Customer service was off the charts at this location! All three guys working that day were exceptional. I was helped immediately.Logan was the representative who sold me my IPhone 13 and he was very fast and efficient. He also made sure I knew about the buy 2 get 1 deal with the accessories. Ill definitely be back to this particular location for the amazing service!

Had a great experience switching services to AT&T at this location. Didn’t initially want anything extra but they were having a sweet deal on the iPhone watches and long story short now I’m the proud owner of iPhone watch haha. I worked with Adam in there. He was friendly and enthusiastic which made the whole experience pleasant. Would definitely recommend popping in there and talking to him.

We went in today to upgrade my husband’s phone and were amazed! The staff was very friendly. Adam helped us with all our questions, and setting up our phone. My son enjoyed talking with Adam about Pokemon Go.We were expecting to be in there for 1-2hrs and were done in 20 mins!Highly recommend!!

When I came in,I was sceptical about AT&T and their services. My family had previously had bad experiences with AT&T. But as soon as I came through the door, I was greeted with,Hi,my name is Joseph Bede,how can I help you today,sir?. This young man helped me pick out a new telephone and even told me about this new thing called AT&T TV. Ive been trying it out and I will definitely keep it. He was a big helper and more young men should be like him

Customer service is non-existing. Went in looking to change my business account from another provider hoping to get better coverage. Two employees in the store dealing with one customer. After sitting there for 20 minutes another customer walks in and they go right to that person and take care of their issue ahead of me. And then tell me for the second time theres only going to be a short wait. I ask how much longer will it be and get a response I dont know. This is not a good way to show me you want your my business nor a impressive way to show me that you could even handle my business.

I went in to buy iPhone 12 accessories and have someone put on my screen protector. Turns out I grabbed the wrong accessories and my screen protector was faulty. I’ve had good service at this store in the past, but they need to update their hours to match what they advertise.The ATT web site says open until 7pm on Sunday, yet the door says open until 6pm, yet I’m parked in front of their store with at 5:35pm, and it’s closed.

Was just at this store location to try to obtain a new iPhone for a business account. I had previously talked to a representative on the phone who told me that all stores were open and told me that coming into the store was the best option. We came wearing face coverings and were greeted at the door by a woman who told us only one person could enter at a time. We kindly explained our situation ( two people- one person needed the new phone and one person was the administrator on the account) instead of being understanding or just explaining their policies in a straight forward way. She brashly and forcefully replied “only one of you is coming into this store!” We were a little shocked by the rudeness in her tone of voice. We totally understand the policy for safety reasons but she was unnecessarily rude. She went inside to get an iPad to try to get into our business account and then told us that some aspect of their “technology” has been down for weeks and that she couldn’t access our account. We asked how she suggested we proceed...and she said “call customer service” which as we all know doesn’t always end well. Then we asked if they had phones out on display to look at and she “no we do not have any phones in the store” 😂 so basically if you need a new phone right now and have an at&t account don’t bother coming to this location! They were generally unhelpful, rude for no reason and have no way to actually help customers that come to their doors.

Needed help filing a claim, seemed to be bothering the girl “helping” me. Went to Lakeside Dr and was completely different experience, beyond helpful and so nice. If you get AT&T only go to Lakeside Dr for anything you need.

Had a very bad experience. Would never go to this store again. Went in to get a new sim and was charged $15 for activation. A friend of mine got a new sim from the same store just a couple of days back and was charged $5. They dont even know what they are doing. Got me into a prepaid plan even though I told them that I would be joining a multi-line plan. And now AT&T is charging me twice. Once to activate my plan and second to join the multi-line. And I am spending hours with the customer care to get this sorted. Feeling frustrated 😠😠😠

Each time I go to this store, I leave without having my needs really met. I went in asking for help twice--once when I had an extra charge on my account, and once when my phone battery wouldnt charge--and both times, I left with no more help or clarity than I went in--they didnt even look up my account information. However, when I called the national line with the same issues, they helped me immediately and courteously. I love this company and I love the service I receive on the phone, but this location is all but useless. Maybe theyre just concerned with making sales, so my needs arent important to them.

I have had great experience at this store, always well stocked with product and knowledgeable sales reps. Some of the people who have written reviews on this page do not understand how business works. If you buy a car at dealership A and then buy a aftermarket CD player from Walmart, and then go to dealership B to have it put in they are obviously not going to do it free of charge, why would they take the risk of something going wrong and then being liable or do it without payment. Same thing if you buy a used car and then take it to the new car dealer to fix something, why would they, you didnt give them any business.

Been a customer of AT&T for well over a decade and walked in today because my phone was not working correctly and wouldnt even stay on. Ashley was the lady that went to help me and after I explained my issue with her, her co-worker asked if she wanted her to take over and Ashley said no.... I wish she said yes because she didnt even attempt to help. Offered to plug my phone up and see if that helped like I was some moron or something. Just gave me a typical reply of options that were available to me other than actually getting help with my issue. I will be paying off my phone and telling ATT to go get bent. This long time customer just got the worst customer service I have ever seen. ZERO EFFORT. That employee should be embarrassed and the company that employs her should really take a second look and needing her services anymore. I will be calling your corporate office as well. 0 stars if I could

I dont always love AT&T coverage, prices, or phone support, but the individuals at this store have always been polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and honestly try to solve my issues for the least cost to me. Ive also overheard them saving others money, by directing to third party accessories, older models of phones, and better fitting plans.

