My service advisor, Darius, helped me to make informed decisions regarding what to repair in my 15 year-old car before selling it. He gave me all my options with seasoned experience and transparency. Bad customer service in both parts and service center staff. Quote is way overpriced for repair, staff not knowledgeable about parts I need, unwillingly to ask mechanics for clarification, information I had about my issue(s) was dismissed. If Nate answers your call, I would advise asking for another employee.

I had Darius back in Service today and he was great to work with. He was so nice and personable. Not only did he ask about my car, but also asked how I was and made small talk. None of that awkward silence you usually get when checking out at stores or other service providers. He even stopped by the waiting area check in on me and cracked a joke. Which also helped while waiting for my car to get done.Even though my car took a bit longer, Darius was super apologetic about the whole thing. But honestly, just having the kind of customer service I had today and knowing that my car was being taken care of well made the wait worth it. If anyone has any car issues or questions, Darius is your man!

I typically dont do reviews, but I had the worst experience with the service department. I have never used them before but needed to go to a dealer for a recalls. The first time I went the part wasnt there. My appointment was scheduled over a week prior. I wasnt notified until I was told my car was ready, but they could only do part of the recalls and I had to come back to finish Now I had to take another day off work. After leaving my air conditioner started leaking into my car, a tube had been twisted/pinched off. Now I have water damage on the floors of my car. I had to reschedule my second appointment, which I did with the manager, I later found out it was never rescheduled. I reluctantly went to my appointment and now my tire pressure light wont go off.

Never ever buy their service package.I purchased 2 cars about 5 years ago. I purchased the service package with one car only. Unfortunately, the car was in an accident and completely scrapped. I asked if I could use the service package with the other car. Now they say I cannot use the service package with any other vehicle. I just wasted hundreds of dollars.Dont buy the service package.Response from the reviewerAfter I got the response below, I contacted them for THE OTHER OPTIONS. The finance team did not even know about this. They just answered and confirmed that there are no other options. I am adding this since their response may mislead that they helped me some other way. Definitely THEY DID NOT.

Horrible service manager! They do not stand behind the cars they sell! Daughter had to buy a vehicle due to an accident and had it back in the shop within weeks for an issue. Wilde could never duplicate the issue although she gave them specific instructions and showed videos of the issue occurring. Daughter told them she had to move due to a job change and had the car diagnosed at another HONDA dealership right away. Motor was toast! Daughter had to get another car for work. Contacted Wilde to see if they would be willing to help and was told not their problem since the car no longer belonged to daughter. She had driven less than 5k miles in 7 months.My family has bought multiple vehicles here but NEVER again! Service manager talked over me, had details wrong (said daughters father had changed the oil-spoiler father has been deceased since 2009) and threatened to sue me for slander when I said I was leaving a bad review!

If you are looking for a car for your new driver stop in to see Jeff Fox. He was very professional/knowledgeable and was right there and willing to help my granddaughter, Maria, find just the car she was looking for. He lined up 4 Honda CRVs in a row and Maria took them all for a short test drive. Because Maria was not yet 16, he spent the time telling her all about the different features of each car. When we came back the next day to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, he had everything ready, (Did I mention that it was his day off but he came in to take care of us and even worked until after the showroom closed to answer all of our questions.) I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you very much for the pink Honda sweatshirt that you gave her for her 16th birthday October 8th.

The design of the cylindrical blue shape with windows and the Honda logo is quite nice. The overall color scheme of the building is pleasing to the eye and I suppose pleasing to the smell if you have some kind of synesthesia. A very well designed exterior. As for the quality of the parking lot, the asphalt was ok, Ive seen better. The layout and design of the lot was very good. The whole building looks quite nice from the outside, it looks clean and sleek, just how you want a new car to look. The same can be said about the inside. The only drawback is that the cars on the lot are not displayed in a very organized or appealing manner, and are somewhat confusing. Another downside is the unfortunate misspelling of the word Wild as Wilde. Had it not been for these problems or for the disappointing condition of the asphalt, I would have given it five stars. Good dealership, would recommend.

