Elicia helped my wife pick out an entire makeup package for her daily routine, made great conversation, and didnt bat an eye when we were the first ones through the door that day. I had a great experience and I dont wear makeup. Although, Elicia was rather convincing about their facial cleanser and I may have to get that bc wow, did that work! Great place - and thats coming from the husband.

Helpful staff. Be aware that they are trained to sell up but it is always fun and they are not pushy. I feel like Im visiting a friend who is catering to my likes and needs.

Came here in frustration after a horrible experience at sephora. When I got here Sang was busy with someone else but she greeted me and said she would be right with me I told her not to rush because I have huge needs that will take a while she still quickly got me started and explained every step of the skin care process and involving me in it all making sure I was absorbing what she was explaining. During our consult other customers came and went and she was always quick to greet them. I knew I was monopolizing her time but she never made me feel bad or rushed and everytime I whispered for her to go take care of someone else she was alwAys apologetic she was amazing I really felt like she cared and that truly influenced what I bought because I bought it all and the only reason why was I didnt feel like I was being headed thru a process by a robot nor did I feel like I was being sold anything o really felt like I was being educated by someone who cared and now Im a lifetime customer. THANK U SANG!!
