I was told the phone was free and I would be given the lowest cost plan. Two months in, my bill for a single line, just text and phone, is$160. So I switch the phone to Verizon, personally go back to this store and pay off the phone for $740 bucks- and was given no receipt, though I asked several times, whether by fax, email- no receipt was given- and was told my phone would be unlocked in 24 hours. It was not. 2 days later, I then called US Cellular supposed customer service, and they claimed they would have the phone unlocked in 2 hours- nope, still holding the phone hostage, they have my money, I own the phone, and it is locked. Worst customer service ever.
Had a problem with my apps not working.The person that was helping solve the problems was able get them all working again

Went to the Manchester store today because of a virus on my phone. The guy that helped me .. Bryan was his name. Didnt really seem like he really want to help me. Ads have been popping up on my screen since Sunday. He sat there with my phone and tried to see if the ads would pop up so I asked if I could try to show him and he pretty much ignored what I said and then said he cleared my browser history and didnt show me how. I mentioned that this Opt Out option on the bottom left of my screen has also been there since Sunday and he didnt seem to care at all or tell what I could be. Just told me to delete a music app that could be the cause of the virus. when he was done, he didnt say anything and walked to the door and held it open. It was really lost and confused at it all. The ads are still popping up on my phone and it didnt do a thing. I love the service that my physical phone gives me but I dont like how every time I go to this location, its ALWAYS new employees. Ive never seen the same person twice.

Brought my phone in when it randomly would not turn on one morning. Upon arriving at the store, there was a salesperson who must have been new who could not figure out what was going wrong with the phone, and told me we would have to send it in for a claim on my insurance and I would be responsible for a $200 deductible. His manager came over and told me that he could get a replacement sent overnight and that since there were none in Stock of the current phone I had, I would get an upgrade to the newer model, which sounded great to me. All I would have to pay was a $35 shipping fee. The next morning, the new phone showed up. Without a battery. Called back and they said the battery would be in the next day. It was 3 days later and still no battery so my mother (the account holder) called back again very upset as I had gone basically an entire week without a phone, and missed out on offers for apartments i had been trying to visit because of this. Someone from the store ended up giving us a battery out of one of the phones there at the store, and set everything up for me. When my mom brought me the new set up phone (she knows nothing about technology so she had no idea what they were saying they were doing with the phone) I have none of my contacts. I am beyond upset with the stress I have gone through this week because of this.
I have been with them 6 months, had three phones and 2 of them just plain suck. No signal, wont hold a charge, will not go wifi automatically like they should. When my 2 yrs is up, I am so gone.The people are great, but the product sucks.
I went in for a new phone and got a sweet deal on the Iphone X and a new Ipad. The staff member that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions. I was here for a two hours getting everything set up and he even ported my cell number over. There was a line of customers waiting as well, and I really appreciated the fact that he never got annoyed or tried to rush me out.