I always have a great experience here. I bought my vehicle in 2018 and the transmission blew a couple days ago. When I purchased the vehicle my technician advised me to add the silver protection plan and I did. My transmission was covered minus my deductible. I always get great friendly service here. We came in to have our Honda CR-V serviced because the driver side air conditioning stopped working. After having it looked at we had $5,000 worth of repairs to do on it and we bought the vehicle in February from Smart Motors on the west side of madison. Our wonderful service lady, she was amazing but we cannot remember her name for anything was helping us in every way she could. While we were waiting for the news we looked at vehicles naturally like most people do. We got called back saw the bill and I started bawling, Bryar did all he could and we test drove a few Honda pilots and a Jeep Compass while we were waiting. Bryar not only got us in a newer vehicle with a lower interest rate and much less miles but he was able to give us a little more for our 2014 Honda CR-V and help us with a service package! If you go to Wilde Honda both my fiancé and I highly recommend finding Bryar! Couldn’t ask for a better salesman and honestly he’s a great person to work with! He even buffed out (with his own buffer) a scuff on the drivers side rear end. 10/10 Bryar and if we need a new vehicle you’ll be our first choice! Thank you for changing our lives! First I want to say that Alex is amazing & same with the other staff there. Kurt was great on giving us tips on how to handle the car. Everytime I go to Wilde I get treated amazing. Its like the staff know who I am. This is the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. This is our third purchase. We came to Wilde to get my oil changed not having any intention of getting a new car. We went outside to kill some time and look at some cars. Alex had asked us if we needed help. I said I was good & just browsing. I just mentioned that I loved this specific car which was my dream car. Alex and the staff had the car ready for us the next day. He kept us up to date on the process. I never felt pressured to make the purchase. I wish I knew the name of our finance associate. He was great as well. Never felt pressured to get anything and just felt at ease. Normally car buying experiences can be very stressful. This experience was amazing. I got to ring the bell when I got my car and everybody clapped. I am a Honda & Wilde fan for life. I would recommend Wilde Honda because they are the best!! I cant thank everybody enough!!

Theyre great here. Always nice, always polite, always helpful. I first came here by mistake for an airbag (the closest Honda was actually on the other side of town), but Ive returned whenever Ive needed to repair or check something. Ask for Darius Golden, hes awesome! He takes the time to make sure you understand whats happening and the repairs you need and why.They have a comfortable and Covid safe waiting room and all the employees take care in wearing masks and keeping a safe distance.

This is the first time that I have visited at your business for an oil change. I had the pleasure of working with Josh -Advisor, and he is a super friendly guy. The first visit was 2/8/21 and all went great. On my way home the check engine light came on and stayed on. I called Josh and we discussed what could be causing it. I set up an appt. With Josh for2/10. 9:45am. He said they would fun diags and see what’s going on. - no charge. I am completely sold on the way Josh handled this, as I think Josh is a real straight shooter....which I find is rare these days. UPDATE: Management reached out and will be providing me a refund, via check, for the unauthorized service.Would not recommend them for having your car serviced. We all know dealerships like to up sell you on things you dont need but today they took it one step further by adding charges and doing services I didnt ask for so they could make an additional 30 bucks. I asked for an oil change and engine air filter change but ended up with an additional cabin air filter charge. This wasnt mentioned when I agreed to the work I wanted done on my car. The service rep also tried to convince me to get my brake fluid changed even though I had the fluid changed at this location within the last year. When all of the above was mentioned to the service rep he tried to play it off as if I didnt remember the conversation correctly and that I didnt correctly remember the services Ive had done to my car. They clearly see trusting customers as cash cows to be taken advantage of. I wont be coming back and if you can, I would recommend you try anywhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised with my new purchase, I went in the same way I have for the past 3 years with hope and less than $1,000 as a down payment. My goal was the get out of my 2012 Nissan that I was underwater in and get into a lease. I had been let down by other dealerships or they would try to convince me to finance a car. Jeff F. and Ken O. delivered what I needed they got me to my monthly payment AND I was able to get the car I wanted in a 3 year lease. I can’t say enough about these two. We will never buy another vehicle from them. We bought our car last year from their dealership and bought a full warranty with it. Now within a year are advising that we need a small block replacement and stating that their so called full warranty wont cover it. We have gone round and round with their service department. They advised calling subaru and subaru states the warranty should take care of it. So Im done. I should also state my husband is active duty military and we are both combat veterans so the military friendly line they are selling is a joke. We will trade in the lemon they saw fit to sell us and we will never deal with them again.Edit: And as you can see they reply with yes you purchased this product with the intent of providing yourself with the security that this wouldnt happen and by golly its not our fault they wont honor the warranty, we just sell the product, we dont guarantee it! So my review stands. They sell faulty cars and loophole filled useless warranties. Dont buy your vehicle or a warranty through them ever.Edit part deux: The sales manager reached out to my husband. They offered a straight trade. Though when we went in they had us looking at vehicles to add 5k to the loan vs a straight trade. I stepped in and put my foot down and they ended up getting him into a vehicle a year older than the one we originally bought. All in all the car will probably last longer as hondas generally do. I will give them 3 stars for at the very least finally backing up their product after being harrangued to do so. I still will probably not ever buy a vehicle here again as I had to raise holy hell just to get them to do this when all we really wanted was to get the original issue with the subaru fixed. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Little hint guys, your customer service from the higher ups is EXTREMELY lacking. When you mess up, when you have a faulty product, own it, fix it, move forward. Also, the next time the owner being a gold star dad gets thrown in my face (a gold star widow), I will lose it. That is not a marketing tool. Its a tragedy. Respect it as such.

