@Walgreens- want to know how to lose two customers in 10 seconds? Hey - sometimes people forget their mask - rare for us but we were walking to our neighborhood Walgreens instead of driving. It is nice to have a Walgreens within walking distance so we can get our exercise while picking up a prescription. Not any more. Almost anywhere- even gas stations- a free mask is offered if you forget one. Walgreens charges for them. Mind you - it is not the money but the principle. We will be moving all of our prescriptions elsewhere. Cheers.
Don’t go here for Covid testing. TERRIBLE service! They are very mean. Don’t plan on showing up early, even though the instructions say to, they will send you away and make you wait until they’re done putting the test kit together. I returned to the line after 10 mins and was turned away and given an arbitrary time to return. I know the pharmacy gets busy, I used to work as a pharm tech, but you can’t treat customers, much less, people with such appalling rudeness. Ugh get it together people.
I would never use Walgreens again!They were painfully slow! I waited for more than 1 hour for a simple ointment and they were not even busy!
Told me I could not have a receipt for my purchase. Not to mention the laziness she displayed while I waited for her in an empty store. Flat out ridiculous! 6-25-21 around 5:30 pm.

My experience at this Walgreens pharmacy has been phenomenal! I believe the worker that is in the pharmacy that helped me is name Rokell? One of the nicest pharmacy technician ever. He was super patient with me. Customer service was far up and beyond incredible. Hes also amazingly understanding and hes not rude like those other technicians that are in this pharmacy. I will continue to go this pharmacy because Rokell has been the most helpful one. I am glad this Walgreen has been hiring more nice people like Rokell! I will definitely think about recruiting him in the near future! Rokell if you see this review, you are OUTSTANDING. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it. I will let everyone know about you.
It is 11:49 am and the Lady Amanda told me that i should pick up my Medicine after 4pm.
Ive had only bad experiences with the Walgreens pharmacy. My prescription was for 30mg morphine when I got to my car I realized the pharmacist made a mistake and filled my prescription with 15mg morphine instead. I went back into the store and explained that my prescription was not filled properly. He then filled it the properly way with 30mg, preceeded to give my money back also for the mistake he did. The next time my other pain pills were due to be filled on a Saturday she would not fill them till later in the day because she said she wanted to verify the prescription with my doctor. Grant it i have filled them many times before at this Walgreens and its on there computer. I was heading to a funeral for my neighbor and I needed them now which she refused to do. The funning thing is my pain doctors office is not even open on Saturdays. So her excuse was ot even valid. She treated me like a drug addicted person. After that they refused to fill anymore prescriptions I brought in because I made a complaint on her. Her job was to fill my prescription when it was due. She is not my doctor but liked to play so. I havent been in a Walgreens since. I should have reported them for there mistake to the pharmacy board. Buti believe the man gave me my money-back to make me happy so wouldnt report it, which I should of. Horrible experience especially the woman pharmacist who would not fill my script when it was due. I would not recommend Walgreens for your medication.Rudest pharmacist Ive ever dealt with.
The pharmacists here have really gone out of their way to help me out. Absolutely above and beyond service. I drive past a Walgreens and 4-5 other places I could fill my prescriptions to get here. And its absolutely worth it.
Is not about this store, is all stores that are selling greendot prepaid visa card i bought this card as a mistake i wanted a give visa card and this card stole over 100 dollars i cant get ahold of the customers service and Walgreens dont refund your money, why do the sell a scam card? Why now i lost the only money i had for my husband Christmas gift
Worst customer service ever! I normally let things go but I think Walgreens management should know they have a bad apple in their store. The Filipino lady manager (Clarissa?) is rude and arrogant. She talks to customers in a condescending way and was unapologetic for something that was clearly a lack of accountability on her part. If you dont want to sell an item, dont put it on your shelves. It is not the customers responsibility to make sure that what we want to buy has a price tag. Thats your job. There is a polite way of explaining things and you should not raise your voice when speaking to your customers. The other sales associates were nice and calm, they would have done a better job being the manager.
Dont go here for a flu shot. On Oct 23rd I went to Walgren pharmacy for a flu shot. A blonde woman 1st helped me, gave me paperwk to do, & did quickly & stood at counter for awhile, & finally I asked male if I could give it to him & he asked blonde woman bout it & she said she forgot bout me. I waited another 45 mins. or so. Finally a woman comes out bout 52, dark hair & takes me to a room. She actually stabbed me w/the needle, was fast, band-aid it. I went home & found blood all over the band-aid & Ive had a big dark bruise on my left arm for 8 days! In all yrs. of having a flu shot Ive never blood so much & ever had a bruise as this & still has not gone away! This woman needs to go back & learn how to give shots!

