I have purchased a vehicle from Brian at Rowe Motorcars previously and would gladly do so again. I feel that he is a very honest person. He treated me better than any dealership that I have dealt with in the past.

Dealer knowingly sold car with issues, purchased the from Brian the owner, and was never told the car had any previous issues. After purchase found out the codes on the car had been wiped prior to my arrival, 2nd drive in car and overheats, take to a reputable dealer and have photos and videos of where the car had detonated, waiting for Rowe motors to respond and make right. Not even asking for full payment of engine only a portion.The Owner responded to the above, but if he was so honest and reputable he would have made effort to make this right. His response was “Well in Alabama once it leaves the lot, it’s yours” buyers beware. Not saying it was intentional, but he definitely didn’t try to fix it. Previous owner of the car detonated the engine at a drag strip threw the car back together and sold it. There were CTSV injectors in this car that’s not hard to figure out.

Drove 5hrs to pick up a beautiful car only to find out the car had been strip down and engine replaced! We paid for a perfect working ZR1 and were given a car that had major work done to it prior to our purchase that was NEVER mentioned before purchasing this car. And the biggest issue with this is Brian is not even taking responsibility and making things right. Brain got paid and has ghosted us.

False advertisement, sold a car with an engine swap and started running hot immediately after purchase. Codes were wiped before we got there and dealership presented it as perfect working condition. Brian the owner said that he would make it right and help fix the issues, but has been reluctant to do so.

Buyers beware!!! cars only look in decent condition. very sketchy place. friend bought a Corvette at an above average price only to find out there had been major work done to the car to make it seem like the car was in immaculate condition. Little did we know the entire engine would have to be replaced. The worst part about it is that Brian( owner) is not taking responsibility to make it right.

In two decades of high line auto work never have I heard of a dealer so unwilling to even acknowledge let alone deal with a major post sale problem. If you make a bad trade you take it on the chin. You don’t pass on failing engines to unwitting consumers. There is no excuse for flagrant disregard of basic ethics.

This company sold a car to a friend that had major issues and found out that all codes had been wiped prior to test drive so it would be easier to sell. Proof of malfunction was provided to the owner who still denied knowing about the problems. Beware of this dealer and make sure you do your research before deciding to purchase a vehicle here. I do not recommend doing any business here.

We went out on a Sunday night with a truck and trailer to pick up our new purchase. Codes where wiped and car was presented in perfect working condition. Simply, not good business. A Co-worker of mine purchased a vehicle from Brian In July and as of today, has spent more time researching and saving for repairs than driving the vehicle. My Co-workers excitement has turned into anxiety, confusion, and just total disappointment after being sold on a super car, only to be given junk. I am not exaggerating by any means, as this vehicle literally cannot drive. In addition, we have contacted Brian to prove and validate our claims in hopes of obtaining ANY help for costly repairs to no avail. All documents requested by the seller were obtained and presented. Once proof was provided, calls stopped being answered, messages received LATE responses, until finally…radio silence. I hope anyone reading considers this warning, as most people do not have money to “burn” on scams like this I unfortunately have to sit back and watch the damage this transaction has done.God Bless,

Beware of this dealer!!!! They say they sell cars in great/excellent condition and this is 100% false advertisement. My co worker bought a car that turned out to be a lemon. The car now needs $20k in repairs to even run! Engine started overheating on the 2nd drive. Do not do business with them

Sold my brother-in-law a very expensive car and is unwilling to make it right. He has to get a new engine for a car with 16k miles on it. Doesn’t sound like customer service to me.

Rowe was like no other! I talked directly with Brian each time I contacted him. He was responsive and easy to talk with. No high pressure sales here. Brian has done his research and knows his products and they are priced MORE than Fair! Once I made the decision Brian made the process smooth and simple. Just have your own ducks aligned if buying from out of State as that was my only setback but had nothing to do with Rowe Motor Cars. The wife and I made the trek to Alabama from KC area and was a fairly easy drive. Brian was gracious enough to come open shop on New Years Day so we could finalize and be on our way. He was very helpful and informative with the car and even filled our tank and picked us up at the Airport after dropping off our rental. A perfect used automobile purchasing experience.We located our 2013 Avalanche on Truecar.We then spoke with Brian at Rowe Motorcars he explained the condition and low miles of the vehicle. We made the decision to purchase the vehicle, being that it was 800 miles away Brian suggested he had shipping options. Being (old school) we decided to drive to Alabama and pick it up.Upon arriving Brian took the time to go over the Vehicle and explain an aftermarket warranty which we reviewed and purchased.Brian also took the time to answer my questions on the variety of vehicles in his indoor showroom.He also took the time to take us for a test drive in a Tesla. Which I dont believe many dealers would do.If Rowe Motorcars should have my next vehicle I definitely would make the purchase sight unseen.Thanks again Brian

There is only one word to describe my experience and Brian R...UNBELIEVABLE...His vehicles are exquisite but let me tell you about my experience with Brian. Hes honest, trustworthy, and he will do everything necessary to make you happy with your purchase. He didnt focus on selling me my vehicle but more important he focused on my happiness with the purchase. Whenever you get a personal connection with someone doesnt money become secondary. Let me start out by saying I usually never give a full 5 star review for anything because I believe everyone always has room for improvement. A normal review might be a 4.5-4.7 for a really great experience. That being said I honestly feel like this buying experience deserves the absolute highest marks I can give it in an online review.I have owned many cars in my 50 years and the one thing I absolutely despise most about car shopping is the dealership (stealership) experience. I will not buy from a dealership ever normally, but with covid-19 being what it is I dont want to drive 12 cars from different places private owners in the middle of a pandemic. I have never bought a vehicke completely online with no test drive.Enter Brian and Rowe Motorcars. Brian had a moderate sized collection of just gorgeous higher end vehicles in excellent condition and low miles for incredible prices. My wife and I shopped for and paid for the 2016 colorado z71 we bought and he shipped it too us 158 miles away.No sane human being should ever want to buy a car the normal way again. To be honest, I was hesitant about buying a vehicle without seeing it in person and not having the keys in hand after wiring thousands of dollars to someone I never met! Rowe’s 5 star reviews gave me the faith I needed and Brian followed through with everything promised and went above and beyond with arranging the shipping process! At first I was skeptical of making a purchase from a non-franchised dealer. I even explained that to Brian as I asked question after question and insisted that the Armada we purchased be inspected by the dealership locally. He understood that trust was being built. He was respectful, took the car for the inspection, and even went to my husbands work for him to sign papers. The price was fair (right below NADA clean retail value) and the experience hassle free.
