Its always fun when you need to go shopping here. Its not easy to find exactly what you want because there are so many great things to choose from lol. Its a nice store to spend some hard-earned money. Very clean friendly store.

Came by yesterday to do a return and purchase a few items .The staff was very friendly and helpful. although some of the girls were new they still had the will to learn and help one another . Jen the manager came by and walked them through the process and everything was taken care of . With most locations being short staffed we appreciate these associates and their hard work . Thank u !

Really nice employees; I just dont like smelly stuff too much, and they spray a sample right in front of you whether you ask for it or not.

I had a great experience. I went there for some body spray that I had got there before, but they stopped carrying it. I as asked the sales clerk, and she helped me find one that is similar to it. I wish that they could bring it back. Because it was a nice one.

Went in to pick up hand sanitizer for upcoming trip. They only had about 5 scents and all were holiday themed. Would have been nice to have more choices. I went on 10 dollar candle day, so the line to get in was really looking, 20 minutes wait just to get in, but that isnt affecting my review. Just sharing my experience.

Clean and well organized. most of the employees were very helpful. The only reason theyre not getting five stars is because when I asked about a particular candle (and if they had any in backstock), one of the girls that works there told me they didnt make them anymore. I was pretty bummed initially. But... I was able to find them on their website shortly after. Maybe she didnt know or she knew they didnt have any in stock and didnt want to lose a sale. Either way, I settled on a scent I didnt like as much because she told me they didnt make my favorite anymore.

This store is very unprofessional!!! Katie was very rude to not only myself but also had to witness her down talking fellow employees. My wife loves their buy 2 get one free offer when she buys a moisturizer, body spray and body wash. The staff are super helpful. You will be hit by an assortment of fragrances once you enter this place. I especially like their aromatherapy body washes.

Great place to shop when theyre having a sale. When the sale is on, the shopping experience is uncomfortable as the store is packed so its better to know what youre looking for. When the sales arent on, the store is empty. I tend to go in and figure out what new things I want to try when the sales arent on so I can leisurely sniff stuff. I love their aromatherapy collections, they have massage oil, hand soap, lotion and more. But we also come in for the candles, which are amazing. They fill the entire room (even large rooms) with their lovely scents. We tend to be picky about the scents we choose as there are some really weird scents (in my opinion). Scents weve tried and like are; eucalyptus mint, black cherry Merlot and desert wildflower. Id recommend any of them!

Artificial fragrance chemicals are not regulated by the FDA. But other than that, great store.

Their stores and been closed for a while at the mall. I ordered online in it came very quick.

Today I went to the mall for the first time in months. Many of us are good boys and girls we wash our hands, we wear our face coverings. I went to a few stores before attempting to go into Bath and body Works. I had literally just washed my hands before I had walked up to them. I almost went into the exit because an employee was blocking the entrance. Apparently they have decided that they need to watch everybody put on hand sanitizer. I have sensitive skin I don’t carry my hand sanitizer around because I don’t touch very many things. I am not two years old. I can decide if I need hand sanitizer or not. I went into Express and they treated me like an adult. They didn’t stop me at the door to try to make sure that I put on hand sanitizer. I shopped through JCPenney it was nice, same thing. I visited a kiosk of products that I buy regularly. Treated me like a human being. I will never shop at Bath and body Works again. I am not a two-year-old and I can decide if I need hand sanitizer or not. It dries out your hands, some of us are sensitive to it, and frankly that is way overboard. When most people walk into a store, they don’t touch very many items.The CDC has said that it is very difficult to contract the virus off of surfaces. I will continue to frequent the stores and spend my money at the stores they treat me like a person. Not a child!

Justina helped me find exactly the candle I was looking for. She went out of her way to check in the back and was very prompt and educated us on the most recent sales. Shes great and very kind, we will be definitely coming back again!

I like that Bath and Body Works offers products for men but it seems like whenever I find a fragrance I like they discontinue it. Ive never had an issue finding something new to try but it would be nice to not have to change all the time.There are a few of the womens fragrances that I also like and they seem to stay in production for years.The staff is very nice but I always get asked if Im shopping for my girlfriend when I dont just stick to the tiny area of mens products. I get that Im not their target demographic but the assumption is annoying.

Got some good discounts and friendly staff. There was no wait time for the lines as they were quick. A lot of different options and some really good smells. They have stuff for both men and women. I love their hand sanitizers! Clean store and very organized.

I like the Lynnwood location. But like any, they can feel invasive asking 5 times in 5 minutes if you need help. But thats their job. This location is hit or miss with the invasive, depends how new someone is. So I dont mind going to this one most days. I like how big it is, all the selection. In general I wish B&B Works would keep cucumber melon in stock. But the locations dont make rules for the overall store. This location is fine.

Love the new store look and layout. I just wish the associates would back off a bit. Let me shop--I dont need to be asked 6 times if im still doing okay. Makes me want to leave and take my business to a different store

LOVE Bath & Body, my favorite thing about this store is Ana. Shes been working there for a few years now, and my sister and I have become good friends with her. She is so friendly and caring, she asks us about our mom who brought in one time when she was visiting from California. Her mind is a steel trap, she remembers everything! I hope you have the pleasure of chatting with her, shes also hilarious.

Great customer service. Wanted a nice, light fragrance and the girl who helped me was very good. Took me straight to the section and within minutes I had exactly what I wanted and was paying for my purchase.

Was able to find mens lotions. The customer service rep as friendly and was able to assist me in the items available for men. Also the cashier was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well taken care of.