Bad customer service at pharmacy cos they don’t let customer or patience know ahead when medicine is ready to pick up. Told me to wait 30 mins n over half an hours not even call my husband name so I decide to go ask them. When is done for my husband medication. They said ready after over half an hours without call my husband even I stand wait for them in front of counter. So sad I came by my self to pick up my husband’s medicine Cos he got surgery today n lay down at home by him self. I’m so worry about him. Look like they not really care much about other waiting.
Stay away from this Walgreens pharmacy. They suck at customer service (rude people) 😡
I switched to this pharmacy for the convenience of 24 hour service. But it was a terrible experience. They are understaffed and overworked. Lines in the drive through can take 20 minutes. Phone call hold times are 10 minutes plus. When one of my common prescriptions was on back order I had to wait a week, going back in person twice to find out what was going on. I couldnt believe it when I found out there was an alternative brand available the whole time that no one told me about until I asked. After Id had enough, I asked them to turn off my auto-refills so I could move to another pharmacy. Just got an automated call - you refills are in. Great- looks I need to get that reversed now so my insurance wont deny me at the pharmacy I was trying to move to. Save yourself a lot of aggravation - chose another pharmacy. There is nothing convenient about this one.
Love this Walgreens. Easy to find good stuff on clearance and they usually stay stocked up on what I need. Josh & Frances are the best cashiers! Frances is very friendly and always lets me know about the rewards since Im too lazy to read up on it! Thank you Frances & Josh!
The beauty advisor at this store is the best she is very knowledgeable she will help you and even give you free samples and if you don’t like it you have 30 days to return it no problem
I needed a cream for my son for diaper rash and an African American pharmacist recommended multiple products and gave me his best choice. It really worked. He was very helpful especially going there in the middle of the night. Thanks Walgreens.

These pharmacists are the absolute worst. Most barely speak English, all are incredibly slow, the native speakers are a mess, and no one has the ability to multi-task in the slightest. Thought it would be great because theyre open 24 hours; theyre probably only open 24 hours because every customer interaction takes 20 minutes.

Its a store, and pharmacy open 24 hours a day. Ive been coming here for 10yrs. Service representative are very polite, and willing to help out on anything that I need. Its located on one of the through ways going into Seattle, and couple miles from interstate 5 ( north/ south ), ample parking. Post office (Big One) is across the street. There all so a McDonalds 1/2 mile south, and a big Albertsons store located 1Mile North that opens at 6:00 am. With restaurants, stores atound it.
They no longer allow customers to use the restroom, but they will announce that you need to use the restroom over the loudspeaker in front of the entire line before refusing to give you the passcode.Very rude people work here.
One of the few 24hr places in Lynnwood. Attracts an interesting crowd at some points during the day but, it is very convenient in both location and hours.
I like the store but recently, I have ever been disappointed. first the pharmacy that have been feeling my prescriptions stop working with my insurance. then even though I have been using the photo services for five years now. refused to sell me my pictures just because I enhance them with a photo editing program. and I explained that I paid for the program and I own the rights for everything that I made. I do not get how they can sell to me my images that I am going to use for a personal use not commercial last month but not today. and I am talking about a image that is less of 4 by 6 for Christmas ornament. So upset that happened after I showed the images before I placed the order and there was no issues but when I had to pay there was that issue. so not only did not get my pictures but my time was waisted.
The pharmacy was 10 minutes before opening and the nice man at the pharmacy helped me get a new bottle, mine had a defective cap!
Horrible. Greeted the cashier he looked straight into my eyes and ignored me. When we finished I said thank you and have a good day, he didn’t say anything at all. Rude. Very rude and unprofessional employees. Will never come to this location again.
Subpar customer service. Cannot fill prescriptions in the time they tell you to come back and pick up. Most shockingly is that there seems to be a lack of communication within the pharmacy (either that, or lack of compitancy). The reason why I will no longer be going back there (even though my home is within 1 mile from this location) is this: I dropped off a Rx, was told it would be ready in 15-20 min. I came back 30 min later, it was not ready, was told to come back. I came back a third time 20 min later (50 min after I originally dropped off the Rx), I was told it would be 10 more min. I told them I was told 20 mins 50 mins ago. The teller went to go check on the Rx. The Pharmacist came to the window and told me they did not have the prescription at the location and to go to a different Walgreens. They did however send the Rx to a different pharmacy and if was ready when I arrived. All could have been resolved with a phone call 5 min after I left telling me they did not have the Rx.
The soft voiced male pharmacist is extremely rude.

Always very good. I see where a person who was not an American was treated in a bad way and that is the fault of a clerk who should be taught right from wrong.
