My daughter noticed the store as we were walking past and suggested we stopped in. I had not been in before. The store was very clean and organized and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was able to find a few things for myself and my daughter. And even a few gifts for family.

Got a nice little shaving brush and cream to get my daily wet shaving, experience fix.

The items in the store are great I love the product but the only thing is the costumer service, a girl name Kelcy checked me out and threw a glass bottle in my bag and it made a loud clank sound and I thought the bottle broke

Always great products and great customer service. The products are of great quality. The employees are amazing. They educate you on the product and give you a little history on the company. They walk you through the process of finding the fragrance and product that works best for you. I am a customer for life! I cant say enough about his business! Also, I love the deals they always have.

I was looking for a new skin care routine and felt pretty naive walking in. The associate was so sweet, patient and helpful! Very knowledgeable on the products and pointed me in the right direction based on my skin type. I will definitely be coming back for more products! :)

Purchased a $35.00 Lotion package for my pregnant wife 2 days before Christmas. Oder of lotions were to strong for her. I figured, no problem we will just go exchange the product for more of a mild smelling lotion one problem, I did not save the receipt. But I figured being such a large business they would understand, that was my second mistake. Turns out if you lose your receipt you are only aloud to make an exchange for 50% of the products worth. I had the original bag and all products were left unused, still no exceptions. The reasoning behind this is they sell products at T.J. Max and these products are sold at a cheaper price and I may be trying to pull a scam but they offer an exchange at 50% of the value. Who is scamming who? Never heard of such a thing so I decided to go a few stores down to Aveda just to ask about their return policy. No receipt no problem if you dont like the product and use it no problem bring it back for something new. So I dropped over $150 on products that are probably healthier for my pregnant wife. I guess the $35 spent is my loss but may make a good present for someone someday.

Great service and great products. Bought some vitamin E face wash and moisturizer. We also bought the Shea Butter Hair Mask. And it is fabulous.

Overall very kind and cared about what we wanted. We had another bag in our hands, so instead of giving us a smaller bag, she just gave us a bigger one to put everything in. Very thoughtful.

When I walked in a few days ago, I was immediately greeted despite the fact that she was the only one there and a few customers that she was helping. She was super nice and apologized several times about not being able to help everyone.