My wife and I were looking for a Honda Civic Hatchback EX-L. I emailed the dealership to set up a time to test drive a couple of Civics. I got a immediate response from Vance Haney. He set up an appointment with Syed Zaidi to test drive a Civic sedan and a Civic Hatchback. Syed was knowledgeable about the Civic. During our visit we felt no pressure to buy. I told the sales consultant the exact car we wanted and the price point I have already been offered by two other dealerships. Vance and Syed in short beat the competitors price in a non-hassle experience. The finance department was willing to meet with us the next business day and discuss finance offers and deals. The finance process was easy and efficient. Chris was very personable and easy to talk to. We got the exact car we wanted and could not be happier about the car buying experience and the staff we worked with at WILDE East Towne Honda.

Many undesirable experiences here. The staff has always been very friendly, but I cant help feel taken advantage most of the time I go here. I bought a new vehicle here a year ago.Buying experience started off great! Test drove a car, loved it, but wanted a more specific car. Sales rep was great and shipped in my custom order in two days! Great right? I had already put a down payment and got approved for a loan through Honda finance. Car comes in exactly what I was asking for! Go in double my down payment. Start going through the paperwork of the final sale. Somehow the interest rate doubled and my increased down payment didnt reduce my monthly due rate... Whatever maybe I missed something or misunderstood her. I refinanced through someone else. Sales rep tells me to come in for an oil change at 3,000 miles because thats the engine work in period.I get to 3,000 go in and get the oil change. Service rep asks why Im getting my oil change so early? I tell her, and she informs me thats not true with these newer cars.... Whatever I get it done anyways.Fast forward Ive gotten another oil change no problems.New problem. I must have hit some small debris in the road and now my radar system doesnt work. (See picture for damage)Get an appointment for radar repair and update to fix issues with USB plugin Smartplay. (no phone or cable I have tried works for more than a minute, 3 phones, 3 cables)They had my car for 5 hours to update the software for the phone and get me a quote for the radar repair. Informed that the bracket needs to be replaced for the radar. Quoted $680 for the bracket and install, but dont think my radar is damaged. Ask if they can test it and why a plastic little clip costs so much? Dodges questions. Ask if I can have the broken bracket after the install. Dodges questions... Ask when I can get it repaired. I have to do a down payment to order the parts then come back in for the install. THEN I can find out if the radar needs to be replaced too, and that would be a separate deal... Tell them Ill think about it and set it up later. Try my phone on the way home. Now USB Smartplay doesnt even find my phone at all....Might be a phone problem. Need more testing.

The service rep asked if Id like to speak to a salesman about a trade in and told me I could probably get maybe $1000 for my Ridgeline (which I purchased here only 3 years earlier!) I asked him if it was even safe to drive home in this condition, he said yeah, but then I should just let it sit.I ended up taking my truck to Wrench Auto in Middleton. They did all the recommended repairs for $3200, and now my truck is running great.

