Awesome customer service Jeff was very helpful and fast and very polite long story short I drop my phone and it wasnt working right so I stopped in and was greeted by Jeff,explained my issue and he had my phone working in under 5 minutes..I cant thank him enough and I highly recommend cricket wireless

Amazing service! I was extremely pleased with how Tiffany, Adam and Eric treated me. Despite me being at the store almost an hour after closing trying to port my daughters number over.They never once expressed frustration but instead kept insisting to help me and trying to keep my daughter entertained! Even though they weren’t able to help me that evening I had went in the next day and they kindly helped me again! Even remembered my name. I would definitely recommend the service but especially this location to get the set up started. Thank you so much guys!

I went to the store on Sunday the closing time on the door and online say 4 pm I was there at 230pm and no one was there. I was in the neighborhood today and stopped in the open sign was on and the lights in the store as well but the door was locked. I will never go back waist of time!

Came into cricket wireless today. Had problems with my phone and the manager there helped me out with getting a new phone. I believe his name was Adam. He transfered all my data. Even found old lost videos from 6 yrs back. I wish we had more stores with this type of customer service.

As a long-time local guide usually when I write something many people will see it and read it. Today we are discussing mobile device connective services.So, after dealing with Verizon for 2 plus years with their disingenuous billing and business practices I must say that it is refreshing to join a service provider that is customer-driven in concept and in their business practices.  Cricket Wireless does not bill ahead like Verizon or Comcast, which in my opinion is unfair due to the fact that you always have a balance that creates excessive late fees when in fact you are not late on your bill whatsoever.Do yourself a big favor, consider porting out your number to Cricket Wireless. Save money and receive real customer service and coverage that is surprisingly similar!!Thanks, Adam for getting me set up. They service on the phone sometimes lags more then I am used to from Verizon but I do like how inexpensive they are. I dont mind the lagging a little cause I dont need my phone to be super fast. Went in there once to change something on my account since I went with this carrier. Had no problems, the people there were helpful and changed everything I needed changed within 5 minutes.
