I always enjoy going into Lush every once in a while. This visit my friend and I met Jason and James- who were incredibly personable, fun and made our entire experience phenomenal. Definitely worth the visit just to see them! Both were very knowledgeable on the history and LUSH products, but their zest heightened the experience.

Always friendly employees, and very knowledgeable about all their products and ingredients in them as well.

Amazing amazing amazing store..... I love their products. Most of them are vegan and with very less chemicals. Prices are as per the quality. But they are worth it. I use their rose lip balm and sleepy body lotion. Both of them are out of the world. A very little amount of moisturizer is enough and you will see your skin moisturized for hours. I’ll try more of their products soon. ALSO, THEY GIVE SAMPLES FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU’D LIKE TO TRY. JUST ASK AT THE COUNTER.

The place is always filled with great smells and fun colors. All the things I have gotten from them were great. The only thing is its a bit more pricey than a bath bomb you might find at target.

What can I say about LUSH? Other than its amazing! All their products are 100% natural & handmade. Most are self-preserving due to essential oil content. And a few, like their fresh masks, need to be refrigerated or used within 10 days.My daughter loves their bubble bars and bath bombs, and I love their masks and scrubs. My faves right now are Cup O Coffee which uses coffee grounds as an exfoliating agent. It smells like mocha divinity and leaves my skin smooth and moisturized. Much less drying than salt scrubs. And then theres Let the Good Times Roll a deceptively simple, soft exfoliating scrub that uses maize flour, cinnamon and corn oil, and smells just like caramel corn!We both love their handmade soaps and body bars. And they also have a fantastic makeup remover called Ultrabland made primarily of beeswax that makes eye makeup removal easier and more complete than ever! No more mascara flakes left over, and it leaves your skin soft as a babys bum.They dont test on animals and many of their products are vegan or vegetarian. Their in-store customer service is top-notch! They always greet you on entry, and will work w/you one-on-one to find the products best for you. Testers are everywhere so youre never expected to buy a product blind. And lastly, all their product containers are made of 100% post-consumer recycled material, and when you bring back 5 empty containers you get a free fresh mask!

OBSESSED with this place!!! Their products are amazing. I am environmentally conscious so I love the ingredients, the production process, the lack of packaging (like bar shampoos and conditioners) as well as the results! My hair and skin look, feel and smell amazing. Employees are very knowledgeable about the products and they take the time to learn what you like and steer toward the products and results youre looking for. They also are able to help you discover new products to love. HIGHLY recommend.

I am really enjoying the little samples that they put in your bag when you do an online order. I found new things that I maybe wouldnt have picked otherwise. I like their revive hair conditioner. For the most part, their staff is friendly and courteous, but they can be a bit eager. I think its how Lush trains their employees to treat customers and I find it a little overwhelming.

Clean (of course) and smells good. Its Lush. Staff was great. A little annoying waiting in a long line for a very shirt visit to the store but I respect the capacity rules and keeping people safe. They did a good job.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. The products are of course awesome but the employees always make it that much better at this location.

Lush, I love you. Smells, products, and staff are amazing.

They are doing a great job of social distancing mask wearing, and they have someone come to take you to wash hand prior to touching products.I got some great bathbombs but also a shampoo and conditioner bar. I like that they are plastic free, smell amazing and work well.

Covid protocol has you waiting outside the store and let in as they have the space. So I would come prepared to wait. But I also felt like customer service was exceptional. Each staff member is very helpful and I really appreciated the advice as I shopped. If you have the time, I recommend.

Excellent products as always. My only complaint is their website isnt updated to reflect current in store inventory. Small line to limit shoppers inside for Covid. It was nice to see they mandated mask wearing and gave out disposables when needed.

How can you not LOVE LUSH? When walking past you’re immediately drawn in by the amazing scents flowing through the open doors. Once you walk in you’re surrounded by nearly every body product you could want or dream for. My favorite products are the hair masks and the fresh face masks. There are helpful staff members always willing to help and answer questions. Save your money - or go in with a plan - because their products aren’t cheap. But they are good for your body, good for the environment and good for your soul.

Covid protocols are good. Prices are a little steep but product is of good quality. My issues is with the staff. The front greeter was polite and informative of the rules in place. There is only approx 6-10 people allowed in the store, again great. More space the better - right?My issue is that I was in the far corner and wanted to smell a product. I looked around making sure no one was near me and pulled my mask down from my nose for about 3 seconds to smell a product. I tried smelling thru my mask but it did not work well. Immediately a staff person came from about 30 feet away to tell me NOT to take my mask down. I had explained that I tried smelling thru the masks but could not. She stated it was a rule of the business. Ok fine. However not more than 2 mins later, I am standing next to 2 employees ( I think one was in training) only to see him pull down his mask to smell a product. He made the exact same comment that I did prior to doing so (Could not really smell anything).This seems to be a Covid rule is for thee and NOT for me double standard.

