First time at Miller and not so good experience. Given an estimate of 1.5 hours for routine basic services. And made to wait more than 3.5 hours and had to go find the rep for updates.. No drop off offered..

I leased a car from Tim. Pleasant experience when compared to my previous ones. We did some haggling and at the end of the day I think we both walked away feeling like winners. I booked an appointment to have an issue with my daughters car checked out, my daughter and I took the day off to have the necessary time available, after arriving at the dealer and talking to their service associates they informed us that they were too busy and would not be able to look at the vehicle today. Ive been to ford, gm and bmw dealer services and have never had this issue, so unprofessional on their part, I wonder if they would be so nonchalant if their customers did that all the time.
This dealership is always very clean and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The only downfall is it’s not a lot of parking or you know where to park when you come in even if you want to browse and we don’t like the sales people watching us as we walk in or park and stare us down. Other than that it’s a very nice facility and a very nice dealership with good management and they seem to train their employees well.

I went to go see the vehicle Friday night and returned Saturday afternoon and was in and out in about an hour. Very professional staff! As part of regular maintenance on my 2013 Prius, they do a thorough inspection. They let me know that two of my running lights were out and were able to take care of that along with everything else.
Terrible customer service. It almost sounded like Vladimir Brun was trying to convince us not to buy a car. He even told us there were no 4runners to sell. We were so ready to buy this car, we had the down payment and would have even gone with preordering the car bur he was not helpful at all. I then asked him if I could trade my 2014 Toyota Highlander and he told me to go to Carmax. We were tuned down from buying a car and trading ours in. The only great outcome from receiving this kind of treatment is that we ended up in Koons Toyota Tysons and walked out with a 2021 brand new 4runner. Before you go to Miller Toyota, please consider visiting Koons Toyota Tysons where you will not be turned away.This place is a shame!

Had a great experience at Miller Toyota! It was first my time getting a car from a dealership and went in not really knowing what the process was going to be like. My brother had just gotten a car there in August and told me to look for Angel the person who helped him and his wife. Angel was great, made sure I understood everything and also made sure I was taking home a car that was pefect for me.

Service is ok but the bill is almost always $1k once the “recommended maintenance” takes hold. I’ve been in there twice in the last couple of weeks—for some reason their merchant terminal (card swipe device) accepts Apple Pay but not Apple Card using Apple Pay. Service tech said it’s common to have issues with “that card.”
Im very pleased with my car purchase from Miller toyota. The salesman was helpful and was able to show me the service records and assure me that my car had been careful inspected. Ive had my newish car now for a week and so far its completely as described. Actually the condition of the car is living up to my expectations. After walking around the lot for 15-20 minutes, a salesman showed up. Told him I was interested in a Tacoma. There were at least 3 on the lot. Asked to test drive one. Was told no test drive unless you are ready to buy. Who can be ready to buy and agree on price before the test drive. Ive always made my purchasing decisions after the test drive. No problem scheduling a test drive with other Toyota dealers in the area. Fortunately, you can go East, West, North or South 20 miles or less and there are four more dealers. Emailed the sales manager - no reply.
Never again. Don’t buy anything but a Toyota from these people. They do not have the equipment or the expertise to properly inspect or work on anything else. I bought a used BMW from them (that’s right, it’s me again) and it had so many problems I had to take the loss and trade it in for a decent vehicle from a decent dealership. They even admitted that they don’t have the equipment or tools to work on a BMW, so how did they even check the vehicle for problems when they don’t have the equipment? They didn’t. They just knowingly sold a mystery vehicle to a customer who thought he was dealing with pros. The car actually broke down right after I drove it off the lot. They put a new fuel pump in which took three days and the way they tested it (because they don’t have the diagnostics) was to just let the car run... for seven hours. The whole experience was a joke from sales to service. Thankfully, there are dealerships like Pohanka Acura who understand professionalism and have common sense.
Gary Johnson is the man! Best sales representative I’ve ever encountered, hands down! We have been fortunate to have bought both of our cars from him including our new 2020 Camry Hybrid. He truly cares about the customer and what’s best for them. Toyota Miller was exceptional in the whole process and made it a quick transaction even though they were slammed with customers due to their current promotions. From Gary to Bob the finance manager and Jeremy the sales manager were amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My 2015 Toyota RAV4 needed new tires, and after looking around at various chain stores, I received a flyer for “Buy 3 tires, get the 4th for $1” from Miller Toyota (where I purchased the RAV4).Made an appointment online to get four new tires (same as the OEM), and Miller performed the service quickly and efficiently.

