Awful awful Awful should have listened to my brother after he quit them 2 years ago I called told them what phone I had even had it in store, they said they could port me over I went down next day signed up Phone did not work rite whatsoever, after leaving boost after being with them, for 12 years just wanted to try someone else for better reception. On the phone twice two different times 1 hr. with support they couldnt help me People in the store tried twice to fix my phone brand new phone, I told the manager give me 30 bucks so I can leave wouldnt do it I stayed 2 weeks lost $ 67 got the hell out went back to boost.
Love the plan I have, and no issues with the service. However, I cant seem to get people in the store to actually help me lol. This last visit I had a specific phone in mind (thinking that would help me) and the sales person told me I didnt want that phone, to come back next week. So I went online and just took care of myself. They dont deserve the commission anyway. My third visit to this store, and the third time I walked out with no progress. Sigh.
