Ive been a customer on and off for a dozen years and a current customer for the past year, anyway.My bill is $110mo. for two lines.I went in there Valley St store tonight to enquire about adding the Metro Hotspot Allcacell device, on sale today for $40 and 100gb of hotspot for another $50.And then the girl says that theres also a $22 activation fee-So out the door at $112.I thought that that was a bit steep and asked if they could wave the activation fee and got a flat out, No!”Metro had always helped me out in past. I never got a flat NO before. At least they couldve haggled a bit.Considering what I spend every month and then wanting to add even more to my monthly bill, I was surprised they let the sale go.A good salesman wouldnt have let me leave that store without selling me the device, one way or other.

Had visited two other Metro stores earlier in the morning. Neither were able to help me with my phone issue. Walked out of here within 10 minutes and my my worked fine.Will definitely only deal with corporate stores from here on in. Thanks guys. Wonderful service!

I like metro PCS service but sometimes the employees treat you like their better than you. Maybe my son is right....

Great cell phone plans. Cheap affordable for everyone. Very bad service outside the city is the only negative side.

Went there and it was closed. Dont believe their hours. They close it when they feel like it.

Alex was the person helping me and she was phenomenal. She helped with my questions on Amazon prime and the car hotspot.

Tony is the best. Should be able to add phones with same #.

Better then going to the valley street metro, they are really laid back, know their stuff and honest. Helped me save some money on my phone bill. Not going back to valley any time soon.

Its a good place to eat but they dont have alot on the menu for people who like plain stuff. Ask for no spices you get it anyways

I was at this Metropcs store earlier today with my dad and a lady her tried to sell I a sim card for my phone at $28 and when I got home saw the site was $10 so almost got scammed here but luckly I didnt pay so be careful please over charges that isnt suppose to be and thanks

10 years with metro service no complaints!
