The service we received when buying our used Honda CR-V was exceptional. The sales and finance processes went smoothly. They made a point of acknowledging us on our first visit, even though they were busy. That wasnt the case at a different dealership we visited later. My husband and I have honestly had many horrible experiences with dealerships, we absolutely dread when we need to deal with any dealership... that is - until working Zimbrick and James Skolaski. From the very moment we contacted Zimbrick to look at a vehicle we were interested in - we have had excellent and amazing service. The buying experience with Zimbrick = WOW - (30 min in dealership to buy a car?) - its just totally unheard of - we are used to spending the ENTIRE day at a dealership when buying OR leasing but James made it super easy and handled most of the details through email. Honestly, James IS the best car salesperson we have ever dealt with.Now lets talk about the warranty service! We are used to some sort of problem when you need any kind of warranty service... NOT with Zimbrick! When we needed service under the warranty we received, we were taken care of well above and beyond any of our expectations. We live one hour away - and when we got to the dealership to drop off our vehicle for the warranty work, we were given a nice loaner car AND full tank of gas!! We were in and out of there in 5-10 minutes and they told us they would call us with updates on our vehicle! They fixed the problems that were covered under warranty without ANY hassle.Zimbrick has honestly amazed us! They will ALWAYS be our car dealer of choice AND someone we HIGHLY recommend to everyone we know. I visited for a software recall on our 2019 Insight. They were ready for my appointment and took and returned the car contact free. The dealership is a large building and I was easily able to find a place to wait far from other people. For icing on the cake, they washed the car for free!

Fou was our salesman and Randy was our finance guy and they both went above and beyond for our family with our special needs daughter that is immune compromised during the pandemic. Fou was one of the most thorough and detailed salesman I have ever had. He told me about the difference in different vehicles I was deciding between and even gave me the safety ratings. Once I finally figured what dept. I had to talk to, I was able to set up my appointment. But when I got there, they didnt know who ordered the part I needed or where it was. When they did find it, it all went smoothly.

The Service Department does terrific work at a not-unreasonable-price. The Costco discount is great (dont forget your card). Nice waiting area with snacks. The Fish Hatchery location has much greater capacity than the one at Grand Canyon - a lot easier to get an appointment.Update: They no longer participate in the Costco discount program. Still great service.

My husband took out a loan and got our vehicle through Zimbrick. Once were done paying off this loan we will not be going back to Zimbrick. The vehicle that we had got sometime in August was a lemon. We was assured that nothing was wrong with the it and we trusted Zimbrick because of their reputation is a good one. A few weeks later our car was leaking coolant and we ended up having to pay them to fix a water pump. After that we trusted that they fixed the vehicle and it was okay. We tried to take the vehicle on the road to Washington DC (to visit family we havent seen in 10 years) 3 hours within our trip our vehicle broke down with six children in the van. We ended up stranded in Elkhart Indiana trying to figure out if we should fix the vehicle or have it towed. When we got the vehicle looked at in Elkhart Indiana, it was explained to us that we had some type of gasket issue and that it was most likely a pre-existing condition. We contacted Zimbrick and they wasnt easy to work with. They gave us a really had time. We had to come out our pocket for a $800 tow Hotel costs etc. After talking with one of their managers they decided that they would fix the vehicle. Even after them fixing the vehicle, we are still having problems with it. Not even minor problems like replacing brakes pads and rotors or anything that we understand we know we have to put money into. Were having critical problems. We understand that we bought a used vehicle and it was sold as is but when we bought the vehicle Zimbrick assured us that they did an inspection and everything was A~ok / legal to drive. we were told that they look at their vehicles from top to bottom and that their mechanics are good at catching problems. I dont understand how they looked over a water pump, gasket manifold, and exhaust issues. Too many problems to have to deal with.. How could they have missed that? Fool us once and that is it! We do not recommend this place