The store staff provided the best upmost customer experience. I could not have hopped for a better experience. They treated me like a lifelong friend or family member. Matt the store manager whom someone gave a bad review, was the nicest store manager who bent over backwards to help as did the rest of the staff. I am glad to have picked this store and this staff and this carrier for my cell phone and mobile data needs. Finally going to the cell phone store is not a chore and something I dread. Thank you AT&T and the staff at this store for your help and making sure I got switched over and left with what I needed and left with a good taste in my mouth and eager to do business with again in the future.

AT&T $978 in 3 months but yet my bill is “$200.83” a month...... Horrible to no service, incorrect phone bills, no switcher credit received,manager refuses to explain how our bill is still wrong or return our text or calls.Nicole had been out to the fire station several times to get us to sign up because of the “First Net” they have to offer fire,ems, and police with priority calling. We were in contact with Nicole several times via text confirming details and prices. We signed up with three iphones and two of the three have had service issues since day one. The phones functions work completely fine, however we normal only have one bar of service or no service on the two phones and the other will have several bars of service. We called Customer service and went through and changed setting “that allow service to reach inside your house”. We received our first bill and it was about $200 over what our text with Nicole had said it would. We reached out to her and see corrected it, however we have to do this every single month when we get a bill and it is a nuisance. Meanwhile we still have service issues with two out of the three phones. We have let Nicole know several times. Finally we had enough so we go to the store. Bobbi says she has never heard of us or know anything about our continues service issues or phone bill problems. LIE - Nicole has called Bobbi with us standing beside her on some of these issues. I had to show Bobbi proof of messages from Nicole as to what our phone bill is suppose to be because “There is NO way that is the price of your plan.” “O well that had to be before tax and fees and with you signing up for paperless billing and auto pay to even get close to that price”. Again I had to prove to her paperless billing and auto pay were never apart of the agreement. I told her about their service issues, we replaced the SIM cards with no luck. We are almost 16 weeks into this service agreement and still have not been reimbursed our “switcher credit”. She looks into to that and she text I would only be getting $200 of the $500 I paid to switch. Which was approved I’ve just never received it and when I asked for an explanation, over text, she never answered back. I have asked for her manager twice and she will never answer or tell me who her manager is. Bobbi now says our issues or an Apple issue no a service issue to reach out to Apple. I reach out to 1-800-MyApple and answered about 20 question they have to figure out what is going on. I switch setting in the two phones with Apple and do backups and completely erase and reset the phones. I screenshot Apples email as to what we did and send it to Bobbi to let her know we are still having the same issue that Apple is saying is a service issue and Bobbi all but calls us a lair “That’s not Apples protocol. I’ll call them myself”. This was December 26th and I’ve still not heard from Bobbi. Still horrible to no service, incorrect phone bills, and no switcher credit received,manager refuses to explain how our bill is still wrong or return our text or calls. They have also deleted my first 1 star review on google against this location.

I also was told that because someone was harassing on my phone that they would change my # for free. They did not and their manager said that I was be charged fairly for everything. WORST customer service ever. First time I came in the store manager called at&t and said I seemed suspicious even though she saw my id and reported me for fraud. Took 5 hours to get that fixed. I’ve been in multiple times and every time they did nothing to help except stare at their iPad.

Horribly Incompetent people running the show there. Their only fix for every single problem i bring to the store is Would you like me to switch out the SIM card and see if that works?. Have dead pixels on your phone a week after you just bought the phone? NEW SIM CARD! Is AT&T Numbersync blocking calls from loved ones? NEW SIM CARD!! Its either that or your previous EVIL Apple phone is messing up your current service, which was never the case! I figured out my own problems because even AT&T tech support is populated by elderly, slow support or foreign, non-english speaking techs. Please go to any other store besides this one. NIGHTMARE IPHONE EXPERIENCE. Store could only refer me to Apple when new iPhone did not complete iCloud restore after 2 months of restoring. Apple DOES NOT RECOMMEND STARTING ICLOUD RESTORE IN STORE. Wait till you get home to start restore and remain in wifi till restore is complete if you do not want to lose all photos and documents. HOURS on the phone with Apple.Order phone from Apple direct, skip this store and headaches.

I personally love this store about few month ago(6-7) very nice customer services but now i hate this store ..second bad experience today..Tall white male blonde hair gentleman(Manager)very rude not helpfull at all refused to put screen protector on iphone 6 even though when i called customer services 611 they agreed that store manager at local store can help you with.This happen twice to me and my wife before this incidence when we asked about upgrading iphone 4 to iphone 6 no clear answers, rude replies and told us we can upgrade online cannot help at store..I hope company look our review and try to put some good manager at store that can really help customers and be polite...Not going back to store again......

This store has an incompetent manager. I think his name is Matt but he is really tall and has blonde hair. I went to the store and this dude greeted me. I had a iPhone5s that i bought from craigslist. The person i bought it from said i needed to go to AT&T to activate service. I did. This manager said to me he would look at my phone and be back. He came back less than 5 minutes and said it wasnt compatible withAT&T. Lie! I called the person from craigslist, they purchased the phone at this store, and when they came with me, a store employee, whom are also all pretty incompetent recognised him and said YES THIS GIRLS PHONE IS COMPATIBLE. What a joke, this store. They gave me a SIM Card after all this trouble and DID NOT apologise. I might make the drive to Forest to theAT&T near Kroger from now on to avoid coming to this store!
