Had a great experience in store. After purchasing 3 new phones we decided to go back and look into AT&T TV. The salesperson seemed very knowledgeable and reassured us that we could return the items and cancel the service if we did not like it. We decided to return it the following day because it seemed too confusing… we never even opened the hardware or activated it. We returned it with no problems……until my husband noticed that an $89 fee had been taken out of his account later in the month. This was very frustrating however we felt it could be fixed. My husband talked to John at the Manchester store and was misled. He said the money would be returned to the account in 5-7 business days. Not only was that fee not reimbursed yet when another $89 was taken out for August! We do not even have the hardware and NEVER activated the service. Second phone to call to John! Not only was he very unhelpful, but HUNG UP on my husband while he was trying to figure out why the money was still coming from his account! My husband has now been on hold with AT&T customer service for an hour and a half with no end in sight! Not very good customer service for a client of over 15 years!
John is very helpful, knowledgeable, and I know I can come here with any problems. Ive been to many at&t stores and this store has been the most helpful. I highly recommend coming to this location!
Excellent customer service. Jennifer did an excellent job multitasking helping my girlfriend and I while she was finishing up with another customer without taking her attention away from the customer before us.
I went into this store a few weeks ago. I walked and noticed the associate on his phone (I was able to tell it some kind of social media site because he didn’t look up until I was over towards him) and eventually I was great by John the assistant manager. He gave by far the worst customer service I have even had. He talked over me several times, he lied during our conversation, and raised his voice to me (I’m a very calm individual and never raise my voice). He is a sorry excuse of a manager and an employee. I would stay as far away from this store and att. Also I would like to add that there are signs posted that masks are required and I was fine to comply. I noticed John has his pulled down before I walked and then he only pulled it up just above his top lip. This normally doesn’t bother me but he did mention he just came back from have Covid only a few days prior. If you have to go into and att, please don’t go into this.
After switching to att in jan. i thought everything was set up an handled. After several of calling the 800 number, emailing the store manager (Jen), and even stopping by the store (spoke with John the assistant manager several times) i am still over paying an no one will fix atts mistakes. I was told three times my employer discount was applied and that took seven months to get applied (no back date of the credit). Also i traded a phone in and they still havent credited my account ( i have provided my tracking number and proof on atts website they have my phone and they refuse to credit my account, once again im over paying. All John (the assistant manager) does and call the district manager. As a side note the district manager was supposed to call me weeks ago and has yet to do so. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. I wouldnt recommend going to this store or even yet any in the area since the district manager is just as bad. I wish i could give zero stars and i am reporting them to the better business bureau.
Im dumbfounded at what I have ended up with for a carrier and cellphone. I received my device and attempted to set it up. Successfully transferred my information from my old device to the a52. When trying to activate it online - ICCID was not coming up. Called customer service and the rep pushed the activation and I was porting my number. The phone wouldnt shut off before hand and went into a boot loop and then bricked. Customer service rep asked me if I had a younger person who could assist me as if I was the one who pushed the activation before the phone was shut off. Then she told me she cant help further & I should go to the nearest store & theyd swap my phone immediately. I went to the first store (which is a third-party retailer) and they looked at the phone and told me to go to the corporate store. I went to the corporate store. I was met with no assistance and told that they couldnt help me and that even if I called customer service they would not be able to help me either.The solution is for me to send my phone back to AT&T to where the order will be voided and in about 10 business days I should be able to purchase another phone. 10 business days without a cell phone that Im paying for by the way. Absolutely hands down the worst experience Ive had. I had a cell phone with AT&T in the 90s and despised the service. I moved my service to another carrier and have been with them for 20 years. The deal I was presented with seemed too good to pass up. Apparently it was too good to be true. If anybodys interested in an $800 paper weight, let me know.

My husband and I were supposed to go to another AT&T store to switch carriers and get new phones. We showed up there at 10am when they opened and the doors were locked. After waiting a few minutes, we called this location. Jen picked up right away and assisted us with everything we needed. She was waiting for us to arrive at this location and gave us everything we needed. My husband and I were in a bit of a time crunch and she assisted us quickly and efficiently. I would give 10 stars if I could! 😁
Switched to AT&T and when picking up my new phone the associates had excellent customer service skills and were very helpful and personable. Definitely recommend this store and am hoping the actual cell service is as great as the store associates were! Thank you all again!