Everyone here was very friendly and wonderfully helpful. But I do have to say one thing, this store is very, very claustrophobic. I understand that there is a need to have a slot of products out, but when the store is so small and always packed with people, sometimes the amount of product displays just felt overwhelming in such a small area.Regardless though, very nice people some very good deals at times.

Treated very poorly by supervisor. was told my return was a huge mess and an inconvenience. Also was asked how was I returning something that wasnt on the receipt. It was the first item on it. I was made to feel like I was trying to rip the store off. First negative experience at bath and body works. will never shop here again

This would have once been five stars, but they keep cramming more and more into their space. It makes it feel so crowded and its difficult to look at a lot of things with really small aisles that a person can barely fit through. They have the same product displayed in multiple places, which makes it feel disorganized, especially given how crowded it already is. Their soap, of course, is amazing and its the only place I go to purchase hand soap.

Great store. They were busy due to sale so the one girl working in zone 1 was working her butt off, however she was awesome and answered every question I had. Very disappointed that they ran out of Vanilla Bean Noel lotion & Body Cream. As well as Cucumber Melon body lotion & cream. Please make more we all want this. Cucumber Melon should never have been taken off the signature scent list. Please keep Beach. Another line that would be great to bring back is Tutti Dolci Cinnamon Frosting.I love yr store, sad the Aurora Village location closed big mistake.

Thank you for allowing enough space in your display set-up for me to shop with a double-wide stroller! Frequently there is not enough space to maneuver a stroller in a store, which also means individuals in wheelchairs also don’t have enough space. Kudos to you Bath and Body! Your products and staff are great too!

One of the young caucasian girl did NOT take Retailmenot coupons. She said we have nothing to do with Retailmenot which I know they suppose to be used as directed and started but didnt want to waste my time back and forth with them. They hired a bunch of young girls and pay minimum wages thats what they get.

Worst service and even if ur spending here more than $200, their employees are very rude. My last experience here has lasting impact that I will be never returning to thier any location.

I was in this location last Saturday to purchase hand soaps and candles since I have a coupon for $10 of $30. I took a snapshot of the coupon before entering in the store since I always have Wifi issues at certain stores in the mall. I showed the cashier of my snapshot yet she can’t scan in the coupon and ask it a snapshot I was yet since cant pull up the email while I am in the store. She called her manager over I to explain the issue and she told me as long as I am able to pull the email with the headliner with the $10 of $30 they will honor it which I did and then told me the coupon expired so I cant, obviously on the snapshot I took it to say expired on 11/15th. Then they both roll their eyes at me like I was inconvenient to them.I left pretty upset so I decided to call in the customer care to complain and the representative told me since I took the snapshot of the coupon on my phone its considered to alter their coupon which why the cashier cant take my coupon then proceeded to tell me what I should do for next time1. Print out the coupon if you dont have a printer go to a public library to print out the coupon (isnt printing out a coupon considered altering?)2. Pull my email first let it load completely before going into the store to shopIf you want to use coupons in bath and body works stores, please do the things I mentioned above otherwise you are considering an l inconvenience to them and please don’t call the customer service to complain otherwise you get a lecture on etiquette how to use coupon properly while in their shop.

It was nice, but very crowded with long lines to check out. The lines were moving a tad slow...most likely due to great sales. The store smelled amazing, but I left empty handed due to having hungry kids with me. I didnt want to wait in line with hungry tired kids :)

Was greeted before i could even walk in good to the store by this Asian lady lol! super friendly and made eye contact!I went in to switch out a JCB body mist i had gotten from a diff store that had no stick so i couldn’t spray it! She didn’t question me hard or asked for receipt! super genuine!

I bought two big candles that were $24.50 each, watermelon lemonade and peach Bellini. I only bought them because I was in the mall and I smelled a really good smell and the lady told me it was the watermelon lemonade and I was like OK I’ll buy this. They also sold me on the peach one because it smelled good to, well I’m here at my house and I’ve lit both of them and they smell like it’s burning wax no good smells at all just burnt wax and they were both were lit for over an hour each. who spends $24.50 each on two candles for burned wax. never ever buy these candles from bath and Bodyworks ever again and I should get a refund

Big store with wider collections than the one at Northgate Mall. Picked up some nice hand wash fragrances during the holiday season sale in the last week of December.

My friends love this place but the smells are too strong for me

So many scents to choose from. Love the semi annual sales because I can afford to stock up and buy several things when I cant afford the regular prices.

I have lowkey anxiety, so every time I come in here I scared away by the employees always trying to talk to me, but I understand they are just doing their job. Good smells, nice atmosphere, pretty decorations.

Miss the shoreline location. Hate having to go into mall to shop here. My wallet is happy though, since I no longer pop in for this and that.

This is the largest, nicest, well-stocked BBW I’ve ever been to. The ultra friendly and helpful front end employees always help me out with questions and/or suggestions for gifts etc.

I love their products and scents. The staff is always helpful and let you know when theres an offer I overlooked.

There was an employee working at the front that immediately accused my friends and I of being troublemakers simply looking to steal things. We went in and bought things and were nothing but kind. She even refused to answer our questions on some of the products. When we left she then wouldn’t let us back in. Terrible customer service left me feeling very disrespected. Bath and Body Works has officially lost my respect indefinitely. I will not be returning anytime soon.

I was very sad and disappointed as I went for the candles sale, it was extremely busy, but trying to shop was to much, hands full of candles no where to set them down, hard to shop with no hands. I was not able to get all I wanted because I couldnt carry more and they also didnt have large bags. Hich made it har to get to my car. Im sad as I did not get to see all available. Wish I could have gone back for more.

Unfortunately I came in there to buy something I get for my Mom every year and they discontinued it! I really miss the stress relief hand soap and lotion! Please get those back!
