My experience was selling a vehicle to Kaiser. The used automotive department was reasonable responsive and kind. I dont know if this is the general experience but anytime I had to wait for paperwork I could go into the new vehicle sales area (which is also the service area lounge) and sit in air conditioning and watch TV. Their vehicles are really good quality. Staff from reception to managers are very kind and attentive.

Good service. I had a problem filling the gas tank on my Lincoln. Initially they had trouble finding a solution but they stuck with it and eventually solved the problem.

The Quicklane experience was terrific.

Fast service ( 30 to 45 minutes wait for oil change ) but pour quality.Before they check front and tails lights, tires pressure windshield and others details now their just do oil change and is setnot even the new sticker for next service they wrote correctly i walk in with 155995 miles on my truck and they put the new sticker for next service 120995 👎I am regular customer in this location every 3k I do my truck oil change but now i think is time to find a better place, better price and better service

This is a good place to go for repairs. They were helpful and fast. When I initially set up the appointment I felt the person on the phone was kind of rude but in person I had no problens. I would recommend this dealer for sure.

Love my new Fusion! Mike Esser was great. Very knowledgeable about the car and all of its functions. He followed up with me after I got the car about the remote start feature that had to be disabled and reengaged. I would buy my next car from Mike and Kayser.

Had my car in a few days ago for rear shocks, had to bring it back in because its rattling the same as it was before. I was told they dont have loaner cars for things like this Had to take a cab home and bum a ride back . I have bought 3 cars from here over the years. My business is going elsewhere from this point forward . I have heard Capital Ford is lights out compared to this service.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place should be sued, and we are thinking about doing it. They will tell you they fixed what is wrong with your vehicle the first time you take it in. A few months later it is back. The cost is all out of pocket. And once more it is back AGAIN for the same problem. A 2 year old vehicle has depreciated $15k but costed an extra $15k out of pocket.

So you want to sale me a car. I tell you my current interest rate. You think that is what I will sign off on. That is not a BMW or Mercedes truck you selling me. Ford is the cheapest and the worst vehicle to buy. It depreciate so much in value until it is pathetic.

We basically sold ourself a car since did research and knew what we wanted but they did work on the price with us and got us in and out as fast as they can.i think they need a second finance person.
