Have gone here twice over the last few years to replace two different phone screens that had shattered and were unresponsive to touch.Each time replacement was very fast (two hours or less) and was much more affordable than the Apple store.Never had any technical problems with the phone after the screen replacement - which isn’t always the case with other phone repair businesses.Will continue to go here whenever I need reliable fixes for affordable prices.Thanks for the help Shawn and the team! I walked in and had my phone repaired the same day. The service was quick, professional, and courteous. Ill definitely be going to Cellular Freedom next time I need a phone repaired. As an added bonus they have a few small arcade machines that you can play for free if you happen to have to wait to be seen.

I brought my phone to Cellular Freedom the other day couldnt be happier to have chose this locally owned business. I am a smart shopper and called all competitors and Cellular Freedom was not only competitive in their pricing but the quality of work was outstanding. The facility was clean and comfortable and the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. I will never go back to a mall where you dont know who you are getting to work on your phone. I cracked my screen pretty bad and was about to trade it in and spend big $ on a new iPhone but luckily with the help of the friendly staff at Cellular Freedom I am able to keep my phone and not worry about uploading everything to a new device. The staff was very knowledgeable on the repair I needed and provided a lot of information I used to help guide me to a decision that was best for me. Parts had to be ordered but they arrived the next day and the service was performed the same day. They offered a loaner device free of charge which I did not need, but did get my own backup phone up and running in just a few minutes. I have had my repaired phone back for a couple of days now and have had no issues...works and looks new! Thank you!

I have been a customer for several years now every time I have phone troubles I go to these guys very reliable, fair pricing and great customer care. Affordable phones if you ever need a replacement. Shawn and his crew do a very good job.

These people were able to repair (replace) my Samsung S10+ touch screen in a very reasonable 2 to 3 hours. The cost was a bit higher than expected (a bit agove $300) but they checked out the USB port and told us that it was fine and did not need to be replaced (were as ubreakifix couldnt connect their diagnostic software to this port so their agreement with Samsung wouldnt even let them replace the screen).In the future I wont even bother with ubreakifix, especially because they were already talking about an extra $75 to repair the USB port which is just plain nuts.

Got my phone screen fixed in the afternoon, quick, easy, and efficient, got to play some pac man while I was waiting as well.

I brought a phone with a smashed screen in two hours before the business closed and even with two repairs in front of my device Shawn was still able to get my phone repaired and back to me before they closed. Which was a godsend because the smashed screen made my phone lose a lot of its functionality. I couldn’t scroll up and on an iPhone without a home button scrolling up is essential. Being able to take my phone back completely working that night was priceless.I was offered two choices of glass screens to pick from and the price of either, with installation, beat The Apple Store’s prices. Was fortunate enough to work with the owner Shawn Currier who is a consummate professional. Beat the price of the main competitor down the road on the first quote with no negotiation needed. Was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a new screen as I made it in the door with less than an hour until close, but these gentleman had my screen done with time to spare. Easy to tell that Shawn cares about his customers, and made sure to reach out to see if all was well. Would highly reccomend!

Hello I wanna start by saying cellular freedom does a great job with there work. I called deplore to Shawn on the phone he was very responsive and professional. I asked for a quote to get my phone fixed he had responded back with a quote. I then took my phone down and they fixed it within an hour and even helped me attach a screen protector. I wanna say I also used them as a carrier for my pre paid phone a few years back and they have always been professional and a great place to have services done.

I went to Cellular Freedom to get my phones camera repaired. They were up front with me about the two options and the price: cleaning and replacing the camera. Unfortunately, cleaning did not fix the issue, but replacing it did. Once the replacement part came in, they did the work in a few hours for same-day pick up. I would go there again.

Shawn was great! Honest, transparent, easy to work with. I came in with a phone issue. His tech identified the issue within 15 minutes. I had to run back and forth between his place and Verizon a few times. Shawn was patient and helped me out in a timely manner. 10/10 would go to him first on any phone related issue.

I work at the gym next to them. I contacted them on the phone before dropping off my phone. They were polite on the phone and allowed me to drop it off and go back to work. I was able to pick it up the same day at 1pm. The screen is perfect!!! They had to replace a part of my black S20 note ultra with rose gold and surprising I like the combo! Plus, they have free arcade games you can play, lol.

Broke My screen Sunday morning. Call the every store in Southern New Hampshire and no one had it in stock. Cellular freedom offered me a temporary phone and ordered the screen. By Tuesday morning I have a working cellphone, I could not be happier.

Sean was amazing with helping me get a new charger port in my phone. He looked at it and said it wasnt that dirty but then said that it was definetly loose and could be changed. He charge a very acceptable price to change out the charger port and also gave me a loaner phone so I wasnt without a phone for the night/next day. Hes awesome!!

My boyfriends couch ate my iPhone. I thought it was completely destroyed and thought I needed a new one but my boyfriend knew about this place and has had his screen replaced here before so we took my phone here and they were able to fix what I thought was impossible at an awesome price. Apple store said they could not fix my cracked camera lense on the iPhone 12 Pro Max and said I would need to get a new phone for $600. I called cellular freedom repairs and they said they would get me the lense I needed to fix it in one day. I dropped off my phone, went to dinner and picked it up an hour and a half later. It looks brand new! I highly recommend these guys.

Got my new iPhone camera lens replaced here they fixed it on the spot were fast and professional. No other places are fixing this phone right now either because it just came out so these guys are the spot. Price was under 100 too. Apple is between 200-300. I will be back for phone and iPad repairs

Went there on 12-27-20 I thought I cracked my my phone screen and called all over Manchester to find the best deal. Not only were these guys the cheapest ($150.00 compared to $189.00 at other places around town), most respectful, and I received top notch customer service! I called Cellular Freedom at around 5:00 PM, asking them if they could repair my IPhone XS Max camera that day. They said yes, and it was repaired by 7:30 PM. Quick, easy, and I can finally take pictures again. Their camera repair is also hundreds of dollars cheaper than if you were to go to the Apple Store. Priced out a few different places for a screen repair, was quoted slightly higher here than one other place but quickly called and offered to match their price. We called the original place back, got a completely different price than they originally quoted which was still a little less but made me not want to do business there. Shawn stuck to his price and I figured Id wait to see how the repair went and now can say with full confidence that you get what you pay for and am glad I opted to pay for quality. Had a bit of a complicated fix on my phone which took a little more time than originally quoted.That said, Shawn honored the price originally quoted and when I expected to hear the typical sales pitch of extra labor/extra time, means extra charge blah blah blah, not a word. Quite the contrary actually. They searched high and low to help me find a case for my Google Pixel 3 ( I could not find a case for this phone anywhere except online for more money). I was very confident going to Cellular Freedom to get my iPhone unlocked in order to be able to use the new carrier I recently switched over to. While I have always been aware that it takes sometimes up to six days from start to finish to get an iPhone unlocked, I got a call in just two days of the process letting me know it was all done. The manager Shawn was super helpful in many different ways, he tried every method possible to unlock my iPhone 11 but for reasons out of his control and unknown wasn’t capable. Cellular Freedom pretty much saved my life. They were able to recover my Gmail account and recover all my information. Theres no words that can describe the customer service I received. My phone is great, I have all my Information, and I got a great deal on a new phone. Ill go no where else.
