Tyler is a great manager for the store. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about video games. Will more than likely know info on what youre looking for and can make recommendations to games similar to the ones your buying. A must go location if hes on site.

I stopped at this Game Stop store today and a Nintendo Rep was their showcasing a new product called Nintendo Labo. Its a virtual reality type game that connects to your virtual set. I did not get the chance to play, but the other gamers in the store did. They reported that it was an awesome virtual reality game. I got all types of free items from Nintendo such as pencils, erasers and a puzzle. They had other items, but I just wanted select things. But this Game Stop was a cool store. They are a gamers haven for all video game systems, gamed, toys and apparel. They buy back game systems and games as well then refurbish them for resale. The Staff was knowledgeable, nice and friendly. There is ample parking for the customers. If youre in need or looking for a game system, games, toys and apparel, make your way to this Game Stop.

I love that the employees know me, not by name but by game! They know my favorite games is what I mean, and they hooked me up with a membership so I get awesome deals!!

Owner and manager extremely rude. We were told we could trade in or sell them a ps4. We drove an hour to pick it up and when we got back she refused to accept it because we didnt bring an HDMI cable with it or a remote. Extremely rude service. Will never be back. Go to another Game Stop if you want good service.

Best experience I have ever had in a video game store. The clerk was able to answer all my questions about how to play Minecraft from different devices without having to split screen also able to go over different functions features of the Nintendo switch that we recently got. I think her name was Marni. She is hands down far more experienced, smarter, and knows how to communicate to the public than any Best Buy clerk. I bought stuff just because how helpful she was. She did a great job upselling the membership from free to $15/annual fee. It was a better deal for me but the way she pitched it I was impressed as a former sales manager of a bunch of Sharks. They have previously played games for sale. Prices on new games were cheaper than Target and Best Buy. I will go back even though it is out of my way because how knowledgeable that clerk was. They also have alot memorabilia there too.

Love coming here. Allen who has been at this location makes each visit awesome. The staff talks to you and helps find the games youre looking for and give recommendations. The staff even personally have conversations and talk about games and speak on your level

Its a really big store. They had lots of clearance items as well as shirts on clearance. The staff member was very informative and helpful. I think that it was one of the bigger GameStop stores that I have ever been to in the time that I have known about them.

New to the video game world I bought a Mature game for my 10 year old son at Best Buy without doing the proper research first. My son opened the game and was about to play when I realized it was not appropriate. I tried returning it the next day but Best Buy would not take it back because it was opened. Never played or taken out of case. I called Game Stop and told them the issue and the manager happily and willingly told me to bring it in and they gave me full price credit to the store. They gave me exceptional customer service helping me pick out more appropriate games. They went above and beyond! Will recommend them and use them only when purchasing electronics in the future. I have been going to this GameStop location for 7 years now, driving over 10 miles to get here and driving past several other GameStop locations. In my opinion this is the best GameStop around Saint Louis. The staff here are awesome and will go above and beyond to make sure your visit is a positive experience and an enjoyable one.

Been a long time since I been in a store hasnt been since the old location and before that after they took over for funco land hate all of them for the most part. I went there the other day the lady working that day would probably make me wanna go back. Awesome job.

This is the only gamestop where workers constantly are rude. Gravois ones awesome and kirkwood ones good! George to be precise lately is a rude employee. I avoid this store. Good thing I had been to other stores or id think gamestop was just like that.

It was my first time in that gamestop store. The staff were nice and greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding anything. Their store was very organized.

I know Gamestop has wronged many, but they have yet to wrong me. I am thankful for their large selection. Any place that still sells PS2 games is a good place for me. If you dont wanna wait on Amazon to deliver, or you want a great deal this is the place. That being said dont buy their refurbished consoles. Its a scam.

Worked with Alan to renew my pro membership and sell some games. Super nice and professional. Answered all my questions and let me know about some pretty cool games coming out.

I love GameStop! However they no longer carry older console games or equiptment like they used to. Call ahead if youre not sure if they carry something. The workers there are very nice and helpful.

My experience with this Gamestop was totally fine...was expecting the drill of upsale...but was pleased when I didnt get the 5 minute checkout gar-bage

Im a pretty frequent customer and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. Never once had a problem with them or the items they have sold me.

They had what I was looking for. Prices were kind of high, $20 higher than Amazon. Just decided to buy local. Service was good and employees were friendly.

This gamestop has a lot more memorabilia than the others. Its nice and decent size.

I got a 3ds from the store and everytime i turn it on its says error, and they didint tell me that i have to have a sd card to play certain games, so when i got home i coudent start the game i just bought

Terrible experience. Bought 5 ps3 games and out of 5 only 1 worked, when I tried to return/exchange them I was told theres absolutely nothing they could do. Yes, I had a receipt. So whats the lesson here? If you want to buy junk that doesnt work shop here, this is a perfect business to give away your money. I will tell all my friends and family about this and we will never shop with this company ever again. If you want quality games and a good business that always backs up their products look into to Game Trader in St Charles or vstock theyve never done me wrong!

This place has the worst customer service of all the Gamestops in the St. Louis area. I came in to check out some Funko Pops and the rude lady staff member tells me she just reorganized the shelf!!! She was basically telling me to not touch the boxes that she just neatly reorganized.... PFFFFT!!! I will gladly drive the distance to spend my money at other Gamestops. One star is way too generous, in my opinion. My advise is...DONT PATRONIZE AN ESTABLISHMENT LIKE THIS PLACE!!!

This is likely the biggest Gamestop in St. Louis. At this store you will find more than just games. They also have a lot of superhero stuff and of course a wall full of amiibo/skylanders.
