I have 2 units at this facility and they have always been accommodating. I had an issue with a lock plate today and with no hesitation they put a brand new plate on the door for me. THANKS again!!!

Dont go there please when water is coming into the front of your unit nothing is done about it he said for some lady telling you youre so put some weatherstripping please give me a break Im a contractor I dont need to hear that number two theyll raise your rates on you without even so much for a phone call or email thats not fair thats not good enough find somewhere to store your stuff if you read this it should be good enough for you

Online payment option issues forcing customers to pay higher convenience fees. Multiple break ins and poor security at location. Low fencing and gates left open all day during business hours to all thieves willing to do their reconnaissance on customers storages and stored vehicles.

I was very happy with how they took care of my belongings while I waited to move to Georgia! Things were kept dry and neat as the storage was smaller than I thought it would be but, it was handled nicely and the gentleman who took care of me was polite and very helpful! If ever you need to store anything and you are in the area use this storage and the people as they know what they are doing!

If youre looking for a great storage facility, then CubeSmart Self Storage is the place to go. When I entered the office, I was greeted by Bob. He was friendly, informative, explained all my options, and drove me in the golf cart to my storage unit. He showed me how to open and lock it up to make sure my unit would be securely safe. The units are clean and climate controlled. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to store your belongings.

Great staff and great service

I have been a customer for 3 years. I have slowly been able to reduce the storage items and contacted Chris about moving to a smaller space. One came open and we moved. When I went to complete the paperwork I was quoted a price considerably higher than the one I confirmed with the company only one week earlier. I was told only Chris could take care of the issue and he was out until tomorrow. Hopefully all will be resolved satisfactorily

This a great storage facility with great staff as well. We needed a temporary storage unit as we settled into Tampa and this place was affordable, secure, convenient, and clean. Chris is an awesome manager-professional, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility if you need storage in north Tampa.

Today, my husband and I went in and got a storage unit. Bob helped us, he was great! Fair prices and AWESOME customer service! We were offered a free truck but it wouldnt be available when we needed it but that wasnt a problem at all. Very happy with them.

They were open Saturday 9/9/17, which is one day before the hurricane slammed into my house. I really appreciated them helping me find a fast storage shed so I could protect my belongings during the hurricane. They went above and beyond theyre normal excellent service

Very detailed about rental and charges that apply. The whole experience was very professional. My storage area was very clean and safe. Easy access when unloading and placing items In my unit.

It was overall an extremely easy process with minimal effort put in. The only negative was having to purchase a lock from them instead of just providing my own (which was already purchased) and then not being told I was purchasing it. It was just in my receipt and I felt it was not my choice.

The very sweet woman who works behind the counter is very informative and very professional. This woman is definitely an asset to this company.

This is my 2nd time renting from them. First time i rented climate controlled no problem this time rented a pull up unit non climate. When I was moving out ive seen rat droppings on my couch table etc. They chewed my mattresses pillows. I would recommend climate controlled. Talked to office said i should of left my stuff there to show them. Ridiculous

I know Chris from public storage and recently lost my job. Since I had to move on short notice I called him immediately for storage. He helped me every step of the way. I got an amazing price for a unit and a free truck. When I got there the property was very clean and the can tell that they keep up with the maintaince of the buildings. Bob was also very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. There pricing is very fair and the property is kept up. Also Chris and Bob are the best. Bob is an awesome manager and hes very interested, he recognized me after seeing me 7 months later! He took good care of our stuff, somehow got pesticides in and after 7 months in hot Florida, we had no bugs, everything as clean as we put it. The rest of his staff is pretty helpful and kind too. Secure and clean, just like you need it.

I recently moved from NY to FL and downsized my living space in half. On move in day I realized I needed a storage unit immediately. I came here and met with Bob who is an amazing man. He really cares about his customers and helped me out in so many ways. He not only allowed me 48 hours of full access to the unit to unload my boxes but he went above and beyond and offered me the use of a large unit to get rid of stuff so that I could move my things into the smaller unit that I could afford. I cannot begin to describe how remarkable the service is here. The property is also extremely clean and I feel that my belongings are very safe here because they check each units lock twice a day and have a great security system. Overall I was absolutely blown away by their service and very fortunate and pleased with them. I would recommend using this storage facility to anyone. Thank you again!!!

I reserved the unit online and the process was seamless. I called with clarifying questions and Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. My husband was able to borrow their truck to move out belongings and had nothing but great things to say about Bob. The facility is cleaned and well-maintained.

Very dirty and run down. Ac Storage is hardly at a good temperature. Lights are busted, Siding is coming off the walls with screws poking out, Holes are all over the place. Major safety hazard if you have little ones with you. This place is 30 years old from what i hear and Cube Smart does not put any money really back into the place. They built a new one right up the road like 10 miles and its perfect, just wish they put more time and money into the older ones like this place. Since just because it is 30 years old, does not mean it has to look like it is 30 years old.

Bob and Chris are two two best guys CubeSmart has ever hired.They bend over backwards to make sure that all customers are content.If they ever left to go with someone else (competitor) I would move my storage to wherever they go.They are truly big assets to the CubeSmart team.

The manager Chris was a pleasure to do business with. It was incredibly easy to get the storage unit I wanted. Made a phone call, got it reserved, showed up an hour later and I had keys to the unit within 20 minutes. I only need it for a month but the next time I need another unit, CubeSmart will be my choice.

Will never ever use again! They dont give you the option to opt into insurance, so its an additional $12.99/mo., the mgr is very lazy, I just got done telling them I was ill and he walked away having me load in 8 cardboard boxes I just purchased from them for $5.49 a piece. The manager lied about the free truck and told my mover that it would be $40 plus mileage to borrow so I had to pay for a uhaul. They wouldnt meet half way by comping a month, said oh no we cant do that! Refused to satisfy thier mistakes! Dont waste your time on these crooks!

Very cubular in a smart way

Rented a storage locker about 4 months ago. After a couple of months, they raised the price by $5 with no explanation or notice. Is this even legal?
