I went in to replace my old, worn-out phone. The new phone I was interested in was in stock and on sale, and I was able to remain on my existing plan. Lupe was able to get me set up and on my way in only about 10 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Extremely rude service. Unfriendly and very unwelcomed feeling. The person working when i came in was unprofessional and only cared about money. Wouldnt listen and didnt seem to phase them. Wouldnt recommend.

As long as theyre open, Im not going anywhere else! Theyre always helpful, friendly and the owner loves animals just as much as I do. I made the mistake of going to a different store and immediately had problems which the folks here fixed for me, no fight or anything. They rock and theyll be getting my business as long as theyre around.

This Boost Mobile store is the best Storenvy Everett area. They have the best deals on phones and will work with you to get you into a good phone. Everybody is very nice and polite. Highly recommended avoid other Boost Mobile stores that will overcharge.

This is a very strange location. Some kind of restaurant/bar that is also a Boost store? Hours are false. They close early when they feel like it and I drove half an hour to get here and theyre not here.

Started with a women she was very nice a guy came in and took over to ring me up and was unable to work the card machine. He explained it was me I got on my app to check my account found it was fine in fact. He was wrong and smerky about it. He ran it again kept blameing me. So rude and condescending the guy

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. Twice I have had so called sales associates try to cheat me. I would not recommend shopping at this location.