Just got a new iPhone 11 Pro Max. When it came in the mail yesterday I switched everything over including my old SIM but it wouldn’t activate. I was stressing out and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I had limited time between an appointment and getting back to work, so I ran in to the nearest AT&T store. Kenny was friendly, helpful, and quickly figured out that it was an easy fix. Just needed a new SIM. I was in an out in 5 minutes. I wish every visit to an AT&T (or any business in general) was this efficient! Kudos to Kenny!

OMG. I have had over 3 hours of help.....trying to access my HBO max through MY ATT access... no luck. It has been part of my package forever. With the latest way top rate new release movies are being shown was determined to get this fixed. I went on down to the south willow street store and met John. He had me up and on in 5 minutes. Thank a bunch Youngman.

Dont go to this place John have no clue of what he was doing try to activate 4 lines and he say they order 2 new phones for me...had me waiting 3 weeks for the phones eventually after calling 611 I found out the order was never place....now the send me a bill of $409 dollars....and have no phones at all....very sour experience....plus john always had attitud every time I call....now I have no phones and they want me to wait 6 months....
Incredibly poor and unknowledgeable service received in an unprofessional environment. Traded in an old phone for a new one, received no paperwork regarding the sale, purchase, or agreement. Staff member was unable to assist with switching to First Net after 2 hours of calling various managers, ATT service representatives, and many more, causing me to visit another store in which I found that multiple accounts were created in my name. Save yourself time and please use another store.
The 2 men were very knowledgeable and friendly. They got my new phone up and running quickly. I highly recommend this location.

Great Service! I came in right as they were closing because I didnt know what time they closed, but they still offered to help me. They helped me with a phone upgrade and even managed to get me unlimited data at a cheaper price than what I had been paying! Highly recommend this location

The one star is based solely on the last visit I had there. I was there waiting for more than 20 min pretty sure wouldve been longer had I not left. The woman on 7/9/2019 in the morning was not courteous or helpful to the elderly man she was dealing with. She had no patience. You could see the man felt horrible, confused and helpless. Just paid off a phone of a few hundred dollars and she tells him the phone is no good. You need to buy a new one. I cant help you. Seriously?😠 He was very upset. I was so upset at how her customer service was that I walked out. I will go bk there because Ive dealt with others there that were great.
Sarah was awsome!!! What a pro!!.. Extremely knowledgeable and helpfull... My phone crashed so I had to get a new phone.. I Didnt have access to any contacts, photos or anything else from my old phone because it just wouldnt turn on.. Luckily back in September I transferred information from my phone to my computer.. I had no idea if that information could be used or even if it was possible to transfer to my new phone. Sarah quickly walked me through and enabled me to retrieve over 400 contacts and over 2000 pictures... What a huge Relief!!! She also walked me through the steps to backup all my information to Google storage so I will never lose that information again... She went above and beyond! Outstanding service.. Thank you so much!!

I trade 2 phones here to get a credit for 2 new phones a month went by and I didn’t receive my credit on my account came back to the store and I was told I have to wait 3 bill cycle to get my credit, after 3 month went by and I never received my credit came back to the store and they told me previous employee never did the process for me to get my credit and that they don’t work there and the phones got lost 😔

