I would definitely go back.Because of a unusual circumstance at the time, I never had an actual salesperson-I worked directly with Finance who then gave the sale to someone. But Matt S was so incredible to work with. I hope he is still there...

Didnt end up buying a car here but was impressed by the selection and competitive pricing. We worked with Dennis and he let us take a car home for the night to make sure it was the right fit. Low pressure and straightforward gentleman to deal with. Ultimately it didnt work out for us, but that wasnt Kaysers fault.

Ed was great. Not only could he read my body language; that I didnt want to be bothered until I found the Truck I wanted. The dealership did great with the social distancing and sanitizing. I changed my mind on the vehicle I wanted and it was nice to have the flexibility of not feeling pressured. I was given an inspection report and vehicle history. We had a delay due to COVID with obtaining the Title and I was able to take the vehicle home for a few days until it arrived without issue.Ed was kind to my family and was very professional during my entire experience at Kayser. Fran from financing was very patient with my many questions about the details and the Manager Joe came by, introduced himself and was honest.We love our New to us Truck!

We are very happy with the experience we had at the Kayser Dealership in Madison. Our sales guy was Mike Esser. He was great to work with and very accommodating to our specific situation. Mike went above and beyond to make our experience easy and hassle free. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever had and we have purchased 20+ vehicles. This dealership is not full of your typical pushy annoying sales people that hound you and try to pressure you into a purchase. Their sales people don’t work for commission. Which is a breath of fresh air. Fran took care of the paperwork and she is a riot. We loved her personality. We were very lucky to get the opportunity to work with Mike. I started my car shopping about 4 weeks ago when my 2004 PT Cruiser started having problems and I didnt feel like putting any more money into it.Browsed a number of dealers on line and Kayser Ford was the dealership that offered the selection of vehicles that I was interested in.Made a quick visit on a Friday afternoon to check out 3 or 4 cars that were on my list that I had developed.Spoke with Tim Gillham briefly and told him what I was looking for and that I was not in a buying situation that day.Tim took the time to deal with me that cold Friday even though he knew I was not buying at that time.A few days later I sent off an e-mail to Tim to see when he would be available again - with-in an hour or so I had gotten an e-mail back from him with when he would be at the dealership.I finally made my decision the following week and on Feb. 1st I returned and picked out the vehicle that I had found on-lineTook out the Nissan Rogue for a drive and it felt like it was the best fit for me.Started the buying process with Tim and was very hospitable during the process. asked if I wanted coffee or water and offered up the newspaper for me to read while all the paperwork got started.switched out my plates and took care of getting my new car all taken car of.He than handed me over to Fran DAmato and the financing process was started - I had already been pre-qualified with my bank, but Fran was able to find a better financing rate for me.All told, I believe I spent just under 2 hours from start to finish that Saturday

Go to salesman Mike Esser. Just bought my truck here last night and Mike made the process quick, easy, and enjoyable. He is personable and knowledgeable and helped match me with exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I couldnt be happier. Mike took the time to help me acclimate to the extras on the vehicle, put the plates on, helped me connect my phone to the truck, and patiently listened and attended to all of my old man questions about the new technology.Fran, the finance manager was equally personable and professional and made me comfortable with the credit application process. She answered questions about warranty plans and helped me find the right fit for our family. Its nice to know I have many future oil changes taken care of thanks to Fran helping me find an amazing service plan, extended bumper to bumper, and gap insurance.I highly recommend Kayser for a used vehicle and make sure to ask for Mike and Fran.

This was my first time buying a car without help, and I was eyeing up a smart car as I dont commute very often nor very far. I came across this dealership searching for the car in question. All of the representatives there helped ease a lot of my worries throughout the process, and were very willing to find alternatives to confirming some of my information, as I just moved for the first time as well.About 2 months after purchasing my vehicle though, I started seeing bubbling and ripping in the clear coat (as pictured) dues to the rain we were receiving at the time. I contacted the team inquiring if any of the damage would be covered under some form of warranty. I was informed that it was not.In all, the team are very nice and supportive of those looking to purchase a vehicle. I tell my tale as a warning though, to question much more thoroughly than I did about known damages or issues with the vehicle before buying.

I had the best experience working with Mike! I came in on a Saturday and left with a car Monday! Mike was great and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase! I cant wait to come back here in the future and get another car when I end up needing a larger vehicle!

I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer in Feb 2020, love the vehicle except for a few customer service issues at Kayser. #1 Joe the Used Car Manager is a total jerk and would never deal with him again. #2 found out from my Insurance agent when they ran the VIN on it so i could obtain insurance that the Explorer had a Prior Insurance Incident filed against it which was never disclosed at that time of purchase. I can see where the damage was and am hopeful i can work something out with Kayser will repair the issue at their collision center correctly. The incident was a $900 claim against the explorer before we purchased it, this should have been disclosed while we were doing the delivery paper work on it. I shouldnt have needed to find out thru my Insurance agent since Kayser had to know about this when they ran the vin when they first got the vehicle in before selling it. Very disappointing after being a customer of sales and service for 40 yrs.

Another great review for Ed! I’m from Europe, where the classic American pushy sales tactics frighten me haha! Ed was very honest and laid back, gave real advice, with no pressure; they don’t do commission sales. I found a great car with him and felt in safe hands. Then, Tony spent an hour after closing time making sure I understood every aspect of financing, risk, and extra insurance options, making personal recommendations, which were honest and not profit-driven. Definitely the best team I have seen after visiting other local dealers. The car was also amazing value!
