Was a very confusing store. . . I called, Asked if the store had a specific phone. Spoke to someone. Asked their name. Went straight to the store. No One by that name works there okay no problem do you have that phone no but try the other storage on the road. Went to the other stores on the road no one by that name works there either. They dont have that phone either. Try to call the number I had called previously, but the store was then closed and I ended up talking to their help desk after hours. So needless to say I did not get what I said out to but I did get a headache!

JACYE was very friendly and professional. She showed us exactly what we ask to see and made suggestions that saved us on the bill. I recommend asking for her when you shop there.

I’m not from the area and was visiting my mother. I absolutely loved the customer service and the help Cade and Dustin provided while I needed a phone line and phone! They were super helpful and explained the process to me and answered all my questions beyond above what I was expecting! Thank you again! I will definitely recommend to anyone out there maybe even the old school crowd (which I find myself rapidly becoming a part of) to go in and visit!

Fantastic place of business! The people are ALWAYS nice and they really try to help you not just let you wander without recognition. Dustin the employee who helped me today was a great help as well as the others!! I advice going to the Victra location on 2532 Hillsboro Hwy Suite A, Manchester, TN 37355 instead of the Verizon location on 1313 Hillsboro Blvd, Manchester, TN 37355.

Cade was not the typical pushy salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and accessories that he sells. He was very courteous and made me and my fiance feel welcome. When you visit ask for Cade, youll be glad you did!!!

After attempting to get help through a corporate store in Tullahoma, I called the Manchester store and Dustin answered. Had it not been for his helpful attitude and expertise in my issues I probably would not still be a Verizon customer. It is because of PEOPLE like Dustin, not virtual agents, that you still have my business.

Found exactly what I needed...

Went there to get a phone added to my account already had the line to swich over and was told it would be cheaper and better to use their promo so I did. And now my bill jumepd $100 a month and was charged an activation fee and a slew of hidden fees. Definitely do not recommend to visit this place they will lie and cheat you to get a sell. also after posting the review I tried to call them as asked no one was there that could help with the issue and was told someone would call me back that never happened either. Dont do business with this place they will cheat you!!!!

Worst experience by far. They are the most ignorant people Ive come across. I walked in the store because my screen stopped working, and I understand that they cant fix phones, but they can tell me options of what I could do. He took one look at my phone and said We cant help you. He refused to look at my account and see if I still had warranty or insurance.

I went in this location 2 years ago and purchased a phone and was very Pleased with the service, I went in a couple of days to get my Wife a Samsung Galaxy 8+, I had been doing some research on the internet, the guy that helped me after a long wait, didnt t know beans about the S8 or the S8+ but he sured tried to fake it I left without a phone and extremely confused. Not the same Dealer I had dealt with in the past Very sad to see a dealer so down so badly, lowest I could go without saying -10

This place has gotten worse and worse and worse every time I have been. It is the only Verizon store remotely close to where I live, but next time I need service I will drive 45 miles away to get to a location with adequate staffing and product selection.

Great staff. We have purchased 5 or 6 phones from them over the years.

If I could do zero stars I would the worst experience that I have ever had in a place. There is a lady in there second register from the left she lied about everything the manager that was there at the time said that four people on my line would get free cases for our phones and I pre ordered the s8 that just came out. We paid 423 and some change. When to pick up the s8 and she said that I didnt pay for it. I said that was bs but she said what I paid for was the cases and the phones that we got that day. My wife didnt get to get her oculus goggles or the remote because of her and we also had to pay for the taxes again which was another 100. Called costumer service about it and they said I could not have pre ordered the phone without paying for it. Sonwear did the money go. Someone tell me.

This store is the slowest store I have ever been to! Two times, I waited over an hr because you can’t staff workers to help your customers you make enough money to hire more employees and customer service representative‘s there are no prices on any of your products in the store takes you an hour to get an answer for one of your products in the store trying to buy cell phone covers anything like that you have to wait they won’t answer your question. This is ridiculous you represent Verizon. Verizon should come in and take your franchise away from you.

I have bought my phones here in the past many many years back, but when my wife bought her apple phone here and she had some issues with it she got literally no help from them. Next time we go to walmart and buy a straight talk iPhone ..