My first review was 1 star but I promised to change it to a 5 star if we were able to get follow up and they have reached out and have proven to be following up on minor issues that the car presented with. From the first phone call our sales rep met my daughter s needs/wants in her new car. They were not pushy but informative for her first purchase on her own. They showed and sold the exact car she wanted with no gimmicks. The staff we met was kind and helpful. As I said there were a few issues that service could have been more helpful with however both our sales rep and his boss are working with my daughter to fix them and that is appreciated. Sales people are friendly but looking for their commission!! The finance people push all the extras for their commission. Would be one of the last Honda dealers I would buy a car from. Went up with my daughter for her first car. Had the deal made. She went up the next day to sign papers and finance stuck her with $3500 in extra unnecessary options. The price we agreed on was wrong, all the extra warranties finance talked her into after the fact. We wanted to return it and take our business elsewhere. We were told NO. It is your car now

I already had a vehicle and budget in mind when arriving to Wilde East Towne Honda. Jeff Fox was my sales and leasing consultant and could not have been any more informative, kind and easy to work with. Not only did Jeff listen to our questions intently, but was able to respond to all of them without being pushy at all. Even nicer, Jeff went out of his way to give us a bunch of recommendations of things to do and places to visit in the greater Madison area. We recently bought a Honda CRV. When we took possession each license plate only had two bolts holding them on. We asked for the other 4 bolts, so we could properly secure the plates. We were told they would send them to us. What they did not say is that they would send them to us as a Cash On Delivery item.Honestly this has soured my taste on ever returning to this dealership. I just spent thousands of dollars to buy the vehicle. Why should I have to pay an additional cost to receive what I should have received with the vehicle.

Edit 7/1/20Im updating, although I wish I could review the service center separately from my experience with the dealership in November. I brought the car in to be serviced today and I was SO disappointed by how few employees were wearing masks or even following sanitation. There is a sign on the coffee machine asking that everybody wipe down the machine after using, I saw an unmasked employee serve themselves coffee and walk away without wiping it down. They assured us that the employees servicing our car would wear masks when in the car, wipe down surfaces and there would be covers placed on the mats and seat. Then I saw an employee driving by in a customers car and, while there was a cover on the seat, they were not wearing a mask. Also, while it did appear somebody had tried to wipe down my car, there was a new grime smudge on the inside of the door where somebody obviously rested their arm and had not wiped so I had to wipe everything down again. This was all so disappointing and I really hope I dont need the car serviced again before this pandemic is under control because its obvious that safety is not their priority.This is my November review of my experience with the dealership:Honestly had such a great experience this evening! We test drove a passport and looked over one of the 19 CR-Vs with Renee (Im pretty sure that was her name...Im so awful with names, sorry!) She was so wonderful! She wasnt pushy, helped me work through the pros and cons of a larger vehicle vs more features without pushing me to go with whatever would be more expensive. She was super friendly and personable, spent plenty of time walking us through lease options and comparing the different packages for features. Honestly, Im looking forward to our appointment on Saturday to finalize our lease and Im so glad we met Renee. This is probably the first time Ive ever had a REALLY good experience at a dealer!

Great to go to for oil changes, even with children. They have coffee and water, popcorn, snacks for kids, iPad for kids and computers for adults. They also have tv, a childrens area, and playground on the roof top for when its nicer weather. They have a recliner and changing table in the family bathroom as well. Things are kept tidy and clean. Service Center: Im always comfortable handing my car over to these professionals. I come away from every encounter feeling like a got a good deal, and the staff is extremely courteous. Ive only had one experience which took longer than expected, but otherwise, service is as quick as it can be. Their waiting area is nice, and they have all the amenities you could ask for from a car dealership, including drinks and snacks. Id recommend them to anyone.

I cannot recommend Wilde East Towne Honda more! We were traveling from Michigan to Minnesota and were in an accident just south of the dealership. After pulling into the service center, someone took a look at our Honda van and within minutes, it was brought down to the shop. It was determined that we had a cracked radiator. Immediately a part was ordered, picked up, and within a few hours, we were back on the road with a working vehicle. Alan Reicherts service that day was outstanding. The care and concern he showed for our family made a stressful situation, doable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed during the wait and ensured we could continue in our travels. But before we visit this dealership, we went to our local Bergstrom and feel like we were being treated unkindly just because we asked for 2018 lease promo. I am from out of town. I needed to have my battery checked. I called and they told me to come on in. I pulled in the service bay and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly courteous attention I received. Sebastian took my information and explained the process. Also engaging in conversation about my trip so far. I went into the waiting area for another good surprise. It was very well laid out and there was areas for different activities. An area with computers to surf the internet, an area for food and beverages and an area to plug in your personal device and sit if you like. When my diagnosis was complete, Sebastian again took time to go over everything with me and carefully explained to me the options that were available. I made my choice and he went and made it happen. They even offered to wash my car which I greatly approached as we had just traveled over a thousand miles. It was troubling to have car issues on the road but Wilde East Towne Honda made it a great dealer experience. Thank you to the Wilde team.