One of my friend told me about lush. And I tried sea salt scrub, herbalism cleanser, sleepy face, full of grace and gorgeous cream. Absolutely all these products are change my face and gives a good look. I will continue it.

This place is amazing! I love the quality and many options to choose from. They range from bath bombs to face masks, shampoo bars to body wash or body wash jellies. I always leave the store happy.

Ive been in love with Lush for awhile now, I have an entire area of my bathroom at home exclusively for Lush products. This time I went in with family, while on a family vacation. Theyve never gotten to experience shopping in store, and they were in awe. The gentleman working last night was so patient. He answered every question, and helped select products for specific needs. He was so kind and very knowledgeable. I wish I had his name, so I could let him know how grateful I was for his patience and knowledge!

I visited this store in August of 2017 and it was my first time trying Lush products and my first time in a Lush store. The staff was welcoming and friendly! They struck up a conversation with me as soon as I walked through the door and asked all the right questions! Once they knew that I was new to Lush they gave me a small tour and an overview of the products so I could dive right in.Overall it was a fantastic visit and I will probably go back to the store rather than ordering online!

The sales consultant was so helpful in listening to what I needed and giving me a few options to select from. I went in to buy a shampoo bar for the first time and she was so nice to help bring me to the right area and inform me of the difference between the bars. The lady at the register was also amazing and helped me put my purchases item in the baby carrier on my back.

Eclectic array of fragrances. Staff was super friendly and helpful even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday night. Definitely worth a visit even if you arent into fancy soaps.

The employees are my favorite part every time I go in they are the nicest and are always knowledgeable. The products are amazing as well but there service is one of the things that will always bring me back!

I love most of their products but this review is about the store. The employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. My toddler son wanted to touch and play with everything so while I kept him under wraps the employee grabbed everything I needed, rang it up, bagged it and I was on my way without anything be spilled or broken. That was so helpful for me and she really stepped up to provide outstanding customer service.

Staff is always super nice and helpful! I go to this one because its closest to me,but most of all how amazing the employees are. Always answer my questions,let me take my time and offer free samples. The only down thing I can think off is how fast they run out of face mask, but its still a 10/10 store

My daughter loves this place and always drags me along. The smells are an assault to my senses but the staff is very helpful. Very pricey merchandise but some of the product lasts a good while -according to my daughter - [my small bar of soft soap didnt make it a week for $4.95]

This store always has the best products! Ive been here twice and have had 2 different experiences. My first time was amazing!. An associate spent a good 30 minutes going over products with me to help put together a skin care routine because Im a huge novice. ♡♡ I was hoping for a repeat experience for a new hair routine, but my second time in, the girls behind the counter were too busy gossiping to help.. Hopefully they will go back to the first type of customer service.

My girlfriend likes lush, Im a neutral party. I would give it 5 stars but you get a lot of our money & I would personally rather you didnt get so much of our money. But shes happy, so thats good.

I go here for assorted items for my wife for birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmas gifts. They always have a wide selection of amazing smelling soaps, bath-bombs, shower gels, lotions, and more. The employees are super-helpful and knowledgeable, and they have always been able to help me when I go here.

I always have a great experience at this location! The employees are incredibly helpful and their recommendations have never lead me astray. The only problem I have is trying to walk out without buying the whole store.

This place is the fricken gold standard for customer service. The sales associates in every LUSH location are great but at the time my wife and I were there, 4/21/18, the gals were on another level. Since my wife was the primary shopper I just stand around and observe. Its amazing how helpful, nice, and knowledgeable everyone working at this store was.

I like that I can come and get cologne, shampoo, a beard and face wash, and even a face mask if I want it in one place and its all made from ingredients found outside essentially. Im particular to the dirty solid cologne and the Kalamazoo beard and the elbow grease body salve. The elbow grease really helps brighten up the colors in some older tattoos for those days youre in a short sleeve shirt.

So fun to come here!! I love that the staff is so happy to talk with you and answer your questions, and they are very knowledgeable about thier products! This is a very fun place to come spoil yourself! :)

I just love it - all those sparkles, shapes and scents. Awesome place to treat yourself or to get a gift. My husband is using their shaving cream for years now and cant stop saying how great it is.

I absolutely love this store and all of their products. I went in for my birthday today and Marshall went above and beyond to help me, knew everything there was to know about every product, and was overall just a huge sweetheart. The displays are all well laid out, the employees are mostly nice. When we didnt give the salesgirl an opening for a sale, I did see her roll her eyes and walk off--but whatever, I was there to smell soap, so Im not bothered.

Lush is amazing. They give you some serious samples here. Anything you want you can take home and sample. There produces are so simple yet lushes.