Poor customer service. Our Scion FRS is 5 years old and we had all 4 tires replaced by another Toyota dealership a little over a year ago. We took our car to Miller Toyota today, 11/20/20, for a service because the tire hazard light came on. The service technician (didnt get this name) was rude and sarcastic, and told my wife that hell have to charge $35 to diagnose and repair. First, why are you being rude to your customer? Shes a lady and youre a man. Please treat ladies with respect and decency. Second, why do you charge for a service thats expected to be free? There are other Toyota dealerships around and definitely other tire shops, such as Discount Tires that we can go to. Discount Tires will diagnose and repair your tires for free if you buy from them. What benefit do customers receive from spending over $1000 for set of tires at Toyota? Dont customers deserve a little more than a curt treatment she got today. The technician might have had a bad day and we might have picked a wrong day to service our car, but this encounter really put a bad taste in our mouths and persuaded us to never take our car to Miller Toyota again for a service or to buy a car from here.

Purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota from Miller Toyota and had a great experience. Steve (sales) was very nice and didnt make me feel pushed or rushed at all. Thankfully I didnt need much convincing as I was ready to purchase, however Steve was great at answering all of my questions, walking around and looking at different vehicles, pulling info on vehicles that I was interested in that hadnt made it out to the sales floor yet. The paperwork and financing went very smoothly as well. The total process was very quick and, again, I didnt feel pushed or pressured. Would definitely recommend anyone in the market to check out Miller Toyota!

My family and I have purchased toyotas from this location since 2008. Today we walk in no one was willing to help. We asked for Tim at the service desk and the lady didn’t even answer us. Finally Jhon JR asked us if we needed help. We requested to see the 2021 highlander platinum. We had previously seen and test drive this car at the Chantilly location with great service but we wanted the blizzard white which they didn’t have. JR gave us attitude when we asked for this car. When we went to see it and asked to test drive it he said “unless you are buying it you can’t drive it” with extremely bad attitude. We have test drive cars when shopping around at toyota, lexus, and acura. We have never been told that before and it was not our first time buying a car we’ve purchased 4 other cars before. This was very disappointing. When sitting down to make an offer on the car he wasn’t willing to take our offer to the sales manager. The sales manager came by and was extremely disrespectful and rude. There was no introduction of who or what he was and no Hi or anything. He kept saying “nope..nope..nope” very rude i don’t know how he holds a managers position with that kind of attitude and behavior. I don’t know his name as he didn’t tell us his name. Now to the finance person some lady again with no name no introduction. No clue what and how these people hold these title when they cant do a simple customer service task of introducing themselves. We weren’t there playing around whole process took 2 half hour knowing we have enough income and credit and walking out with a 51k car. JR did not provide any information about the car or warranty we kept having to ask even though we had done our own research but thats the job right so you do your job correctly. In all worst experience ever and even though we are customers since 2008 and have purchased 4 cars from this location in all those years. We will not be back. I have had better service at toyota in chantilly, acura, honda, and lexus.

Tim put in all the effort to try and get me the color and model I wanted to include offering to call and get the one on order changed to blue. Im over the moon about my rav 4 and the change over from my jeep wrangler!
This is a great place. Very simple online interface for scheduling an appointment. Simply drive into the garage and hand over your keys. I don’t think service has taken more than an hour and a half even when they’re busy. Nice comfortable waiting area, just bring a book.

Toyota’s response to the pandemic is amazing. I love how they take cleanliness seriously. They have sanitized pen and have separated used pens for customers. People in service department are nice as well. I love how someone is ready to help me when I walk in and not be ignored. I just went to Bromnin Chevy a few days ago for my husbands truck and I couldn’t help but compare the level of service and professionalism both companies offered. Toyota is a definite winner. I went to Miller Toyota in Manassas, VA looking for 2019 Toyota Camry that I saw on their website. I looked at the car and then the salesperson Sergio Contreras came out and help me. He was so professional and listen to me for what I wanted. so I test drive the car and fell in love with the 2019 Toyota Camry. I was looking for a certain color which was AQUA. I have been a Nissan fan that has been the only cars I have every own but had some problems with the Nissan dealership service dept. in Winchester, VA that I had to Nissan Corp on the dealership and I said I would never buy another Nissan after buying from them for 32 years. this was only placed I brought my Nissan and they have lost a customer for life I will never own another Nissan.
