I’m 17 bought my first car love the car hate this guy bank can’t get the title and will be filing legal action it’s been 10 months and if I were to pay my car off today I’ll be sol please learn the value of a dollar I work everyday and do school too please get the title to north Alabama bank for the 2014 Hyundai Veloster or go through legal hell with a 17 year old you piece of human trash

Purchase a vehicle and unable to get a title. Please contact state title department if you are in this same situation. It’s my understanding there are a lot (70+) of us that can’t get titles to vehicles we paid cash money for. Call his title company. She will advise you to file legal claims. Also goes by J43 Auto.

Good luck getting your title. Typical greasy used car salesman. Go elsewhere and it’ll be less of a hassle.

I RECOMMEND!!!! I bought a Volkswagen Passat tdi from this group and I am beyond pleased ! When I walked up Tony was straight forward about the cars and told me everything about each I asked to the best of his knowledge! That alone stands good when your on the market ! He didn’t hide the flaws. Courtney done all of my paperwork and everything checked out as should. They were so sweet and seemed to have everything in order ! And the BEST part ... I didn’t have a long wait trying to get the paper work done or fussing and fighting not haggling! Courtney explained each document I had to sign down to a tee ! No hidden fees or docs ! When I get tired of the one I’m driving I’ll be back to them to get another !

Bought a car in December, it’s June, and still waiting on title. Every time I call to inquire what the problem is I get the: “give me a few days” or “I’ll have you an answer by XXXXX”.I’d gladly return the car if there was an issue, but I finally had to get the state involved to get a bonded title. So I guess the title processing fee they collected during the transaction was just extra funds in their pocket.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I bought a VW passit diesel, didn’t even make it home off the interstate and injectors start flying out hood smoking. I called to of course bring it back and Mr. Tony says “it isn’t our problem”. I almost wrecked going 80 because they can’t properly service a car. Very rude as well (and yes they got the car back and we got our money back ). Also woman Courtney was suppose to meet us afterwards to get the car and void my paper work and never showed up !! DO NOT RECCOMMEND