I have now bought my third vehicle from Zimbrick. This is the second time I have purchased it from Zimbrick Used Imports with Dave. If your car shopping for a used car go see Dave and Mike as they will take extremely good care of you. It has always been a great experience for me at Zimbrick, and this time was more awesome then the last. The one part about purchasing car I have always dreaded is the financing. This time that was one of the best parts of buying the car. Mike took excellent care of me and made it fun and entertaining. He got me amazing interest rates. I had the best experience with Zimbrick used vehicles with Jason Hepperly.I had previously bought a used car elsewhere, at a different dealership, and a few things were wrong with the car. I didn’t really think too much of it and thought it was no big deal.I was taking these few things off to a mechanic every other time and next thing you know, I got worried about my daughter’s safety with the things that were wrong with it. After all, this was her car.To make a long story short, we ended up at the best place in town to car shop and that was Zimbrick Used Car area with Jason. I discussed what was going on and decided to check out the used cars at Zimbrick. There was one that was just like my daughter’s car and Zimbrick put over $1000 of work into it to make it perfect.We ended up trading my daughter’s old car to this older car that Zimbrick had on their lot and she and walked out so happy I could cry. Best to make an appointment a head of time! If they can fit you in they will if you do not call ahead. They are very nice to work with on your car needs. Buy new, used or lease. Get your car fixed and updated with their inspections. Body work to oil changes.

A couple months after purchasing my vehicle, it had a costly repair. I didnt purchase the warranty, so it was not covered. My one disappointment is that I did not purchase the warranty was because the sales person made it sound useless, and since I dont have a whole lot of experience with car purchase, I took him on his word and didnt take the warranty. I know better now. They still get a high star rating because they did offer me the warranty after the fact as a courtesy, although I cannot afford it with 2 year max financing (it would have been better to go through the bank initially but they bank will not allow me now), and they also went above and beyond and were very generous with working with me to get my car fixed. Thanks Zimbrick!

So I was conflicted with this review. On one hand, their service department is outstanding and very thorough. On the other hand, their sales department was less than stellar. On a few occasions, the salesperson I worked with didnt respond to my emails about things for my car that I had purchased and was waiting to be installed. I also never received an interior protection service that I bought for over $1,000. I felt like the sales department was just trying to get my money and get me out of there. Ill continue to bring my car there for service, but I doubt Ill ever purchase another vehicle there or recommend it to friends and family.

Rene Gonzales at Zimbrick Honda has always treated me right. If you are interested in a car and want to feel good about your purchase, talk with Rene. Hes made sure I can test drive what I want, and always gets back to my emails promptly. Rene had me test drive a 2018 Accord Hybrid and a 2018 Accord Sport 2.0T to compare. The service department is friendly, with Melissa and Bob at the helm. They take care of you and make sure your car is right, calling with their diagnosis and are very flexible with whatever service you need or dont need. Ive not had any extra service pushed on me. I recently had my 09 Civic Si in for brake service and that was my experience.

If your looking for a Used Import the whole team at the Used Import lot were incredible. Youll feel well taken care of and unlike some car dealerships they dont make you feel like they are giving you the rum around. I felt my buying experience was so easy!

Took my 2006 Vibe in for recall. Very friendly staff, clean areas, comfortable waiting area. No loaner cars available, so they gave me cab vouchers for home and back!! Repairs were finished an hour early, and they even gave the car a basic wash. Very nice experience.

I felt no pressure to buy (unlike my experience at Wilde East) and was met with helpful answers and information. For an express oil change. Problems all the way through, from scheduling to finish, including pressure to do recall work for the wrong vehicle. After an hour and 45 minutes it was finally done. When I asked about whether the wipers had been checked I was told I hadnt asked for that. 1) I did. 2) Thats not included in an oil change?I was then told the wipers were good. I pointed out that one of them was completely stripped. If they missed that, what else did they miss/skip?I will not ever return here for service.

UPDATE - 18 JulyAirbag replacement was done professionally and efficiently. One extra star for washing the car! Overall, would recommend Zimbrick Honda for future service needs. Just hope the individuals taking initial calls get some good refresher training on customer service. Called back two weeks later to find the item had never been ordered. When I asked to speak with a manager, the receptionist was obviously frustrated with my request, and put me on hold. I hung up after 10 minutes of hold time.