Great experience; the manager was at the door to greet me before it even shut behind me! He assisted me with transferring all my data to my new iPhone, which is above and beyond what any cell phone store has ever done for me. Plus he did it with a smile. I will be recommending all my friends and family who are in the market for a cell phone or other device to visit this Manchester branch!! Thanks for a A+ experience and I will be back!
My wife and I went here tonight as we each have cell phones that we’ve had through Verizon for a decade. As time has gone on the Verizon bill has gone up and up and the lack of service has been very frustrating to deal with.We were shopping around to see what other options were out there and when we went in and dealt with Matt Gagne and the sales rep that works for him (sorry I forgot your name) we never walked back out. We carried over both our numbers to AT&T, my wife went from an iPhone 7 to a brand new 11 and I went from an 8plus to a brand new 11! Bonus! Additionally we added a 3rd line to put on a brand new iPad which we had wanted for a while. So two brand new phones, a brand new iPad, all unlimited talk, text and data and after all that, we’ll be getting better more reliable service AND......it’s going to end up being about $20 cheaper than what we paid for the two old phones with Verizon.Matt and the other gentleman were very helpful. They were extremely friendly and personable and it was one of the best larger ticket item purchases I’ve made in a long long time. If you have had any thoughts about switching carriers, PLEASE go in and see Matt Gagne and his crew! Thanks again for everything!!!
Wonderful experience at this store! I went to this store 2 days in a row because I couldnt figure out how to use my new cell phone. They were so helpful, answering all my questions and giving me advice on how to use the phone. I will be recommending this store to all my friends.
I am SO relieved I found this AT&T store and the manager Matt who was working! I had just switched from an older Android phone to a new iPhone (at a different retailer). I am not very tech savvy, so I didnt think itd be a problem to transfer my contacts/photos/emails/etc. to my new iPhone. After fiddling with my Android for a few minutes the associate at the store (where I had just purchased an iPhone X) told me they werent trained to transfer data from phones that were as old as mine and said that maybe the Apple store would know what to do. I was a little upset at this point but took his advice. After waiting over an hour at the Apple store, I was told that this was not a service they could offer me as they were too busy and I didnt buy the phone there. So at this point I had spent my entire Saturday afternoon running around with still no solution. I searched the web for another cell store in the area, and decided to give it one last try, and walked into the (Prime?) AT&T store. I am writing this review with such detail specifically because the customer service, professionalism, and genuine kindness demonstrated by Matt is not something you come across every day. Not only did he fix my problem, he seemed happy to do so. Of all the people who should have assisted me, he was the only one not obligated to help me. Yet, his demeanor was as if I had bought the new phone and a slew of accessories directly from him/his store! I am so glad I found this place, and I will tell anyone I come across who needs a new cell to go directly to Matt/ this AT&T! It may not seem like a lot, but I went from having a terrible day (including the thought of losing all my info on my old phone...which is very personal to me), to leaving AT&T with a huge sense of relief. I cant thank Matt and whomever is above him enough for such a positive experience. Thank you so much again!!
Went into S. Willow St store today to try & fix my bill that has $300 is over charges on it & got the worst sales rep Ive ever had to deal with. Dont know his name but had short brown hair, glasses & navy blue shirt. I left the store after telling him to shut my 2 dam phones off.
My experience today with the new employee Tyler was the best experience Ive had in this store.After my last experience with previous employees I wasnt going to do business there again.Tyler was knowledgeable, friendly and made the atmosphere pleasant to be around.Ill be back there again with any of my phone needs.

Be careful - they mislead. I moved four lines from Verizon to ATT with this store. It took quite a bit of time for the ATT rep to put in the four lines. After probably 30 minutes, one of the last things she mentions is there is a $30/line activation fee or $120. It would have been very nice to know this upfront when she was quote me my monthly charge amount. I told her that was a show stopper and I wasnt going to pay it since I wasnt that unhappy with Verizon and I would just stay with them. She made a phone call and talked to her manager. She told me that when I got the first bill, bring it in and they would see what they could do to get rid of the activation fees. I brought my first bill in and waited a few days but didnt hear anything. I called the store and talked to her and she told me her manager was looking into it. I never got a call back or heard anything from the store. They never had any intention of working with me, they simply mislead me to go ahead with my four line switch. I should have known better but its still disappointing when a company treats a customer inappropriately. So, just be careful when dealing with this particular store. Its a cut throat mobile business and they will do just about anything to get your business.
I went into the store with the intent if changing cell phone providers due to att lack of customer service from corporate.Sarah spent the time to give me options. She didnt seem to be trying to convince me to stay. Just educated me on options which is all I really was asking for from the get go.Following day, I went in and Judy provided the same level of customer service. Ultimately, I stayed with att because of Sarah and Judy.

I had a major blonde moment and couldnt figure out how to activate my new iphone X... I ran over to this store and they jumped right on helping me, got me set to go and even beautifully tossed on my screen protector for me (because Lord knows, Id mess it up if I tried myself haha). But seriously, very helpful, very knowledgeable and very quick! 10/10 would recommend to a friend on AT&T
30 minuets for a case return? Seriously? 25% restocking fee? And you wonder why everyone goes to the mall?

I got a new Samsung phone - i love it! they now have unlimited data! i have had DirecTV for years and i love it! Now i have unlimited data and an awesome phone!
I went here to open a new line on my already existing account. The in-store experience was fine. They opened the line quickly and were friendly enough, which is the only reason they get more than one star.My big issue is that they added several features to my account without my permission, including Beats Music ($15/month), AT&T Navigator ($10/month), AT&T Family Map ($10/month), and insurance on the new line ($7/month). Thats $42 a month in fees that I didnt authorize them to add. When I called to get these features removed (after I was notified that I was being billed for them), the store had already removed them from my account, again without my knowledge or consent. Basically, they made two unauthorized changes to my account without notifying me, and I find that completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store, but will stick to official AT&T stores in the future.
