PCS. Service with boost is too good but have only problem with how they deal with customers. Employee in the store should be taught that she is in America and value customer satisfaction.
Staff seem overly helpful in a way which they try to convince you to switch over but actually hurt themselves.. Usually only one person working.
To all the people who are looking for a phone I find boost the best place to shop for phones as I searched few other places the people who work at elm street 1279 store are very helpful and curtiousand go out of their way to hook up your phone.Always great deals at the store.

Charge you every time you buy a new phone for connection service even know your already on a contract
Boost mobile, has the worst cell phone service, stay away, they just rip you off, they sold me a family plan for two, then after we payed for it, they informed us the tower was out of service for 24 to 48 hrs, tomorrow will be three days, still no service, then sent a bill to the other phone says they are charging us another 100 dollars for no service, that is called, they will getting another call tomorrow, as they will not get another dime from us.