I received a call from this company at 6:30 AM I’m in California! The girl on the other end saying” I understand you own a 2013 Honda” I think maybe they should know my name if calling me & perhaps know that they are in a different time zone!!! I had the pleasure of buying a used BMW from Carlos Pelaez recently and I could not be happier with the car or the great service that Carlos and Dakota Murphy in finance provided. Im from the Minneapolis area so it was critical that details of the transaction were worked out before I made the trip to Madison. Both Carlos and Dakota made me feel very comfortable over the phone and in additional communications over course of the week. When I arrived at the Madison airport I instructed to take a Union Cab to the dealership. Zimbrick picked up the tab for the cab ride! Scheduled an appointment here for an oil change. They have a good drop off and check-in system in place and several waiting lounges while your car is serviced that includes TV, some snacks and drinks (coffee, water, soda). They also offer complimentary car washes (not touchless). The compound here is quite huge so the first time you come here it can be somewhat confusing.

The service here is really great, from the sales team to the service team and anyone I have met in between. The only downside is that they service so many kinds of vehicles it can be a little difficult to navigate the campus if youre not familiar with it.

The sales guys wouldnt give straight answers, continuously ran hard inquires on my credit so my score took a major hit. Keep coming up with excuses as to why the bank wouldnt approve the loan. Just super shady and skezzy sales men. I would wish them on my worst enemy.

A young man cody helped me out buying my audi, very friendly. New tires were put on the car and they did other work under the hood which i appreciated. They kept up with its maintenance unlike other dealers i have purchased from before. When we came back to pick up my car, they had it washed, waxed, and had it sitting in their showroom with a bow on it. So cool! They even filled the tank with gas. The whole staff i worked with was very friendly. Overall my experience with them was awesome and i would definitely go back if I ever need to buy a car again. They made the process very easy for me.

Had my second experience in 2 months buying a car from Carlos in the Used Car department. We bought an Equinox for my wife back in February, and it has been a great car.Yesterday the turn signal bulb burnt out, so we headed to the service department who were nice enough to sneak us in since we didnt have an appointment.We were walking the lot when I spotted an Acadia that I had to check out. Carlos came out and met with us once again even though he was pretty busy.By the end of the visit, the turn signal bulb in the Equinox was replace, and I was driving home in my new/used Acadia.I couldnt be happier with the way things went.

It literally took me forever to find the correct Zimbrick- google review page - that I have recently purchased my vehicle from because I refuse to right a review on some other page giving such praise. I bought my CR-V last week and I could not be more in love with it. Part of the love I have experienced is working with people who actually enjoy doing what they do. Its such a nice surprise. I love my 2013 Hyundai. It has 40,000 miles on it too. I only put $500 down, did trade-in, told him what I wanted, what I could afford and he was SO up front with me. He was NOT pushy at all and I didnt feel like he was just trying to get a sale out of me. Very, very pleasant man. I recently purchased a new 2017 Honda Accord and the whole experince was great. No pressure sales tactics and every effort was made to satisfy my requests for the car that I wanted with the features I wanted. My first service, tire rotation, was handled promptly and they evev washed the car for me. The facilities are great and clean. The staff are aldo very professional, courteous, and made us feel very comfortable.

I have to deal with these guys relatively often. Everyone at the front is happy to help you, but actual service and parts is not fun to deal with.Taking my personal car for a recall service was a rather experience. The waiver you sign says they can steal anything and not be accountable. The tech who drove my car into the bay, knowing it was a manual transmission, stalled my car and the bay smelled like clutch well after I left.Parts doesnt like doing returns and will (seemingly on purpose) forget to apply the 15% discount on parts for cars older than 2 years.These guys are trained to say they cant do what you want unless you pay more. Do not give in, its just a forced upsell.

I purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe at the end of March here at the used imports part of Zimbrick.I worked with Carlos Pelaez and his manager Anthony Saunders. The whole experience that day was awesome. Carlos was very personable and made the whole sale very pleasant.The first month or so of owning the car had a few hiccups that were not entirely the dealerships fault but they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.The amount of effort that Carlos personally went to for me was really awesome. Seriously, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Carlos if you buy a used import from Zimbrick.

Fast and great service. They have free WiFi and condiments so that the wait is not terribly boring.
